Kenny was great! Super helpful and did a great job for a great price! I will definitely be recommending to others.

The owner Mr. Young is unreliable. He communicated poorly and we ended up not doing business. I received a refund six months later. read more

Great service... Kenny is awesome. Very quick and great workmanship Thank you, Russ & Kathy read more

I called Kenny on a Wednesday evening, and he was able to order my replacement window and fit me in for installation by Friday afternoon. His quote was extremely reasonable and worth the drive to Azusa from the SFV. From the initial call, to the ordering of the part, to the scheduling of the appointment, communication was great throughout. I certainly don't wish a broken car window on anyone, but in case it happens, I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. read more

My first stop for a windshield replacement on my 2004 Chevy Suburban was a competitor of Brown's Mobile Auto Glass. For some reason they didn't want the business, so they sent me to Brown's and told me Kenny would take care of me. I drove to Kenny's shop, and he indeed replaced the windshield with the exact OEM product in less than one hour at a very fair price. While watching him at work, I could tell that Kenny had many years of experience and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks again Kenny. I'm grateful for the quality work at a fair price, which is often hard to find these days. read more

Hey Kenny, my comment was truthful and honest. Your response was absolutely not true and shows your character. No threats were ever made to you or your family, that is an out right lie. In fact, I have the phone call recorded and I think the only honest thing you could do at this point is delete your response and remove your false accusations. read more

Kenny did a great job repairing our large RV back window. Response and was on time. Would recommend me to all.

My first question was can you get my windshield. He said no problem couple days max. Waited close to two weeks after giving a deposit for my new front windshield. When installation day arrived he delayed it saying he forgot to order some clips. I understood and decided to change my appt to another day. The new installation day came and he switched his story saying he was just charging me for labor and never ordered the windshield... talk about a waste of time! read more

Called in man answers and says he having a hard time hearing me. Says hell call me back Hangs up. I get a call back. Gr8. I explain I need a new wonshield nd he still cant hear me. So i speak louder. Then he say u dont have to yell. Wow. Then he says go to my friends shop nd hangs up. I MEAN THE RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL dealings have experienced. Will never go anywhere else. Kenny Sr. & Kenny Jr. are very fast and professional they gave me the option of fixing the windshild at my house or at their shop. I accidentily told them the incorrect year of my car which changes size and shape of the windshiled and they had no issue with correcting my mistake with no charge or complant. It took less than an hour to replace it and I was on my way. Very nice friendly service that will having me come back anytime I need glass replaced. Had extensive work done on my RV windows. Very satisfied with the work. After some heavy rain we noticed some leaks. Brown's Glass fixed the leaks and help fix another sealing problem non related to their work. Would not take a nickel from us for the added work. Everyone in our RV group goes to Kenny. If business's are judge by their workmanship and honesty, Brown's deserves their stars! read more

Excellent family business. I came here from Temple City based on Yelp reviews. Ken Sr. helped me. I had a problem with the rubber molding in my window. Have not been able to roll it all the way up for six months. It was a real mess. One piece was folder over another. He took care of it within 5 or 10 minutes and refused payment. He even lubricated my ignition switch as well since it has been difficult to turn. He told me its just a temporary fix since the mold was broken in one spot and explained which part to order from Honda and he will install it for me at an excellent price. I am one happy YELPER! Also enjoyed visiting with Nitro the dog. Just as cool and nice as his owner. read more

Great communications, most business we know do not call back, the owner does call back as he said he would for the installation time. Very nice owner and his coworker just like every single reviews states here, very nice people. It's all true to the reviews. We had 2 cars done and was incredibly efficient and fair price. He's definitely got my future business and will def refer him to everyone. read more

I went in to fix my windshield (which was completely shattered when my hood popped open while driving). Kenny was so nice and got the job done well. He even pushed my hood down and bent it back to its original shape w/o a charge. I couldn't pick it up the next day and he let me put my car there for an extra couple days free. I'm so thankful and will def come back in the future. Thank you, Kenny!!! Wishing you all the best this holiday season. read more

Can I give them a 10? After waking up to a pile of glass next to my car I started looking for a place to have my driver side window fixed. From the moment they answered the phone I knew this would be the place to go. Their price was better than anyone else, and I was in and out of there in 40 minutes, even after I showed up late! I was greeted with a smile and by name, which is great customer service in my opinion. The owner and both his sons are genuinely nice and even let me take over a corner of their desk so I could get a little work done while I was waiting! If I ever need glass replacement again I won't hesitate to call them. : ) read more

Kenny was very professional. They finished the job in 35 minutes. The window looks great and they gave very clear instructions about the care. Just let him know on the phone if you are using the yelp discount because he calculates the bill at his office. I highly recommend this business. read more

The work was fast. I printed and brought the yelp coupon with no problem. read more
