I went around getting quotes from a few different shops, and most places were charging around $1,200 just to replace the front bumper and another $150-$300 to repair the skid plate. When I came to LA Collision Xperts, Gary and his team took the time to actually look at the issue underneath the car. They spent about 30 minutes checking it out and ended up simply clipping the skid plate back into place -- and didn't charge me anything for it. They also gave me a very competitive price of $700 to replace the front bumper. The repair took about a day and a half, which was partially my fault since I brought the car in late. To top it off, Gary even waited after hours the next day so I could pick up my car. Overall, I really appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and willingness to help instead of charging for unnecessary repairs. Gary responded back in one day with a quote after seeing pictures of the damage. He gave me a quote with an estimated time for the repair. I took my car in and dropped it off. While the repairs were being made there was an issue with the type of service that was required to fix the bumper. Gary himself called me and told me about it and sent me pictures. He told me he wasn't happy with the way that it came out so he ended up ordering me a brand new bumper free of charge and painted it to spec. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity that he showed. I give this company five stars and I will be taking all of my cars to his shop for further repairs. He's a honest guy and he got a lifelong customer. Paint came out flawless.
