After a silly way of breaking the windshield, I searched for the estimated cost, and for a Subaru Outback 2021 most placed (safelite) want around $1,200... they say its due to getting cameras calibrated and OEM glass being required to make all the eyesight systems work. Most of which does not need to happen depending on the nature of your windshields damage. For a MUCH better price, They were able to get me an aftermarket replacement, that I doubt any could tell the difference over OEM. If you are in their local area they will come to you and are very quick and professional. I will certainly use them again! FAST AND FRIENDLY! Very pleased to have found these guys for my Windshield replacement. read more

Great service! I needed my windshield repaired and glad I found Al's Auto Glass. They were able to come out the same day, which was very convenient. The service was phenomenal, and it's honestly refreshing to find such great customer service nowadays. I really appreciated it! Yadir and Edgar came to my home to replace the windshield and were extremely friendly and professional. My family was curious about the process, and they were very patient in answering questions and letting us watch as they worked. Their work was clean, high quality, and completed in less than an hour. It's clear they have years of experience, which really showed in both their tools and craftsmanship. I would definitely use them again for any windshield or window service and highly recommend them. read more

I had my windshield replaced by them 7 months ago. Yesterday, rain was pouring in above the rear view mirror. So, I call them and he said that they only offer a 1 month warranty. And, the glass could break if they removed it to repair the seal. So, he wanted me to replace the glass again! I told him that I did not want to pay them again when they obviously screwed up the first time. And , I told him that I had never had this problem before. I have had a number of windshield replacements in 50 years of driving, but have never had a seal failure like this. Don't go there! You might have to pay twice to get it right. read more

My car got broken into on a Saturday night and Al's auto glass was able to come as early as Monday and fix it right at my apartment complex! It took him just about 25-30min to fix and he still went out of his way to vacuum my car and make sure every single glass inside the door was out! Absolutely amazing family business please support they are very inexpensive compared to bigger companies like Safelite. They dont have any additional hidden fees. He even made sure to wipe down the entire door and glass before giving me my keys back! 10/10 recommend!! read more

Using Al's Auto Glass was the simplest experience. Edgar was precise with his communication and timing. Edgar asked more questions to make sure he would provide the correct windshield than other companies did to provide a quote. He provided clear communication to confirm the appointment and provided a notice when they were 15 minutes out from arriving. Never an ounce of doubt that i chose the right glass company. The finish product was perfect too. read more
