In my most recent visit to Valley Collision, as was done many times before, I left my car with Oscar for regular service. Oscar was exacting, professional and very helpful. This was not my first visit, to Valley Collision, it was my uptine time. I first met Valley Collission's owner in 2002 after having a car accident that required fixes in the thousands. I was so positively impressed with his professionalism & the service I received from him that I continued to take my car there. In one of my visits a few years later, I noticed that he was no longer working with the company and I asked one of the workers I was familiar with. They provided me with the name of his business and I've been a customer ever since. I am a retired senior citizen, an retired university professor emeritus. I cannot say enough about this place. This is my third time using Valley Collision and the service and work is the best there is!! I live about an hour away from the shop and without even asking I was told they would drive my rental car (yes, they have rental cars) to me and pick up my car to be repaired. The insurance only paid for a rental car for a certain number of days and when that was up, they drove a loaner car to me and picked up the rental. And you guessed it, when my car was ready, they drove it to me and got the loaner car. They are very professional, easy to work with, reasonable priced and do an amazing job!!!! read more

NO STARS! !!!! To this horrible place. I left my car here for a quick fix up. They told me it would take three days max. IT TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS! TOO FREAKING MONTHS FOR A SIMPLE FIX. They also fixed one of my tires thank you but when they put the tire in the car, they put the tire on top of all of our clothes and projects in the trunk. They gave us a loner car and that loner car was barley running. It had low tire pressure and the check engine light was on. When they gave us that loaner car, it had no gas so we had to fill up the gas, when we return the car they had the audacity of asking for a gas fee. The the one reason that is getting under our skin is that when we got the car back there was 11 Miles added to the trip on top of the trip been reset. Isn't that sketchy? What did you use the car for personal use? I don't recommend this place at all zero stars it should be shut down sketchy people. read more

They had my vehicle in the shop for 6 weeks. I was told it would be ready after 2 weeks, then I would be ready after week # 3 . It became a comedy of errors after that . When I was told it would be finished I pull up to find them still working on it. My rear tail light cover has burn mark on it , there are scratches on the cab truck. The rear back up camera has not been recalibrated. Then I go to fill the gas tank and guess what, no filler pipe . Not a very good experience. read more

I called Christina this morning and explained to her my issue with my side mirror. Right away she gave my two locations I could take my car to and texted me the address closest to me. I showed up to this location and Oscar helped me. Oscar right away came out and inspected my car and provided me with a quote. He then came up with a second solution to cut the cost, he had his technician come out and take a look at the mirror. The technician was able to find a way to only fix the immediate problem instead of replacing the entire side mirror. Oscar and his team saved me a lot of money!!! Valley Collision was a referral Body Shop from my insurance company. My 2016 Jeep Compass had some severe front end damage from a car accident. I had never been in an accident before . I had no other vehicle to drive and no rental coverage. They were very generous with a loaner vehicle which I had for a while. Angel the gentlemen that helped me thru the repair process was very professional and kept me informed of what was going on with the repairs.
