It needed to be replaced, but I told Art I was just interested in a short term fix for now because I need to be able to drive my car on the highway. I have been a regular Yelp user for years but this probably is my first or second review. A week ago I accidentally side swiped my Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and also hit the front bumper on a parking garage pillar. It ended up with multiple spots with paint peeled off and a dent on my rear door. Took it to a Mercedes verified workshop and their estimate was a ridiculously high number that l called ripoff. Turned on my yelp. Asked for quotes. Art responded quickly and offered the most reasonable price, almost 1/10 of the prior quote I had back from the other dealer. I read all the great reviews and decided to give it a try. First I had concerns about color matching, Art told me they would use the color code so it won't go wrong. Within a week my car was ready to pick up. The rear door looks brand new. I am satisfied with how it turned out. A one star Yelp review mentioned his/her car was taken out for a ride without his/her permission when it was left with Art. Well I couldn't speak for anyone else, but I kept monitoring my car and checked on its status constantly using the Mercedes App, and it appeared my car had stayed in the workshop the whole time. I looked for a collision repair shop who can fix my lexus after I got into a car accident. So I searched for a highly rated place on google and from the great reviews I decided to give it a shot. At first I called nobody picked up. Not even 5 minutes later Art called me back and we set up a appointment. He was very friendly and assured me he would take care of my baby. I was worried that they would have a hard time matching the mica ultrasonic blue. I was very happy the color came our right when I picked it up! One issue I had was the passenger lexus headlight. It had condensation in the lens. I called art and told him what happend. I asked if it was the OEM replacement he said no. My insurance didnt approve for the OEM part. I was upset that the headlight slightly different from the driver side original. 10 minutes later I get a call back from Art, He told me he wants to make things right and make me happy. So he personally found a OEM headlight at lexus Cerritos and said bring back your car I will pick up the headlight personally and fix this problem. I drove back to the shop within a hour. Art shows up with a lexus box containing the OEM headlight. I was super surprised he kept his word! Not many shops out there would care to fix things. I have respect for Art! Definitely will take care of you! I highly recommend him to take care of your car! I detail cars and I am very picky on how things look. I am very satisfied with the work Art has done. What brought me to this place initially was their good reputations. When I finally visited the shop, I was sold. The place was clean and organized. Art helped me with an estimate. He was easy to deal with and nice to talk to. Long story short, I dropped it off on Saturday 12/19 and picked it up less then a week later, on time, on Christmas Day:)!
