It's refreshing to find a shop that's honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping customers rather than just making a sale. Exceptional work and exceptional customer service!…read more To start off, I have always taken my vehicles to Athans for damage and I wasn't sure if Athans would have performed this type of work I was asking. Therefore, I had called multiple customs shops and the asking price was ridiculous! I gave it a shot and asked them and to my luck they could do it. Athans was way more reasonable with the price than these other shops. I've had multiple vehicles worked on by Athans and it's always been done to OE standards or better. I was very happy with the communication they had with me and finishing the vehicle in a timely manner. You won't be disappointed with their quality of work nor their customer service!

I cannot say enough great things about SVG Auto Center in Azusa. From the day of my accident on…read more12/5/2025 all the way through dealing with the tow yard and everything after, Art has been incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive. While my so-called "top notch" Allstate insurance was refusing to provide a rental and even expected me to pay additional out-of-pocket costs, Art stepped in and helped put me in a rental so I wouldn't be stranded. If it had been left up to my insurance company, I honestly would have had to figure out how to get from Azusa all the way back home to San Bernardino on my own; Even if it meant walking all the way there. From the very beginning, I was extremely impressed by the quality of customer service provided by Art , staff and even up to the tow truck driver. All were professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping during a very stressful moment. Art went above and beyond in ways my own insurance company did not. He took the time to explain things, guide me through the process, and make sure I understood my options every step of the way. During a stressful time after an accident, having someone who genuinely cares makes all the difference. What really stands out to me is that even months after my accident on 12/5/2025, Art still calls to check on how I'm doing. That level of care is rare these days. Honestly, that's something even some family members don't take the time to do, and it truly shows how much he cares about the people he helps. Thanks to Art and the team at SVG Auto Center, what could have been an extremely stressful situation turned into a smooth and manageable experience. Art truly helped guide me more than my own insurance company did and made this accident a stress-free situation. I can honestly say that SVG Auto Center is a business you can trust, and I would personally recommend them to anyone in need of honest and reliable help. I will definitely be happy to work with them again time after time. Thank you Art and the entire team at SVG Auto Center for your outstanding service!

I stupidly hit a pole while reversing, giving a huge dent on the driver side fender. Being in the area, I immediately remembered how great Valley Collision was with helping me back when I got a custom front bumper and spoiler installed on my Mustang. I came over right away and asked for Danny, the owner, to see what they could do to help. Fortunately John was here and was I incredibly glad with his service. He went out to evaluate the damage and did a quick repair (thankfully). 20 minutes later and the dent was 95% fixed. We didn't want to get it repainted or fully fixed and we were more than happy with the job done. John took care of my girlfriend and I in this unexpected time and all during this hot weather. His customer service was phenomenal and he kept us laughing which definitely helped get our spirits up. Service like this is definitely what helps build loyal clientele base. I can personally vouch for their quality of work because my Mustang came out so nice that even after a year and 3 months, I've had zero issues. They use factory paint and you cannot differentiate their work from the OEM. They've made a customer for life and I cannot emphasize on how much I recommend this shop. Great pricing, great service, and professionalism. Kudos to John!
