Called ahead of time to make an appointment and they were able to assist me almost immediately upon arriving. The owner (I believe his name was Mario?) even offered me a discount since it was raining that day. Staff was friendly and got the job done in less than an hour. I hope I never have to replace any windows on my truck again but If I do I'll definitely be returning here. read more

I want to thank everyone at Windshield Express! I worked with Eric to get a quote and schedule an appointment for two of my vehicles to have their windshields replaced. The guys at the shop took both my cars right away and were done with the repairs before I was ready to get my cars back. Great job! Quality repairs! Friendly service! Definitely the place to come. Thanks again! read more

My car got broken into and I was referred to this place by a friend. Phenomenal service at its best. They even stayed open a little late for me. Stopped in to get my windshield checked out. Gentleman there was very nice to put me at ease letting me know that the little chips in my windshield are normal condition for most windshields. Just bought the car so I have to admit I'm a little OCD about it right now, haha. Thanks, bud! Will definitely be back here when I need any repairs/replacements. read more

First of all this is the best price you're gonna find someone do this for , Mario & Don are both certified in this field and didn't just pick it up to make money , they are both very understanding nice technicians and love what they do , they did a remarkable job on my car and took less than 35min , the moldings were great and the glass itself was really good quality , the nice part about it too is that they'll even come to your house if you live in the Covina area , I wouldn't go anywhere else but here . read more

My wife's SUV had a chip and crack on her windshield. The crack was progressing, so made the call to get it repaired. Unfortunately, the crack could not be repaired. So we decided to replace the entire windshield. Dropped off the truck in the afternoon, went to get lunch, and was ready when we were done. Very fast and affordable. read more

Thank you for fixing my windshield on short notice. These dudes knocked out my 2009 Ford Crown Victoria windshield in 30 Minutes! The only time I had to get this done was during work hours and these guys knocked it out on my lunch break. looked perfect and they cleaned up their mess when they finished, very professional and fast! I had to leave a tip. I'm very picky with my car and they were very careful. Thanks guys, i will recommend to anyone needing glass. read more

Awesome work(mobile service). Very responsive to phone & emails, and great competitive price. Highly recommend.

Once again back in for another Ford Focus windshield replacement from San Dimas Auto Rental to the guys at Windshield Express. I watched the process from start to finish and its impressive how the guys at Windshield Express get it done. Don and Mario are true experts and make it look easy, almost too easy. After they're all done its like it never happened and there is no left over glass, glue, dust or anything else that says there was work done. It was so good that I drove my next renter right to the shop where the car was waiting and she drove off from there. NOW, I purposely waited to leave this review because of the INSANE RAIN we have been going through and I'm happy to report that not a drop has come through the seals, NOT ONE! If their workmanship help up to that crazy rain its good for life (or at least the next time a client breaks the glass). Thanks to Eric and his crew this is where my fleet comes to get it done - fast, well priced, and done right. Check out the photos! read more

After spending 50 years in the automotive industry it is refreshing to experience good old-fashioned customer service. I needed a windshield and Eric was referred by two of my trusted referral partners. I set an appointment, and got in earlier due to a cancellation. Truly an example of under promise and over deliver. My car was completed an hour before the promise time. I would recommend Windshield Express without hesitation. read more

I made an appointment and got there 10 minutes early. They started replacing yhe windshield on the car right a way and they were done in less than an hour. Eric, the owner, provided great customer service and his prices were 35% lower than others I checked with. The work done was thorough and clean. Will go back if I need another windshield repair or replacement. read more

I was very pleased with the service I received. I called in the morning, and there was no answer so I hung up. I received a text from Eric apologizing for missing my call. He said if I needed service that I could text him the info of the vehicle that needed service. He gave me a quote and I asked if I could drop it off and go back later. He said yes. He texted when the vehicle was ready. I liked the way he did business. I did not feel pressured or obligated. I also got a great price. I didn't get to meet him, but his coworker gave great service too. Thank you! ! read more

The heavy rain and cold weather lately has damaged my windshield. Two small star cracks split a bigger crack when I turned my heater on. Just got done with them. Wow! The owner responds quickly on Yelp. He gives you a quote right away! Unlike the other places I've been to, he schedules people by appointment so there isn't hours of waiting on standby for your car to get fixed. He also has two people work on your car instead of one. This helps a lot with precision and also time. I was done in less than an hour. This place is affordable and he treats his employees with kindness and respect. ^_^ I'll be sure to come back for any window needs! read more

Where do I begin!! I took my car here in September to replace my windshield. Months later when it's started raining I ended up getting a severe leak! Damaged my whole interior ceiling/roof, and the floor of both driver and passenger completely soaked with water! I mean big puddles!! I called immediately the next morning to let them know I talked to Mario n he said to bring it in and he will vacuum water and reseal the windshield etc. He did so but when I went to pick up my car he started somewhat yelling at me telling me it wasn't their fault even though it clearly was since I have never had a leak for the 9 years I have had my car!, and he even did more damage to my sun visors they were completely broken they fell off driving home from shop from removing my roof to vacuum up the water After I picked up n after he complained to me it rained again that night and still leaked!! I then took it back the next day and talked to the owner Eric Wicke at first he started yelling saying it's not their fault this never happens etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He then took it to the back of the shop and sprayed water on the windshield to see if it would leak AND IT DID!! After denying it wasn't their fault continuously! He did not pay for the damages done to my car which is over $3,000!! They just resealed my windshield for the third time, and the owner Eric gave me a check FOR $40 for gas for having to come back and forth from his shop, really? What about all the water damage?? I had to contact my issuance to have the damages repaired and I NOW HAVE TO PAY MY DEDUCTIBLE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT! I even have before and after pictures, videos, and witnesses. I wouldn't be so angry if they weren't rude to me, didn't give me such a run around, and just offer to pay for the damages but no. I would give no stars if possible. read more

Great fast service and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Eric has allot of knowledge.
