Ernesto was prompt in replying to my messages and friendly. He showed up at 8 AM on time and finished the repair job impeccably within 2 1/2 hours as if nothing had happened to my vehicle. His price was a third of that at the body shop in WeHo. Different than other mobile repairs asking me to come to their workplace far from WeHo, he is a true mobile repair technician who came to me. read more

I'm so amazed with this service. I accidentally backed into my husband's car and didn't want to go through the insurance. As a busy mom with 3 young kids Magic Touch repairs was perfect for me. They were able to assess my damage over the phone with a few specific pictures and I reached out to similar companies in my area but they were the only ones willing to come help. They were not able to fix all of the damage but at least it looks so much better than before and gives me time to save up to fix the rest. My technician, Ernesto, sent me a confirmation text prior to our appointment and he was punctual, professional and super quick to do the work. He did such an AMAZING job and was so kind. I didn't have to rent a car, just stayed at home while he did the work. I was very skeptical trying something like this but I'm so impressed and the price was fair for the quality of the work. read more

Wow, just wow!! From start to finish, Jacky managed everything with courtesy, dedication, and professionalism. Ernesto did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with the repair on my car. His work ethic, and dedication are two of the absolute best that I have witnessed. Should anyone I know be in need of any similar repairs, I will highly recommend Magic Touch Repairs. Again, thank you Jacky, and Ernesto. read more

Ernesto was great. He let me know when he was on his way, was extremely professional and did a great job. Magictouch came to the house and when they left there was no trace they had been here except a perfect looking car. Before and after pictures attach. They say life time guarantee. For 1/2 the price of what a body shop would cost, I'm thrilled. read more

Had a dent in my rear trunk hatch. A quote was provided from photos I took of the damage, and it was much lower than a traditional collision shop. Ernesto came out and did metalwork to pound out and reshape the dent in the trunk hatch. He did not take shortcuts and did it right. The color matching and final finish were done really well. I'll be using this business again. read more

I sent pictures of my leased Kia Niro - all around the car. The price agreed on was $2500. When Eduardo arrived he said the price was only to do one side of the car. We disagreed as I was to turn the car into the dealership. I thought Eduardo and I had come to an agreement when I gave him $2500 in cash. But he did not fix the whole car. There is still one dent and one scratch. He did not even ask for additional money to fix that. Just left. I am 87 years old and not good at confrontations. Eduardo did a fine job but I am now left with dealing with the dealership over the unfixed damage. Beware. read more

Ernesto did an amazing job!! The company responded quickly and got me an appointment the next day. Thank you MagicTouch Repairs for undoing and fixing a botched rattle can paint job to my 1996 Toyota Rav4 that was done by another guy. Ernesto is truly the man. He is kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. His quality of work and craftsmanship is what you'd get from a full fledged body shop, except he would bring the body shop to your home and save you time, money and headaches. The paint match to my Rav4 was 1:1. With the proper equipment, Ernesto seamlessly matched the fender with the rest of the body without having to touch the doors and hood like most shops would do. He fixed the overspray and removed the excess bondo from the car. Within two hours, the car was finished and it looked brand new again. I would also like to thank Jacky U. for the excellent communication and recommendations. She replied to me with an estimate within a day and was able to accommodate to my schedule. Thank you again MagicTouch Repairs! highly recommend to everyone and will glad to have them work on my cars again. read more

I had a few deep scratches to the rear passenger door that needed fixing. I was skeptical at first because of the whole mobile repair thing and the specific color of my paint, but after a few hours all my worries went away. Ernesto was friendly, professional and explained everything he was going to do. He blended the color perfectly. The cost was way better than what most other places were charging, and the added bonus that they come to you. Great color match and paint quality. Even matched some parts entirely by eye as there was no paint code. Had some overspray I needed to clean even with all their masking, but they were willing to send tech out again to clean up if needed. Pricing very reasonable, especially compared to body shop. Wouldn't hesitate to use again for minor dings to trim and bumper. read more

Well, I crunched up my truck. I needed it fixed without involving insurance. I threw it out on Yelp and got a great response from Magic Touch Repairs. We communicated, and I did my best to let them know what needed to be fixed. I need some paint touch-ups for scratches, and I also needed the lower bumper facia replaced, which required the bumper to be taken off. Due to physical limitations, I wasn't going to be able to do it myself. Ernesto came to my house and then went to town on the truck and fixed everything I asked him to fix. It was completely awesome, and I couldn't be happier. read more

I reached out on 4/15/26 to see if it were possible to buff out scratches on my hood and fender from cleaning off gritty bird poop. I was warned that there's no guarantee that all will buff out but that "most if not all will be completely removed by buffing out." On 4/22 Ernesto came to do the work, and before starting I made sure to have him inspect the damage closely and confirm again that he felt most of it would buff out. After the job he pointed out that only two older spots were impossible to remove by buffing, but that ALL of the other damage had been completely buffed out. I was very happy with the work at first. But, now that over a month has past and the wax or whatever shinny solution that was buffed over the damage has worn off, nearly everything is visible again. At no point when showing me everything was buffed out was it explained that this was actually some sort of optical illusion that would wear off and that the marks under would again be visible in time. It was presented to me like a done deal-- marks all gone, so I trusted they were gone for good. I know I was warned that they might not get every scratch out, but to tell me "most" would buff out, and then to also point out after the work that ALL were buffed out, even though they were only temporarily masked over, is dishonest. I also find it very suspicious I was told they take credit card, but only after the job was done was told I could only pay via Venmo "friends and family" -- which left me with zero customer protections. If gone through credit card or Venmo as a service or sale, I would be able to dispute paying the full charge. But because of how they made me pay I am totally screwed. When I reached out about this I was told they warned me it might not work, and it's my fault I didn't go with a hood repaint instead of buffing in the first place. Though paint was not something they had mentioned before, and had told me buffing would remove "most if not all" the damage.... which is why I went ahead with the work. This experience has left me feeling totally scammed. Learn from my mistake -- GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY! read more

Our son scratched/dented our new Honda Pilot and I've been contemplating to exchange it or just have it fixed. I Yelped numerous auto establishments and this place was the most economical, far from the other quotes I received. The manager is very prompt in answering questions. Unlike the other businesses, all I did was email the picture, and in an hour, I got my quote. No need to come to a shop, which I think will be a waste of my time especially for a smaller dent like mine. Ernesto came for the house promptly at 0630 and finished everything by noon. You can tell he had decades of experience based on his workmanship. He came prepared, even when it was gloomy and drizzling, and he was able to manage and finish with an excellent outcome. By the time he was done my SUV looked brand new. His combination of paints inside his mobile van was similar to the pearl color of my SUV's original paint. My husband was very impressed. Ernesto was came completely equipped like a regular auto body shop, he had the buffer, compressor, and also a big heat lamp. I paid credit card as they have a mobile card reader. I only paid for what I was originally quoted. No hidden fees, which is excellent! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. 4/7/2020 read more

I purchased a used car that had damage on the rear panel and bumped and was looking to get it fixed as soon as I purchased it. And was worried about finding someone that couldn't paint match. I requested a quote from Magic Touch Repairs and Jacky respond quickly and was able to get me a quote and an appointment that worked best for me. Day of repair, their technician Ernesto arrived on time and got to work right away. He went through the process of paint matching the car and it came out a perfect match! The repair took around 4-5 hours. The quality of work is amazing! My car looks brand new and the paint matching is so good it looks like nothing ever happened! Be sure to ask them how long after your repair will it be okay to have your car washed. They said I was okay to go a head and do a hand wash but recommended waiting a week after repair before doing a machine wash, which is what I did and everything held up perfectly! It's been nearly 3 weeks now and I'm so happy with how my car turned out it We will be using their services again soon for another car that will need a paint repair! read more

The whole process was super easy and super convenient. After setting up an appointment, Juan showed up right on time and did an outstanding job on my Porsche Carrera S! I had done some scratch repair work, but I couldn't get the clear coat blended in properly. This post has been long overdue. I just wanted to follow-up with the work that Magic Touch Repairs did. I was stoked and happy that they did an amazing job with my back bumper of my Toyota Camry. A couple months after their amazing work, I was driving through Palm Springs with my Toyota and the winds were really bad. I heard a thud from the back of my vehicle and I looked back and my back bumper, where Magic had installed, was coming off on the left side. I can see it from my rear view that it was flapping against the wind. I pulled over to see what caused the issue. I saw a crack from where the back bumper was flapping against the wind and it bent back causing it to crack. I didnt back into anything or nobody hit me, since there were no scratches. I checked the inside of the bumper to see why it detached, I saw that there were missing screws from the bumper as of none were fastened by any screws underneath There were a total of 4 missing screw on that side. I can see that they used some type of retainer clips instead of actual screws, in which they had to used screws since there were liners to insert screws The retainer clips had popped off. I called Magic to see if they can come and fix the crack and replace the screws, since I am still under warranty. I got my bumper installed from them in July and it was September 2021 at the time. They refused to come and fix my bumper, even though I was under warranty. They said that they cannot fix it since it was not the original back bumper, which it came off of the same year Toyota Camry. I was pretty upset that they wouldn't fix it, since they never put screws in. I was able to go to Autozone and get the screws and screwed them on, with no problems. Fast forward to now, 2023 the bumper is still intact even with heavy winds and rains. Even insured hurricane Hilary.... but there's still a crack from when it was bent. This company does good work, I can't deny that but it's pretty upsetting that they won't come and honor their warranty and have to make dumb excuses so that they won't do the work. I WILL NEVER COME to Magic Touch Repair again and I won't recommend them to anyone. The representative was kind but they wouldn't work with me and they blamed me for what happened, which is total BS. I will add the additional photos where the AFTER their work, and going through the Palm Spring winds the bumper was falling off, the crack and a photo of under the bumper where screws were supposed to be screwed on. read more

MagicTouch Repairs did an awesome repair job on my Honda Ridgeline. I had a dent on the driver front and deep paint scratches on the passenger rear. I reached out to companies via Yelp and received multiple quotes for repairing the damage on my car. More importantly, I needed to find a mobile shop since I was unwilling to leave my car at a body shop for a few days. Jacky from MagicTouch reached out to me and I sent her a few photos and description of the damages. She responded promptly and provided a reasonable quote compared to the competition. I decided to move forward due to the great reviews on Yelp. Their on site "magician", Ernesto, showed up to my house first thing in the morning and completed the work in about a day. When I saw the completed work it was spotless and almost felt like a brand new car. Ernesto did an outstanding job and I could not be happier with the result. They accept Venmo as payment which I highly praise. The whole process went very smoothly and it was all thanks to Jacky and Ernesto that made it happen.
