Quick service! Easy to get a quote through Yelp. Not a huge waiting area but it's okay since the service is pretty quick. Comparable prices to other places. read more

Awesome Service!! Extremely fast and courteous! Replaced my Hyundai Sonata Windshield the same day at an outstanding price! Hopefully I don't need to come back for something like this again but if I ever do I know will to go! read more

I came here after I previously went to a different shop and that shop botched the rubber seal. I came here looking for some help and they fixed the problem with no charge. They were really helpful and I would definitely come back. read more

I called around and Eric gave me the best price than anyone else in the area including new rubber moldings. (Most places reuse your existing ones.) I made an appointment for the following day and guess what...they kept the appointment time. They began working right away and I was out the door in 45 min as promised. It's an unassuming little shop, but you are treated professionally and they do excellent work. read more

My wife's car got broken into last night and, of course, we needed to replace the broken window ASAP. We called Windshield Express and their price was right and they are nearby. When we got there, Vince the manager, told us it would take about 1 hour. They were done in about 30 minutes! Vince was very friendly and knowledgeable and his crew was quick and professional. The prices there are excellent as is the service. I would definitely recommend Windshield Express to anyone who needs a new car window or windshield. read more

Beyond pleased! I am very thankful to have found such a wonderful window installation shop. I have replaced several windshields this year because of the California freeways. I went to other shops and this experience has by far been the best. Thank you Eric, and everyone else at the shop for the great work! read more

A BIG thank you to Windshield Express! Very happy with past work they have done for me. On 9/10/13 I sent my 19yr old daughter to have her broken passenger window replaced . They were all nice, courteous and respectful and price was right!!! There are many windsheild repair shops in my area of Whittier but I will drive to Covina because I trust in the good work they do and wont hike up price's! Once again THANK YOU Windshield Express. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES. EXCELLENT QUALITY ON WINDSHIELD. 5 STARS, 100 POINT, A+. A golf ball hit my Toyota Corolla windshield while driving through Royal Vista Golf Course at Colima Road, Walnut. Eric gave me a quote which is very reasonable and the windshield is a very reliable and trusted brand. After my research, I setup an appointment with Eric and after 45 minutes, the job is done. The job is done professionally and I am one big happy customer. I am sad that I am out of pocket of $$$ due to Golfer denied it but I am happy that I found Eric's Windshield Express. read more

AWFUL. As others mentioned price is so much cheaper. And sometimes we get what we pay for. About 3 weeks after getting my entire front windshield replaced it rained and leaked water all inside my car. Now every time I get my car washed I have to bring towels to mop up the inside. I have tried to get a hold of them for months now with no response. Initially there was an instant auto text from Eric for appt. Now the phone doesn't ring, says no voice mail, rings sometimes and then just disconnects. One time "Eric" auto response texted and I told my situation and no text response back. I have driven by and there was a sign posted closed until further notice. So when is saw a yelp review from this month I was shocked that they we're open again. Tried calling again and still nothing. Their work js supposed to have a 10 year guarantee and I could even get a 10 day guarantee. Workmanship is completely shoddy only topped by terrible customer service and business practices. Save your money and go to a real business to get your windshields repaired. read more

Went today to have my Windshield replaced. Eric and His team did a fantastic job. Mario which was one of the gentlemen replacing my window was very informative. I had missing caps which Eric fixed for me as a complimentary. The quality was great! I was surprised the windshield also came with a tinted visor which I was not expecting, so that was a plus. I left his shop more then happy. I will definitely recommend Windshield Express to Friends and Family. read more

Eric was super quick to respond to my inquiry for a quote. I was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and the price was reasonable. The staff who installed the new windshield were helpful, informative, and polite. They worked efficiently and did a great job. Hopefully, I won't be in the market for a new windshield anytime in the near future but if so, I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Terrific service and results. Eric is awesome. I sent a quote request over yelp and I got a response right away. The dealer told me that it will cost me around $1700 but I got the windshield installed on my Infiniti SUV for less than $400. I was offered an option of an aftermarket for around $250 or the original one At @ $350. What can I say? I got the quote right away, the job got started immediately, and my car looks great! Will I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely! Support a local business is a plus for me! read more

So far, so good. I got my windshield replaced on my Civic 2018. I went in on Saturday, 1/12/19, scheduled it all through Yelp with the help of the owner. Got my quote and they honored the quote the day I went in, they already had it on file. It took 45 minutes to install, but since it was raining hard, they had me wait an hour to have it dry more, which I was thankful for. No leaks that day, but it had stopped raining by the time I left, barely a drizzle later in the day too. Today, it is raining badly and I am happy to come into my car after a long day of work without any leaks. They also use OEM product so the glass looks identical to my old, original windshield so I am very happy with the presentation. And, the comments do not lie, the customer service is outstanding. I think I just found my new auto glass place on my first try! Thanks Windshield Express team! read more

Thank you so much for replacing my 2018 Toyota Camry windshield it came out & looks so good!!!! Great job and fast service.

We took my wife's car to replace the front windshield on her Kia and they broke the side passenger mirror by pushing it in they broke it it's an automatic return and they forced it they would admit it that they did it I told them to look at the video which they have a camera there and they were very sarcastic and actually told me to leave I called the owner he did not return my phone call that just goes to show you what kind of a business he runs exactly runs so beware cheap isn't always a better place to get your car fixed especially when you got a bunch of clowns working for you and a ringmaster to direct them read more

Great service, affordable, and quick. Even customer response via yelp was great. Would definitely return and recommend.

Last month a rock hit the windshield of my new car. I was so bummed and thought I'd have to replace the whole thing. Stopped by this spot to see if it was fixable and Eric took care of it right away. It was quick and affordable service and I was so happy with the results. In fact, the service and results were so good that when another flippin rock hit my windshield again (yep twice within a month), I came back here again and Eric did his magic . If you have rock chips or cracks or need your windshield replaced, come here and you won't be disappointed! read more

Called this place on a Friday morning after having my windshield cracked a day prior. I was shopping around for quotes on a replacement and the owner, Eric, provided me with a very reasonable price, as well as information on the type of glass I would receiving based on my preference (OEM, aftermarket, etc.). Luckily he had my glass in stock and set me up for an appointment later that afternoon; so convenient! I even arrived 20 minutes early and they took me in right away. I was in and out of the shop in under an hour; very impressive. There were only two guys there working on my car and they were very swift and professional. Definitely recommend coming here to get your windshield replaced! PRO-TIP: try not to come on a rainy day like I did, as I didn't realize how this would affect how the adhesive settles. read more

A lowlife decided to make my life more challenging by bashing my passenger window out and stealing personal belongings. I found myself needing an immediate repair and Eric responded in a timely manner. His guys worked hard and fast on my car and got me in and out within 30 minutes when he said it take an hour!!!!! I was in distress as it was 82 degrees at 9:30 AM but Eric read my emotions and went to the back to grab me a cold water bottle. That's just great customer service if you ask me!! If you need your window replaced, look no further. Fair prices and great service! read more

Superb service. Within 30 minutes they were at my home to replace my windshield. Polite, professional and the lowest quote I found after 40 minutes of calls. I had an appt with safelite first for the same service that would have been 90$ more! I cancelled them. Clean work and super fast. read more

Fast and great service at a reasonable price. I needed to have my windshield replaced due to an irreparable crack. Eric was quick with a quote via yelp and set up my appointment. The hinge on the rear hatch of my Yukon had come unglued. I called Windshield Express. They order the window and by 9:45 the following morning I had a new hatch. The price was great and the installation was flawless. I have used them in the past to put in a new power window motor. I had the same experience then. They are my go to for my auto window needs. My wife called early in the morning about 9:30 AM for a for a quote and let me just tell you the price was very fair. They gave her an appointment for later in the afternoon. My front window was cracked due to a flying rock on the freeway. She was only there for 45 mins and they are very quick and efficient. Since we just move to the area we know the spots in Los Angeles on alameda to get the windows done for cheap. Let me tell you this place is as cheap as traveling to Los Angeles to get your window replace and there work is quality. read more

I had a pretty bad crack in my front windshield from a rock that was kicked up on the freeway. They were really honest about what it would take to fix and the chance of it cracking further. Corresponding with them through Yelp was easy. They fixed it without a problem and were gracious about pricing it. There's not really a great place to hang out and wait, but they took care of it quickly. read more
