These guys are the real deal. Over the course of around half a year I was doing steady upgrades to my s2000 to make it look more like a Club Racer version. I took this car to this body shop twice for both upgrades; one for the bumper and lip and the other for the trunk and wing. Galaxy Auto Haus did a great job for all aspects of the upgrade, from paint matching to panel fitment. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. Pricing was pretty fair and Honorio was very meticulous when it came to getting all of the details right. If I have another kind of project for a car like this, I know that these guys will get it done right. read more

Edit: I'm so glad the son finally responded to my review showing his condescending attitude . I am yelling for anyone that reads this GO WITH A SHOP THAT YOUR INSURANCE RECOMMENDS! If not you'll have to deal with your car being out almost 3 months just for their horrible paint job to show up 3 years later and you get a sassy response from the owners son that you should get your car detailed more often even though the only affected area is the one that was worked on by them ! Remember yall it's easier to deal with your insurance and future repairs if it ends up being faulty if you go with the recommended repair shop from your insurance , I regret choosing this place because of the good reviews that were bought off discounting the deductible . I will never return back here and let them have hands on my car EVEEERRRRR (yelling) Not even 5 years late and the clearly horrible work they did to my car along with horrible customer service shows exactly how they run their business , they charged my insurance company what I remember over 15k for this work ?? . The paint is only peeling on the side they worked on , getting rusty , and that side is also poppinng off . The rest of my car is fine except for that one part they did SO MUCH work on . They left an obvious lasting negative impression on me and my car !!!!! read more

I was recently in my first real car accident, and the entire situation left me incredibly stressed and unsure of what to do next. While searching for a place to repair my car, I came across Galaxy Auto Shop because of their outstanding reviews--and now I understand why! Galaxy Auto Shop is truly THE PLACE TO GO after an accident. They were extremely informative from the very beginning, walking me through the process and keeping me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I dropped off my car, the mechanic, Honorario, even offered me a ride home so I wouldn't have to rely on an Uber--such a thoughtful gesture. Not only was my car returned to me looking amazing, but the repairs were completed much faster than I expected, which was a huge relief. And when I went back to pick up my car, an elote vendor happened to pass by and the secretary, Michelle, kindly bought one for me. It was such a sweet and unexpected act of kindness. Overall, I highly recommend Galaxy Auto Shop to anyone looking for high-quality work paired with exceptional customer service. They truly go above and beyond. read more

The service from getting a quote all the way to the finish product was amazing. They were very thorough and honest in how much everything would cost, the receptionist was very kind, and they were able to help me get my car fixed. My car looks brand new.. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt moved too after the amazing service we received. They worked with us from the very beginning to end. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I am so beyond pleased with Galaxy Auto Haus! Last year, my car had a slight disagreement with a brick wall... which left some pretty significant damage to the entire front end. I was honestly expecting a stressful, expensive process, but Galaxy Auto Haus completely changed that experience. They took the time to actually walk me through pricing by showing me options online instead of just throwing out random numbers or going off past estimates. The transparency alone was a huge green flag. What really stood out was their problem-solving. Other shops told me the entire car would need to be repainted because of the specific diamond blue color, which sounded like a nightmare in both cost and time. But Galaxy Auto Haus found parts already coated in the exact paint match -- saving me both time and money. That level of effort and attention to detail is rare. They also offered alternatives when issues came up, including some no-cost options (y'all seriously rocked for that). And I have to talk about the front desk/customer service ICON everyone mentions in the reviews -- because wow, it's all true She is beyond personable, incredibly helpful, and communicates so well. She even sent photo updates throughout the process, which made me feel so reassured. Honestly, she's probably bringing in half the business herself and deserves a raise. She is seriously an amazing asset. Overall, this was such a smooth, positive experience. I'll absolutely be referring everyone (and their mother) here. Thank you for being such an amazing, trustworthy company! I've already referred to anyone who would listen! Go with this company!!! read more

I found Galaxy Auto Haus just by searching on YELP, because my auto insurance company could not find a place to service my vehicle. THANK GOD I FOUND THEM! From day one, the customer service was outstanding! I worked with Michelle, Honorio and Chris. The communication and extreme need for them to make sure I left with my car looking brand new was simply amazing. I worked with Michelle the majority of the time (about 95%). THIS GIRL DESERVES A PROMOTION!! She provably has THE best customer service and communication skills I have ever come across. I am HUGE on customer service. Her constant follow up and attention to my (probably annoying) questions and concerns were simply amazing. I came in feeling very uneasy and violated for the damage my car sustained due to a minor accident, HOWEVER , I felt like I drove home in a brand new car! If I could give them 10stars, I would! THANK YOU GALAXY AUTO HAUS TEAM FOR MAKING THIS UNEASY/DEPRESSING SITUATION COMFORTABLE! read more

Im extremely satisfied with the bodywork, professionalism, and communication from Galaxy Auto Haus. After purchasing my vehicle less than 6 months ago as a gift to myself, I was side-swiped and left disappointed with the unsightly damage. I chose this body shop because I saw the good Yelp reviews and I have no regrets! I felt like I was their only client, even though I saw that they had other clients at the same time. I received updates (including progress pictures) consistently and was never left questioning what was going on with insurance and my vehicle. Special thank you to Michelle and Honorio because I personally met them, but of course, thank you to the whole team that did such an excellent job on my car. It looks brand new and I will certainly recommend them to anyone hesitant about temporarily handing their luxury vehicle over. Especially since all their other clients had even nicer cars than mine! I first came across Galaxy Auto Haus after my insurance company declared my Dodge Charger a total loss while it was sitting at another well-known shop. The damage primarily to the passenger-side door was significant, but in my opinion, nowhere near enough to justify totaling the car. I'm very attached to my vehicle, so I wasn't willing to accept that outcome without exploring other options. After doing some research and seeing the strong reviews for Galaxy Auto Haus, I decided to give them a call. From the very first conversation, Chris went above and beyond to reassure me that my car could be saved. He not only believed in repairing the vehicle but was also confident he could work with the insurance company to have it reassessed avoiding a total loss designation and, importantly, preventing a salvage title. Chris followed through every step of the way. He worked closely with me and showed incredible persistence and teamwork in getting the insurance company to reverse their original decision and approve the repair. Michelle in the office was equally fantastic, professional, friendly, and always a pleasure to speak with throughout the process. When I picked up my car, Michelle and Honorio walked me through everything, and I was honestly blown away by the result. The car looked absolutely beautiful arguably even better than it did before the accident. I'm truly grateful to the entire team at Galaxy Auto Haus for their dedication, transparency, and quality of work. They turned what started as a frustrating situation into a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs. Excellent shop, excellent people, excellent service and the quality of work and level of service you receive here truly deliver exceptional value. So happy with my experience with Galaxy Collision service. My wife went online and Galaxy answered right away. Sent pictures and they said they could handle everything. Over 40 years of driving and this was my first need for this type of service. The damage was undisputedly caused by the other driver. His insurance was very difficult. I never spoke to the adjuster because he would not respond to my messages. Fortunately Galaxy was able to get everything moving including a rental car reservation. Galaxy fought to have local quality parts used in the repairs. My vehicle is older and they negotiated doing the work rather than having the vehicle written off as a total loss. The repairs made were better than expected. The time it took was delayed only because of the insurance company not the actual repairs. Excellent work at no cost to me. Very kind and very helpful. I felt like I had someone fighting to help me against the insurance company. I highly recommend Galaxy Auto Haus. read more

The place is well kept but the price is crazy 7k to paint an 2006 Camry Is wild they didn't even do a full walkthrough and estimate it!

The invoice pricing here is very confusing and lacks transparency. Although the front desk representative was polite, she appeared distracted and spent much of the time on FaceTime instead of walking me through the details of the service and costs. I was promised the car would be ready in one day, but it still wasn't done when I arrived. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto service company, and I would not recommend Galaxy Auto Haus to anyone. Update: Your reply is an attempt to shift the narrative. The estimates you provided were deceptive and inconsistent from the start -- no reasonable customer would agree to pay for a job where they have to repeatedly point out errors and discrepancies in your paperwork. The costs you listed were never transparent, and several charges appeared inflated compared to standard market rates. As for your claim about the police, let's be clear -- the police were called because you refused to release my vehicle after payment was made and tried to hold it hostage over a disagreement about those same deceptive charges. That kind of conduct speaks for itself. I have documentation, photos, and text messages that support every part of my account. Final Response to this questionable business: Let's clarify the facts. The invoice I received did not contain a total amount -- it only listed three separate figures without any clear indication of what the overall balance was supposed to be. That kind of document is misleading and leaves room for confusion about what was actually agreed upon. No reasonable customer would agree to pay an amount that was never clearly totaled or explained in writing. The lack of a stated total is exactly what caused the dispute. It wasn't about refusing to pay -- it was about being given an incomplete and inconsistent invoice and then being told I owed more than what was ever documented. As for the police being called, that happened only after you refused to release my vehicle, effectively holding it until I agreed to pay unclear, inflated charges. That's not professional conduct, and it certainly isn't transparency. I stand by my original review -- the communication, pricing clarity, and customer treatment were unacceptable. Law's Supporting My Claims: Under California law and standard business practice, any written repair estimate or invoice must clearly show the total estimated price for all parts, labor, taxes, and fees -- not just a list of line items. For auto repairs in California, the Business and Professions Code 9884.9 (enforced by the Bureau of Automotive Repair, "BAR") requires that: "The auto repair dealer shall give to the customer a written estimated price for labor and parts necessary for a specific job, which shall include all charges for parts and labor, and the total price." read more

UPDATE: It's fascinating how some people can lie straight to your face. I never said this job should cost only $200-$300. What I said was that it would take approximately 2-3 hours to respray a bumper that is already removed and disassembled, and that only requires scuffing with a Scotch-Brite pad to create proper adhesion before spraying. Second, your estimator attempted to upsell full respraying of both fenders on a practically new 2024 Mazda CX-5 for $1,600, so please don't claim the quote was based on the vehicle's condition or imply that it is in poor shape. The car is literally new. This is a classic upselling tactic--you wouldn't even fully respray the panels; you would blend them and increase your profit at an astronomical price. The bumper itself requires virtually no preparation and at most 6-7 coats with 5-minute flash times, so my 2-3 hour estimate was generous. At the midpoint, I stated that $100 would go toward materials such as paint and clear coat. That figure is based on what I can purchase it for myself, as I received several quotes. I am not buying in bulk or leveraging large volumes the way you do, so my estimate is not far from reality. It's a small bumper overall. As for spray booth time--you don't have one, and you would never rent one for a job this small. An important detail: I know how to paint and understand exactly how this work is done. Overall, I requested an online quote first and sent photos in advance. That request was dodged. Instead, I was pushed to come in person--so additional, unnecessary labor I never asked for could be "found" to justify the price. Lastly, I never said the bumper was painted twice. It was professionally painted, but the pearl component did not turn out to my liking. I came to your shop because you claimed you had matched this color before, yet your estimator was unable to name a single model you had matched it on. Nor did you provide any proof that you were capable of doing so. I don't mind paying extra for work that has already been done correctly, but after seeing these tactics and reading outright false statements, I'm glad I walked away. The "obstacles" your estimator tried to create included: 1. Searching for minor hairline scratches to justify repainting two additional panels on a new vehicle 2. Claiming shops don't like it when parts are already prepped or disassembled 3. Taking photos to point out alleged color differences between panels on a new car read more

I took my Audi here after seeing a recommendation for this shop online, and unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. First of all, it took weeks to get the repairs done, and they would never call me back to update me, I had to CONSTANTLY call them to ask for an update even though the front desk employee would say "we'll call you on *insert day* with an update". That day would pass, and then I'd have to call them again. I think I called for an update 5 or 6 times - their communication is HORRIBLE Then, when the repairs were finally completed, there was damage to my interior trim, which was cracked, my door handle was broken, and my push start button was destroyed. They told me "the damage looks old" even though it was in perfect condition when I brought the car in. I spoke to my insurance adjuster, who was able to resolve this, but then they replaced my broken trim with a MUCH lower quality part, replacing the leather arm rest with a soft touch plastic one so now my interior is mis-matched!! The only thing keeping me from giving this place a one star review is that the actual bodywork they did was great. The car looks brand new on the exterior, it's just that their constant avoidance to call me back, super long repair times, and dishonesty about damaging my interior make it so that I really cannot recommend this shop to anyone. read more
