10/10 service and ease of the process. Johnny was my main rep & communication was on point. I NEVER needed to reach out to the shop to find out what was happening with my car because Johnny was proactive with all communication! Thanks to Lilly, who found and held onto my garage clicker that I left in the rental car! If I need more work done, I'll come here. Oh, & they were done with my car several weeks earlier than expected! read more

I recommend Avalon Collision 100%! They kept me updated throughout the process and were very kind. Johnny the mechanic did a great job and went above and beyond. He also had a positive attitude. I will be taking my vehicle again, if needed in the future. read more

The folks at Avalon were very nice and helped me out right away and repairs to my car were done well. Johnny was especially helpful and kind through the process- great communication and attitude. I would recommend this place and I give them 5 stars for customer service! read more

I have been here several times, and each time received outstanding customer service from Johnnie. The staff is consistently friendly, courteous, and professional. Above all, they've been trustworthy with me--especially important on occasions when I paid out of pocket. Today I came in with my wheel arch trim ripped and hanging by a thread. Johnnie went to someone who I assume was the owner or manager, and they agreed to fix me up for free as a courtesy. And they did it right away. So they take care of their repeat customers. Again, thanks so much. Highly recommend. read more

After a collision, GEICO suggested this body repair shop. I got in right that same day. They cooperate with Enterprise so you can pick up and return a rental car at the Collision Center. I received daily updates by text. The repair was done ahead of schedule. My car was beautiful. This repair shop is recommended by GEICO. Honestly, this was the easiest experience I have had with a Collision Center after a collision. It is hard to find. Enter from Lone Hill immediately after Auto Center Dr. read more

I highly recommend Avalon Collision Center. Andy helped me out through the process and he was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I brought my Honda Pilot in for a repair and they did an excellent job in repairing the exterior damage on my passenger front and rear door. read more

I would not recommend anyone to take their car here, insurance or out of pocket. I can't even express how disappointing this shop is. I took my car here as it was in an accident and insurance said it was fixable. Upon picking the car up they said there was a number of issues "they wouldn't fix because it was like that before the accident" which is untrue, I put thousands of dollars into fixing and maintaining my vehicle just for them to try and cut corners and not do what was needed to restore my vehicle. If they couldn't fix my car that should have been communicated to the insurance instead of trying to give me a car in HORRIBLE condition. My steering wheel shakes horribly the paint has faded horribly, they basically just fixed the tire and tried to say that was all that needed to be done. Not to mention when I tried to bring this up to the repairman he dismissed me and said "they repaired everything damaged in the accident" save your time and sanity and go ANYWHERE else !!! read more

This is never a place you want to have to go too.... But if you are in a position where you need work done on your car Avalon is the best! The manager Jen goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things work out. I had a specific issue and I expected to be pushed aside... nope Jen made calls and made exceptions and made it work. I hate being here but I know I'm in good hands. Highly recommend read more

I took my car here to repair a shattered window, and to inspect some wires that were pulled due to vandalism. The team here (Andy & Lily) handled my services with great care!! They listened to my concerns, and answered all questions I had about the process and going through insurance as this was my first time experiencing anything like this. My estimated repair date was about one week, but Andy was able to get it done in one day! They repaired the window, replaced the tint on it, ensured no electrical damage was done to my vehicle, and washed my car for me as well. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here! Also, Andy is a great communicator, and gives fast updates! read more

Avalon Collision Center has always provided excellent quality repair service, but more than that, their customer service is outstanding. Johnny is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He went above and beyond in ways I never imagined, and I am deeply grateful for his assistance. I highly recommend him, and this company. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about Avalon Collision Center. My vehicle was taken here after a collision at my insurance company's recommendation. The repair did unfortunately take longer than expected due to parts shortages, but none of this was the fault of Avalon. The manager, Jennifer, gave me weekly progress updates and even called to explain certain issues that came up. Once the outstanding parts did come in, my vehicle was ready within 2 days. Thank you Avalon!!! read more

It's a bit awkward to have to be on here deleting a 5 star rating and now leaving a 1 star after using this company on 12-15 cars in the past 16 years. As well sending family and friends here. Never have I had an issue with any of my cars being worked on until now. As well have never had a bad experience with any of the workers, and or staff. This is all directly directed to a recent experience and management. I recently took my car in due to a scratch on the door and wanted to have it painted because I'm very picky with all my cars the way they look. aAter picking vehicle up I noticed some rattling in the door and contacted their office to have them take a look at it, I took the car back to the shop to have it checked, but the noise was not identified so I took the car home. The noise continues so I took it back to the shop a month later, and we both think the noise might be coming from the speaker. I was told to take it to the dealership. When taking the car to the dealership, the dealership open the panel and we noticed there was a couple brackets that were broken inside the panel. I know this is a newer car and the panel has never been taken off until the door Had to be fixed. So I took the car back to Avalon to show them the issue. I waited about 2 1/2 weeks to get a call back and them to tell me that management was willing to go half on getting the door panel replace. This mean I would have to pay for the other half which sounded very ridiculous. Being that I've never damaged my vehicle. That being said, I felt this was not handled correctly and after 16 years of working with Avalon, I have decided to cut ties with this collision center. Note: if this was broken prior to me taking my car in, it should have been noted by the workers, and I should have been notified! Or someone did it, and it was put back on not to be noticed. Makes me wonder! read more

A huge Thank you to Andy Brandler and his amazing team at the Avalon Collision Center in Glendora. A car hit my Tahoe and I brought it into Avalon and was immediately greeted by the front desk with professional and kind employees. Avalon kept me in the loop the entire time while my Tahoe was being fixed. I was suppose to leave on vacation and I told Andy that I need to get my Tahoe back before I leave and he made it happen! I was able to get my Tahoe back before the estimated time of completion. My Tahoe looked new again and the rim looked new again! I was very impressed with the customer service from beginning to end and the great communication from the front desk! Thank you to everyone to everyone involved in getting my Tahoe back to new in a timely matter. You all did a great job and I appreciate you! Some idiot looking at his cellphone rear ended my vehicle on the right rear quarter panel. On the surface, the damage didn't look too bad. Once I took my vehicle to Avalon, they explained there was more than likely a lot of internal damage that was not visible until they took things apart. Since the idiot's insurance was paying for my repair, I had Avalon repair my vehicle. Avalon communicated with me every step of the way, informing me of the damages found and the repairs being performed. My car was ready when they estimated, and when I picked up my car, it was as good as new. Four months later, my car is still running smooth and I couldn't be happier with the job Avalon accomplished. read more

Every single member of the Avalon Collision team I came in contact with was very professional, efficient and courteous. The quality of the body work, repair timeline and customer service were all outstanding and truly exceeded my expectations. Jennifer was very detailed and thorough in her inspection and assessment of the body damage. I was promptly provided with a repair estimate--there was no upselling or having to return the next day for the estimate. The repair team worked diligently to complete the repairs, and the car was returned sparkling clean--in and out. They were even kind enough to fix the sun roof which would not close. While I hope not to need auto body work again, if I do, I would absolutely come back to Avalon Collision. I can honestly recommend their services without hesitation. Many thanks to the Glendora Avalon Collision team for providing stellar benchmark service and a smooth, effortless, seamless experience. read more

Do not trust your car to these people, they're ABSOLUTE CROOKS! Another driver hit me on the freeway, not bad, driver swerved into my lane and cracked my driver's side headlight and bruised up my bumper. I took it to Avalon, approved them to take apart my vehicle in order to assess the damage, and create an estimate with my insurance adjuster. Apparently there were some additional hidden damages to the frame and my adjuster deemed my vehicle a total loss. I went to Avalon, signed a release waiver allowing my vehicle to be towed to my insurance's property, and went to pick it up. When I got there, my car was absolutely destroyed. The people at Avalon completely took apart my vehicle and didn't both to put anything back together. When I saw it I was in shock, it looked nothing the way I dropped it off. I had a dent in my bumper and a cracked headlight, but they removed my bumper, my grill, both fenders, both headlights, and my side mirror. And what did they do with my disassembled car parts? They left them all inside my vehicle. On top of that, at some point they rolled down my drivers side window and my car must have died while they were operating, because instead of rolling it back up, they left my window down. When I retrieved my car from the tow yard in Riverside, my car was COMPLETELY full of dirt, leaves, and bugs. These people do not care about your property. It would have been simple to roll my window up before my car died or to even put in a tiny bit of extra effort and jump my car in order to roll my window back up. But they have zero regard for other people's property. I immediately called them to complain about my vehicle and the condition it was left in. I also complained to say that my side mirror which was removed by them were now missing and not returned with the car. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone said this "We're not responsible for any pieces from your car". REALLY!? I bring my car to your location to assess and repair and you then proceed to tell me that you're not responsible if the pieces you disassembled are now missing. I now have to pay $300+ for a new side mirror and installation at a new body shop because of these people's carelessness. There's zero respect or accountability from the people at Avalon. I DO NOT recommend. read more

Everyone at Avalon is amazing. The work was done on time and the car looks great. I took my car here for a repair through insurance Geico. My side mirror was busted. When I pick the car up there are some scratches on the mirror which I was surprised about but I worker buff them out for me. Driving home I realize the mirror could not go out far enough or high enough for me. I'm a tall guy and I can only see the road. Andy, my contact said to bring it back in. He said he will get me a new one once it arrives. I'm happy with Andy's service. I really feel like he is taking care of me and my family. Even though it's a hassle to go back in, I understand that this happens sometimes and Andy is understanding and relatable. read more

Five plus stars to them perfect service great staff !! My car is as good as new... thank you everyone at Avalon collision center!!

My car was hit in the back wheel. Supposed to replace the wheel and bumper. Got my car back with "wheel replaced" and the front wheel half damaged with red paint from curb. When I asked what happened they said "curb scrap". I had one nick in the wheel and because they put an x on that wheel that had the nick in it when I turned it in they considered it to be "what ever damage they want to put". Car came back with damage that wasn't there to begin with. Dara was the person that "helped" me. Def video you car and record what it looks like when dropping off so you have evidence!!!!! When signing where damage is on the car. Don't except x make them label scratch or dent and the size!!! read more

I was quite disappointed when I picked up my car. They completely destroyed the interior with fine dust everywhere, including vents, buttons, leather seats, you name it. The workmanship of the repairs on my truck is spot on. The body lines are followed, gaps between the hood and fenders look as it did off the dealers lot when it was new. Simple plastic liners and the plastic retaining clips are typically an oversight, but every single one is in place. Headlights are aligned. Alignment of all these parts isn't a hard job, but without precision and the know-how can easily be askew. CLEARLY, the craftsmanship required in taking the time to see out these small details is important to them. WORK WAS COMPLETED BY THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE (which was reasonable) COMMUNICATION WAS PROMT AND ON POINT. TRUCK WAS HANDED BACK TO ME POLISHED AND CLEAN (which seems like a no brainer but there are *some shops* out there NOT interested in taking time to do some of the smallest things that leave the biggest impressions) ALSO THEY SEAMLESSLY WITH MY INSURANCE (they handled all communication with them, which was a huge weight lifted for me ) From the intake process, body work, suspension & alignment, paint, and delivery back to me. THIS SHOP MET MY EXPECTATIONS, AND EXCEEDED WORK IVE SEEN COME OUT OF PRACTICALLY ANY. *******************^^^ A shop I would feel safe sending my mother to, I 100% RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. THANK YOU, very much, to everyone on the roster!! read more

I have a brand new 2018 Ford F-150 and I have unfortunately not had the best luck with this truck and I have had it less then a year... with that being said I was VERY picky as to where I was going to take my 40,000 dollar truck to make sure it looked EXACTLY like I bought it. Like I said I have had the WORST luck with this truck and have had been in 3 separate accidents ( None of them were my fault lol) so that said I have taken my truck here all three times and to be completely honest my truck looks better then when I bought it. They do an excellent job and go above and beyond. They pay attention to every detail and have very clean work. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing any type of body work done to there vehicle. Not to mention the customer service is excellent!! Great people. read more

I was highly disappointed when I came in to get an estimate on my car. A gentleman named Dara (I think that is the correct spelling) did the estimate. He wanted to charge an astronomical amount for a simple headlight replacement and paint job from a collision. I waited over 30 minutes to get this quote, and he didn't even bother explaining why half of the stuff listed on the quote needed to be replaced when they were not damaged. I gave it more than one star because the receptionist, Michelle, was very kind and attentive. read more

I've taken my car here twice and both times I have been extremely satisfied!!! These guys are awesome! I just picked up my car from here after a local towing company ruined my front bumper. They did an amazing job! (see photo) They ordered me an OEM bumper for my BMW and they truly did a 5 star job! Steve (the manager) helped me out and was extremely friendly and honest in advising on parts and such. The girls up front (Stephanie and Kelly) are hands down the best. They always greet with a smile and they work very efficiently. They had me in and out of the office in no time. The paperwork is minimal and the service is outstanding. They also called me every step of the way to let me know the status of my repairs. The first experience I had with these guys was through an insurance claim and they dealt directly with the company. They completely lifted the weight off of my shoulders and that service in itself priceless. On top of all this their price is fair and their work is unbeatable. They provided me with a warranty on their work as well! Look no further, this is the ultimate body shop! read more

I am so appreciative of the thorough job Avalon Collision Center provided. We were rear-ended by a Hummer H2 and have a new car. We knew the car wouldn't be totaled cause it's a 2019 and we had our reservations about getting the repairs done. Avalon did an excellent job of repairing our vehicle! While the car needed a lot of work, they were helpful in covering additional days in our rental car while we were waiting for the repairs to be completed. Fernanda in the front office communicated with us frequently, and Brandon and his team did an excellent job explaining the damage and repairs. They also offer a warranty on their work, and they stand by their commitment. While we know our car won't be the same as when we took it off the lot, they did as good of a job as I could hope for! I highly recommend Avalon and hope you consider them as well! read more

Bad! Really bad!! I took my car in as this was the preferred shop of the insurance co. for the guy that rear-ended me. 5 days later they tell me my car was ready. Get there to pick it up and the paint on the back bumper was terrible! It was a joke. There were visible hairs and pieces of sand stuck in the paint, on top of the lines not being straight. I complained and was asked, "do you know how hard it is to tape a bumper in straight lines?" It was about 5 minutes until they closed and I felt pressured to take my car. The next business day I called and explained the problems... I took my car back in and a week later, same thing! At that point, we got the claims adjuster more involved and the body shop manager then told my husband "we can do it again, but it will probably be the same. We can pay you out for the claim and you can take it somewhere else" And that is exactly what we did. McCoy Mills Ford's body shop did a great job, the first time! read more

Avalon does an excellent job. If you don't like it, they definitely honor their warranty and won't let you leave until you're fully happy. Cuco helped me out, along with Fernanda who is very nice, although I spent most of my time talking to Matt who is shop manager and he's really great to work with. He is very concerned about the quality, he will respect you, and he really treats you well. They are a good company, they will take care of you. I am happy I used them because they paid attention to detail and their customer service is great. Received pictures, text messages, and whatever I wanted throughout the process and they even fixed a few things that they didn't have to, but really went above and beyond. There's bad reviews on here but they are old and it was when they weren't managed by Matt.... Matt thank you for everything. You really care!!!! I hope everyone uses them, and get a chance to work with them because Matt really knows how to run a shop and he won't shrub you off or leave you under a bus. He will make sure you're completely satisfied. Highly recommend this shop. read more
