The estimate was reasonable, but I could tell from the things he said, the job would be done correctly and thoroughly. We set up a date and time. On my way out Luis introduced me to the owner, Francisco. Also very professional and kind. The day came to drop off car, and a couple of days later the work was completed. My bumper came off while pulling out of a parking space. My Honda is 10 years old, so cosmetic perfection was not essential. I chose to go to this shop for an estimate after reading the yelp reviews. Now that my repair is complete I have to give them another five star. Long Beach collision center was fantastic. I scraped the side of my right passenger door on a cement pillar. I chose to repair it without going through my insurance. The person providing the estimate put about 30 minutes into providing a very thorough estimate, and also offered a few options for repair. Though he informed me I could replace the entire door panel, he felt that based on the damage I had done that simply painting it would do the job. I went for that option, as it was far less expensive, and the shorter amount of time required for the repair. HOWEVER, after receiving the detailed estimate in writing from them, I went down the street to a business on Alamitos. There a woman came out and looked at my car for about 10 seconds. Without hesitating, she told me I would need to go through insurance, my only option was to replace the door panel, and that they would need my car for at least three weeks. (As opposed to 4 days with LBCC) And then the estimate she provided was a full $1500 more than the panel replacement estimate from Long Beach collision center. In other words, the woman at CW took me for stupid. I politely left that location and proceeded to drop my car off at LBCC the next day. They were very honest with me that the holiday weekend may slow things down a little. I was lucky and that it did not. They only had my car for four days, which was a huge help as I was paying for a rental car on my own. And when I went to pick the car up, not only was I blown away by the job they did on the repair, I don't think my car has been this clean since I bought it new four years ago. (And I go through a full service wash at least once a month.) I don't want to say here that they detailed my car, because I think that would be false advertisement. But it had seriously never been so clean on the inside and outside. I could not be happier with my choice to go there. As much as I hope not to need their services again, I would not even bother with getting estimates in the future. I would go to them right away. Cannot say enough good things! Thank you! read more

The damage looked not that bad, but the frame needed adjustment, internally too, more damage. My brand new car went face to face with a blown out tire flying around the 91 a few weeks ago. The damage was pretty minimal (could've been way worse), but it was such an eyesore I knew I had to get it fixed immediately. I decided to come in early in the morning for an estimate on my car and was helped immediately by Frank. With a pretty reasonable quote and how quickly he was able to assess the damage, we ordered my new bumper right away. I was given an estimate on when the bumper would arrive and a good time to drop the car off for the switch!
