This review is long overdue - it's been a few weeks since Jose helped us with our repairs, but it has been in the back of my mind to post something. It was my first time taking a car in for auto body repairs, so I was anxious to pick the correct shop. Thankfully I made a great choice. Reading the posted reviews, I noticed that Jose usually goes directly to you - however, we're currently renting and did not have a space where he could set up and do his work. Instead, Jose let me know where his shop is located and I was able to drop off our car; I picked it up later that same day, which was a huge plus. The work that he did was amazing! A few days later we noticed water leaking into the car while washing it, and it turns out that the hit that dented the cars bumper also knocked the back door off its original alignment. It was very subtle and you couldn't tell at a glance, so I'm glad we found out before any rainy weather. We took the car back to Jose and he was able to fix this as well, and now I'm happy to say that our RAV4 is back in tip-top-shape. He was super patient and understanding when I didn't expect he'd need access to our driveway, he waited as we moved some older cars out of the way so he could park and set up his van. He brought everything he needed, I just had to plug in his extension cord. I originally asked for a dent repair and a paint job on my rear door. I've neglected my Toyota FJ's paint for so long that one day after a wash I noticed major top coat peel on my roof and starting stages of peel on my hood and cowl. I love my Toyota FJ since it's a naturally aspirated 4.0 liter V6, full-time 4WD, and a Manual Transmission 6-Speed that I hope to keep it for life. He finished the roof later that week at his friend's shop (since the roof was just too big to paint outdoors) and he put in another 12-14 hours on this.
