I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. From the beginning, the service was poorly managed. My appointment was scheduled for Friday, then postponed to Saturday, then canceled and rescheduled to Sunday. On Sunday, the technician arrived late around 2 PM instead of earlier as expected. He worked for about an hour and then left without even finishing the job. On top of that, the pricing situation was completely unprofessional. I had a clear agreement via text messages for $900. After I raised concerns, I spoke with the owner, who seemed understanding and mentioned offering a discount. However, instead of honoring the original price, I was later told the cost would be $1,500, with only a $200 discount -- which is still far above what we originally agreed on. Between the constant rescheduling, incomplete service, and changing the agreed price, this experience shows a lack of reliability and professionalism. I absolutely don't recommend this company based on my experience. read more

It's one thing that Bumper Buddies did crappy work on my car but they've made the situation a hundred times worse by completely ignoring an unhappy customer. The owner was sent pictures and video of the PDR work done to my car over a month ago and I have since been strung along by them with no resolution and no acknowledgement of the issue whatsoever. I also sent the same pictures to other PDR specialists in the area and was told the work Bumper Buddies did on my car was "30 minutes of shoddy work" and "they sent a beginner over to practice on your car." Given how this company pushes that customer service is a top priority and guarantee their work for 3 years on their website, I find this company to be incredibly disingenuous and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

They quoted me $270 which was a good price. When Joel arrived, he mentioned that he could only fix the dent to 70% and I said that's fine. He finished about 40' later, and I checked and it did look about 70% fixed so I paid. It was in the afternoon, sun was already gone, so I did not notice the tiny bumps. The following day when I got into the car the sun was hitting it right from the side so I noticed the tiny bumps right away, and I reached out to them via text and John W responded that this is the nature of paint-less dent removal, and that it is a difficult location, etc. I responded that I had a similar dent repaired on this same vehicle and a different technician was able to remove the dent without leaving these bumps. He mentioned they could send someone again to try to fix the bumps, but he said it's very unlikely they will be able to remove them. However I never heard back from them, so I'll have to find someone else to fix this now. read more

Made an appointment last week and was able to get a tech to come out today. The area that I had a scratch looks great. I thought initially I can get it out with some buffing and Carnauba wax hahaha (Sebastian maniscalco! So funny) but it didn't work lol.. Luis did an excellent job! So far it looks great. I wasn't aware that you need to get a detail after 1 month on the area they worked on.. or clay bar the area.. I'll see what my local car wash place charges. Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed with Bumper Buddies as a whole. I had some damage to my front bumper that needed refinishing and a trim piece that needed painting. They were very responsive on yelp and quoted me almost $1000 less than other bodyshops and in much less time which was great. They came out, got here early, painted my bumper and the trim piece and even a couple other spots and that was it. I was told to wait three hours to touch it or drive so I waited five hours (because I had removed the front bumper to make it easier to access) and as soon as I touched it the finish was destroyed so they had to come out again and refinish it a week later. Now two weeks has gone by and the finish is not as shiny as the rest of the bumper and some areas are peeling. it just doesn't look very high quality but you get what you pay for. If I had to do it again, I'd probably pass on the quick fix and go through a legit bodyshop. I'm sure the paintless dent removal service is great but if you need painting consider using a real shop. read more
