The dealer wanted 400$ (before labor!) for an AFTERMARKET windshield. Called these wonderful guys up based on their Yelp reviews. They gave me a choice--Chinese aftermarket for 180$ and American made, high quality (and the same Toyota uses) for 250$. Went with the higher quality glass. The installation took 40 minutes and we were seated on a big, comfy couch while we waited. The wondshield looks great, like nothing happened! Once again back in for another Ford Focus windshield replacement from San Dimas Auto Rental to the guys at Windshield Express. I watched the process from start to finish and its impressive how the guys at Windshield Express get it done. Don and Mario are true experts and make it look easy, almost too easy. After they're all done its like it never happened and there is no left over glass, glue, dust or anything else that says there was work done. It was so good that I drove my next renter right to the shop where the car was waiting and she drove off from there. Where do I begin!! I took my car here in September to replace my windshield. Months later when it's started raining I ended up getting a severe leak! Damaged my whole interior ceiling/roof, and the floor of both driver and passenger completely soaked with water! I mean big puddles!! I called immediately the next morning to let them know I talked to Mario n he said to bring it in and he will vacuum water and reseal the windshield etc. He did so but when I went to pick up my car he started somewhat yelling at me telling me it wasn't their fault even though it clearly was since I have never had a leak for the 9 years I have had my car!, and he even did more damage to my sun visors they were completely broken they fell off driving home from shop from removing my roof to vacuum up the water After I picked up n after he complained to me it rained again that night and still leaked!! I then took it back the next day and talked to the owner Eric Wicke at first he started yelling saying it's not their fault this never happens etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He then took it to the back of the shop and sprayed water on the windshield to see if it would leak AND IT DID!! After denying it wasn't their fault continuously! He did not pay for the damages done to my car which is over $3,000!! They just resealed my windshield for the third time, and the owner Eric gave me a check FOR $40 for gas for having to come back and forth from his shop, really? What about all the water damage?? I had to contact my issuance to have the damages repaired and I NOW HAVE TO PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT! I even have before and after pictures, videos, and witnesses. I wouldn't be so angry if they weren't rude to me, didn't give me such a run around, and just offer to pay for the damages but no. I would give no stars if possible. read more

Unlike the other places I've been to, he schedules people by appointment so there isn't hours of waiting on standby for your car to get fixed. He also has two people work on your car instead of one.
