I sent pictures of my leased Kia Niro - all around the car. The price agreed on was $2500. When Eduardo arrived he said the price was only to do one side of the car. We disagreed as I was to turn the car into the dealership. I thought Eduardo and I had come to an agreement when I gave him $2500 in cash. But he did not fix the whole car. There is still one dent and one scratch. He did not even ask for additional money to fix that. Just left. I am 87 years old and not good at confrontations. Well, I crunched up my truck. I needed it fixed without involving insurance. I threw it out on Yelp and got a great response from Magic Touch Repairs. We communicated, and I did my best to let them know what needed to be fixed. I need some paint touch-ups for scratches, and I also needed the lower bumper facia replaced, which required the bumper to be taken off. The repair took around 4-5 hours. The quality of work is amazing! My car looks brand new and the paint matching is so good it looks like nothing ever happened! They said I was okay to go a head and do a hand wash but recommended waiting a week after repair before doing a machine wash, which is what I did and everything held up perfectly! The whole process was super easy and super convenient. After setting up an appointment, Juan showed up right on time and did an outstanding job on my Porsche Carrera S! I had done some scratch repair work, but I couldn't get the clear coat blended in properly. Juan did an expert job perfectly blending the clear coat on the rear bumper, then proceeded to repair a deep scratch on the front lower right bumper matching the paint and repairing a small area of missing plastic. This post has been long overdue. I just wanted to follow-up with the work that Magic Touch Repairs did. I was stoked and happy that they did an amazing job with my back bumper of my Toyota Camry. A couple months after their amazing work, I was driving through Palm Springs with my Toyota and the winds were really bad. I heard a thud from the back of my vehicle and I looked back and my back bumper, where Magic had installed, was coming off on the left side. I can see it from my rear view that it was flapping against the wind. I pulled over to see what caused the issue. I saw a crack from where the back bumper was flapping against the wind and it bent back causing it to crack. I didnt back into anything or nobody hit me, since there were no scratches. I checked the inside of the bumper to see why it detached, I saw that there were missing screws from the bumper as of none were fastened by any screws underneath There were a total of 4 missing screw on that side. I can see that they used some type of retainer clips instead of actual screws, in which they had to used screws since there were liners to insert screws The retainer clips had popped off. I called Magic to see if they can come and fix the crack and replace the screws, since I am still under warranty. I got my bumper installed from them in July and it was September 2021 at the time. They refused to come and fix my bumper, even though I was under warranty. They said that they cannot fix it since it was not the original back bumper, which it came off of the same year Toyota Camry. I was pretty upset that they wouldn't fix it, since they never put screws in. I was able to go to Autozone and get the screws and screwed them on, with no problems. Fast forward to now, 2023 the bumper is still intact even with heavy winds and rains. Even insured hurricane Hilary.... but there's still a crack from when it was bent. This company does good work, I can't deny that but it's pretty upsetting that they won't come and honor their warranty and have to make dumb excuses so that they won't do the work. I WILL NEVER COME to Magic Touch Repair again and I won't recommend them to anyone. The representative was kind but they wouldn't work with me and they blamed me for what happened, which is total BS. I will add the additional photos where the AFTER their work, and going through the Palm Spring winds the bumper was falling off, the crack and a photo of under the bumper where screws were supposed to be screwed on. read more

This review was long overdue. I had my car repaired by Ernesto back in October. The paint was matched perfectly but the repair wasn't complete. I had questioned a lump in the paint I thought I saw. To which he said the paint just needed time to set. Well 24 hours later, I went out to my car and noticed one of the dents hadn't been repaired. I paid $695 for the job to not be finished. I reached out to Jackie to confront the concerns I had. She responded and stated since the dent wasn't pointed out on the photos that it was not repaired. Well, the whole side of my door was covered in scratches and the dent was not seen as it was covered by scratches as well. Also, they do not pull the dents out. They just fill them with Bondo. I have proof on my outside cameras. She sent Ernesto back out to repair the lumps in the paint but stated they couldn't repair the dent without me paying an additional $200. When Ernesto came back out, my brother in law was there to ask some questions. Ernesto acknowledged that he saw that dent the first time he came and he should have said something about it. I ended up not having them repair anything. I never heard from them after that. I'm sure this was relayed to their manager. Super disappointed. read more
