To start, I live far away from Jeremy's shop. Like 2 hours in crap traffic bad. But I own an EV with aluminum panels and none of my local PDR guys wanted to touch it. I found Dent Express after researching brave souls willing to work on Rivians and voila -- Dent Express. I reached out to him over Instagram and made an appointment, drove my butt to Torrance, and left my truck with Jeremy to work his magic. The damage I had was kinda complex--an 18 inch crease on my tailgate. I also had a very easy small dent on a quarter-panel. As I left his shop in an Uber, he went to work. A few hours later I come back and see that the dent was basically made non-existent. Given the size of the dent and the aluminum panel it won't be 100% unless I spent thousands at a body shop. But he got it damned close. Only under super close scrutiny can you tell that any damage was once there. He did his magic and I'm stoked! On top of the great work, you can tell that Jeremy's just a good all round guy. I left very happy and would definitely return to his shop should I ever get any more dents. So glad I found Dent Express. The short of it is Jeremy is awesome and exceptionally good at his work. I just got a new car a few months ago and already found a dent in it, which I wasn't ready to just live with this soon. Unfortunately the dent was in a tough spot at the edge of a panel. Estimates from body shops were $1600 - $1800 for 4-5 days of work. They wanted to replace parts and repaint for this small dent. A couple paintless dent repair people declined to work on it given the depth and location. Jeremey was confident he could help but also gave me a realistic expectiation of 80-90% improvement, which I trusted. It took an hour at most and was only a couple hundred dollars. No new or replacement parts or painting, which I didn't want since I was concerned it would devalue my lease. The result was even better than I expected. 90% better is an understatement. I honestly can't even detect where it was. Pretty much back to new and couldn't be happier with my overall experience. Also I like that there is a physical location (some of the mobile dent repair people wanted me to provide a space and outlet for them to work, which I don't really have in my large apartment building at least without the hassle of asking management, etc.) The shop has wifi and a seating area but there's also a bunch of coffee shops and places to eat within walking distance, but honestly since it only took an hour max it wouldn't matter anyway. I came in with a dented plastic/ vinyl lower front spoiler from a road debris hit and Jeremy made it almost look like new. He said it would be about 85% of original look and I think the service got it to about 95%! Was it cheap? Not really, but less than some body shops were quoting and the turn around couldn't be faster.
