I contacted them for a quote after reading all the great reviews and the manager promptly messaged me, answered questions and got me set up with an appointment. I arrived a little early for my appointment but was greeted quickly and the guys in the shop didn't waste anytime fixing my truck! The labor process took as long as they had expected and they even repaired part of my interior trim (a part that I had forgotten about because it had been broken for so long lol) as courtesy. I came in without an appointment. Service was great. Windshield replaced quickly. The owner was great. They offered headlamp cleaning for my severely yellow hand lamps. They cleaned up the headlamps, really helped out driving at night, pricing was very reasonable. Friendly, professional, and courteous service and cheaper than everyone else. I had to get my windshield replaced after a small crack started to get bigger and bigger. I did my research and found that Windshield Express had great reviews so I decided to give them a call. I called the same day and asked for a quote for my 2010 Toyota Camry. I spoke to Eric and he was very nice and professional. The price was reasonable so I decided to make an appointment. I loved the fact that they came to me as other places were charging me an additional $40 to come to me to replace my windshield. Had a huge crack on my windshield, I scheduled an appointment over the phone with a very professional representative who scheduled me a same-day appointment. I was told it would take an hour and was out the door in 30 minutes. I drive a 2006 Honda Accord and it cost me $150. Yesterday, I called my insurance to report a cracked windshield and they connected me with Eric (the owner), who was extremely in helping me schedule a replacement job for today (the next day!) Two nice gentlemen arrived at my job location, perfectly on time, and got right to work. They explained that the office already had all my insurance information, which was a huge relief that I did not have to do any paperwork. I had been putting off the repair to a chip that was cracking in my windshield, and finally went to get it taken care of before it was too late. I called when they opened and they were able to take my car right then. As the repairman was cleaning up the windshield after his repair, he spotted another chip That was hidden by the rear view mirror. Darn! Not a problem. He was able to take care of the newly-discovered chip while I waited, too. The guys were professional, their work was clean, and I was on my way in an hour and a half. read more

Great customer service! Don't buy that cheap glue at the auto supply store for your rear view mirror, you will waste your money. I tried to put my mirror on twice and it failed each time. Update to previous review: The work we were being charged for was $80 to have 2 disabled windows rolled up with no real fix (windows still won't roll down). Their hourly rate is $65 an hour and took them 10 min to roll them up. Upon stating the difference to the owner, Eric, we were treated very rudely and the work was then un-done and we just left. Their hourly rate is not unreasonable and the parts were not overly expensive. We felt like we were being cheated out of money for no real fix to a problem and upon catching it, we were treated rudely. read more
