It seemed like a good deal and job at first. Now, I regret giving my business to them. I had the bad luck of getting my front windshield cracked. Went on yelp in search of positive ratings and came across this business. They responded to my residence and replaced the windshield in my driveway. At first I discovered a few scuff marks on the paint around the windshield and was unhappy. Maybe it could've of been masked with some masking tape in order to prevent damage to the paint. But I let it be. Few weeks later after the job was completed, I noticed something on my car's roof top just above the windshield. It was several linear imprints on the roof top panel just above the windshield. Didn't see it sooner until recently I was walking to my car and the light was reflecting on the roof top. It makes sense, the technician used a tool on the roof top in order to replace the windshield but at the same time damaged the panel. Folks look at my pictures provided, and can't recommend this business. They damaged my car and regret reaching out to this business. Should gone elsewhere. read more

Well they replaced the windshield but broke the rubber on the outside of the side strips that goes on the outside of the windshield. It might have not been a big deal but to replace the rubber I need to buy the whole side trims !! It's going to cost me $300.00 never going back there . I I would not recommend anyone to this place totally not worth it!! I even took it back and all the dude could say is " I don't know looks like the rubber fell off!! I left them a review on Google already, but we are so pleased with the service we received today that I'm writing it here as well. Something hit and bounced off of my moms windshield on the freeway and cracked it horribly! It was a huge crack that required her windshield to be replaced. I had a new windshield put but didn't realize what a bad job rush job they did when it started to rain. Water leaked into my cabin. I kept the receipt, which states they guarantee their work, and tried to reach them over the phone, but they don't even answer or respond to text messages. I had to go to another place and they showed me how bad their work was and where the water leaked. I don't know how is it possible they have good ratings. Something ain't right. After my wife took the car home, I realized my interior trim is all scratched up and he broke the molding. Oem molding is $350!! It's also making wind noise. I went back to the shop and Eric told me he can fix it using his molding and he will try to make the interior nicer. The interior trims need to be replace to fix correctly and he refused to buy oem molding. Eric seems like a nice guy but he does not seem to care much about customers car. All he wants to is finish each job as soon as possible. The work did not match the rating he is getting here. If you have a car you care about, I would think twice before coming here unless you can monitor his work throughout. This taught me not to believe in Yelp rating. Maybe I am unlucky?..... read more

I got my windshield replaced at another auto glass center recently, and everything seemed okay for a couple of months. However, after the first overnight heavy rain right before Thanksgiving, I was shocked to find my car's interior completely flooded! I even thought that my precious old car was a goner! I immediately realized that going cheap was a terrible mistake! Also, there's NO way I was going to go back to the same auto glass center, even if they offered to redo my windshield for free! Luckily, my mechanic, Kerechuk, recommended that I contact Eric at Windshield Express to get my problem resolved. Why, why didn't I ask Kerechuk for a recommendation before I got my windshield replaced the first time??? Windshield Express would have saved me money as well as four to five days of vacuuming and drying out my car's interior. Yes, it took almost a week to completely dry the interior! I brought my car to Eric at Windshield Express a couple of weeks after. Eric discovered that my first replacement windshield did not have a proper seal since hardly any glue was used to seal the windshield! Eric also advised to seal and caulk the hood plastic cowl piece right above the windshield since it was no longer flush with my windshield. Now, I am absolutely sure this plastic cowl was actually flush to my windshield before I got my first windshield replacement! After the first rainstorm following Eric's repair, I felt happy and cautiously optimistic after not experiencing any leak. However, I didn't want to write a premature review. It's been unusually rainy in SoCal, and after so many more rainstorms, Eric's work has certainly been tested! Awful experience from start to finish. I had brought in my utility work fleet vehicle for a windshield replacement. I had thought it was going to be a great job, but that was not the outcome. The two male employees seemed to be on the come down or high on some type of substance, when I was interacting with them. Very odd behavior. At the end of them finishing up their work. I decided to examine their work and I came out of there with extra damage done to my vehicle. The rear-view mirror ended up being broken from the bottom part where it mounts to windshield. The dashboard ended up being damaged as well. The center and sides of the dashboard were cracked. When I examined everything, I pointed out the damage they had done to the vehicle, and they just kept denying everything that it was already like that and that there is nothing they can do about it and denied fixing and replacing the damage they had done. When leaving the establishment, I pulled into a local gas station to further inspect the work, and I opened the hood of my vehicle and I saw the rubber weatherstrip hanging on top of the engine that they did not put back to where it belongs. Scary moment there, imagine if the rubber weatherstrip had gotten stuck in the engine fan. Overall, unpleasant employees and pathetic work. Take your business elsewhere. They are not able to man up and own up to their flawed work. read more

My technician recommended this place so I went, and it was fixed right away with a very reasonable price! I just had the windshield replaced three months prior (cost me $320) because an object flew out of a car in front of me while I was driving on the 210 hwy, and hit my windshield. So, I was not happy if a new windshield is needed eftagain Anyway, Windshield Express was able to treat the little knick to prevent it from spreading further so all was good Then, a few days ago I noticed that the resin that filled in the little knick was gone so I called and left a message. The owner texted me back right away and asked me to bring it in soon or the next day! How cool is that? So, today I went in and one of the technician helped me right away even though he was working on someone else's windshield. He's multi tasking My windshield was fixed in 10 mins, and the total waiting time was 15 mins. I contacted the owner, Eric on yelp for a quote to fix a chip on my windshield yesterday. He responded almost instantly that I was amazed. I went to his workshop this morning and met the person who was going to fix my chip. He is a young guy, professional as he greeted me and offered me a place to sit and some refreshment. Immediately I thought wow, good customer service already! He examined the chip and said it is quite big. He is not sure if the outcome would be good but he is going to do his best if I am ok with it. I have nothing to loose so why not so I said go for it. 45 mins later, he told me he was so sorry for wasting my time. He wasn't happy with the end result. AWFUL. As others mentioned price is so much cheaper. And sometimes we get what we pay for. About 3 weeks after getting my entire front windshield replaced it rained and leaked water all inside my car. Now every time I get my car washed I have to bring towels to mop up the inside. I have tried to get a hold of them for months now with no response. Initially there was an instant auto text from Eric for appt. Now the phone doesn't ring, says no voice mail, rings sometimes and then just disconnects. One time "Eric" auto response texted and I told my situation and no text response back. I have driven by and there was a sign posted closed until further notice. So when is saw a yelp review from this month I was shocked that they we're open again. Tried calling again and still nothing. Their work js supposed to have a 10 year guarantee and I could even get a 10 day guarantee. Workmanship is completely shoddy only topped by terrible customer service and business practices. I literally brought my vehicle in today to get my windshield chip repair , prior to me doing it myself using rain x repair kit to fix it on my own. And the job only took 20 min. 10 min was to air out my car and the other 10 was supposedly they were working on my windshield. When I looked back, it looked the same as when I brought it in. I wished they were as honest and told me , hey it looks like you fixed it yourself. But instead took the opportunity to take money from me knowing they knew that I had already fixed it myself . When I got to the shop, the people there where busy as they were already working on a car, but that didn't stop them from helping me. I was not too sure if they can repair the chip, but they said they'll try to. To top it off, if the window started to chip, they said I can use the money I spent as credit toward a new window.
