In August I paid $160 to replace my windshield the only time I've ever done that in six years. Two months later there was another crack in this supposedly new windshield. I called them and they told me it would be $65 to fix the new crack. No warrantee nothing, $225. What happens next what comes next is there going to be more cracks? Scheduled a auto glass install on my q60 because it had gotten stolen a few days ago. They said the installer would at my home at 12pm to install. 12pm came around and I called and they told me he should be there in 20min which would of been 12:50pm. Called again because the installer still was not at the house for the install. He finally arrived at 2:30pm. Well the installer never had experience with installing the passenger side window of my q60 because he told me. So he calls his boss and his boss arrives to help and he stated that the glass was flawed and couldn't install it. He said if I still wanted them to install the window after he order another one and I responded by telling him yes if they can install it. He got offended and walked out and left. That was so unprofessional of him to do. Also the website says that they send certified technicians which is a lie. The installer was a young kid that is learning on the job. It's not the installers fault but is the owners fault for send a unqualified installer for the job. Did not use this business period. read more

Please don't come here. The Mechanic who works on windows doesn't even stay here, they have to call him to come in when there's work to do. Brought my car here last Friday to get my window regulator motor changed (my window won't roll down or up after using it a few times) he said it'd be 90 bucks, I brought him the part and left my car for an hour. He called me and said the part didn't need to be changed, and that he cleaned up some electrical wires and now it works, I explained that it works 2 or 3 times then stops, he said it looks fine and charged me 85 bucks even tho he didn't replace the part like I asked.... So I asked him to just change the motor LIKE I ASKED AND CAME TO THEIR SHOP TO PAY TO HAVE DONE! He said he left and I'd have to come back Monday, so I get there pay them and test my window, it rolled down and wouldn't roll back up, I told the lady inside, she called him and he said he doesn't have time to come back to fix it. So I had to go to A different auto glass shop and pay more money just for them to help put it back up. Please don't come here... find a shop that cares and has an actual mechanic on site to help you out. read more

Forgot to mention that did would have to recalibrate the front collision detection system which would cost $200 more, this was after the install was complete. The VW needed a windshield, and the nice lady quoted me $185 over the phone. Such a deal, my second choice would have been a quote of $175 but was near downtown L.A. and I wasn't looking forward to fighting the traffic to and from. On the other end of the scale was the VW stealership at $550+ They offered mobile service but I am currently off from work (recovery from surgery) so driving to their shop was not a problem. I made an appointment, and arrived a few minutes early. Shit happens, they were running late (someone had dropped a windshield as they were installing it into another car, the windshield was damaged and they had to go get another), so I gave them my cellphone number, asked where was a good place to get lunch, and asked them to call me 20 minutes before they wanted me back. As i was driving down the street I passed California Grill Express, and decided to get lunch there (see that review!) instead of their recommendation (T-Burgers, a little further to the east). As promised, the nice lady at All Class Auto Glass called me, and I returned. I watched them swap out the windshield, and the gentleman knew what he was doing, didn't waste any time, yet did the job right. All in all, a professional job done right, and without any issues, and with some extra service - he went above and beyond... he didn't need to use a shop-vac on the heater air intake under the windshield but he did, and sucked out a bunch of dead leaves and pine needle pieces! Should I need auto glass in the future, I will be back! NOTE - they are located behind another business so call ahead and get directions, they really aren't visible from the street. read more

On day something flew out of a dump truck on the freeway and put a sizeable crack in my windshield that could not easily be repaired. Since I drive an old Mercedes, I didn't have much luck trying to find the windshield myself. I saw this place driving to work one day and they were able to get a new windshield in within a day and were able to replace it for cheaper than what it would have cost me to do the job myself. had a chip in my front windshield. called in the morning and told tell I was at work til 6pm and as long as it was done before then all was good. Jonathan came to my work ar I understand 400-430 and did a great job. He did inform me that because the chip was larger than normal and had splintering that it might not work. Got the job done and technically on time, but not a great experience. Biggest downfalls were having to do with clarity, like waiting for a 4-hour block appointment time (feels obvious he had no other appointments to rush to because he gave me the option of 8-noon or 1-5pm time slots. It's hard to believe he wasn't sure he could make it from 8am-11am which is when he showed up from only 20 mins distance away, so why not warn us with a better timeframe or have better accuracy for his appointments? And who gives 4 hour blocks of time since the 1990s anyway??) He also said it would only take an hour to do the job (fine, but not ideal), THEN instructs us at the end to not drive the car for at least AN HOUR. That means the car isn't drivable for TWO hours. Also, he didn't tell me over the phone he was expecting cash for the job until the job was already done, which put my wife in an awkward position (I wasn't home because he took so long to show up). Then, the icing on the cake was that he charged more than he quoted, which makes me feel like he may have taken advantage of my wife since she wasn't the one who set up the appointment, or doesn't pay attention to detail... then gladly accepted a tip.
