Efrain was respectful, courteous, helpful, and highly skilled in auto body repair. He worked on my gray Prius last month. I initially intended to use the other party's insurance; however, I ended up paying out of pocket and working directly with the shop. There were some unexpected issues during the process, but Efrain listened to my concerns and took the time to make things right. He professionally refinished the rear bumper area, smoothed the surface properly, and matched the paint much better than I expected. I especially appreciated that he was willing to keep working on the details until the result looked clean and natural again. In the end, I was very happy with how my Prius turned out. Thank you, Efrain! read more

I had a fantastic experience here with my vehicle. The staff at the shop was very friendly, the cost to service the vehicle was great, and the time to get the vehicle checked in and back hit the mark. I got the sense that the staff takes pride in the work and are very professional and efficient. This place is exceptional and would definitely recommend this shop. read more

I am a bit disappointed because I referred my sister (who's only visiting for the weekend), and she's unfortunately having a rough experience. She dropped off her car yesterday (Friday, 10/31) and clearly mentioned it needed to be ready by the end of the day or today in which the person at the front desk understood and agreed. My sister NEVER received a voicemail or text yesterday to let her know her car was ready, and now the shop is closed, so she's unable to pick it up. The person at the front desk should have known the shop was going to be closed today and should have given my sister a courtesy call before closing. Currently, my sister is noW having to rearrange her schedule and her work schedule to be able to pick up her car. ***Will update if and when this is resolved. read more

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin!! This shop was amazing to me from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, they were upfront and transparent about pricing for my brakes and other repairs. They even did a full inspection and cleaning (including a full engine bay clean and diagnostic check) to really see what was going on so they could give me honest and accurate recommendations. The pricing was more than fair! Especially as a woman! I really appreciated how genuine and respectful they were. You don't always get that at other shops, but here I felt completely taken care of and never overcharged. Chris took the time to break everything down for me, explaining what needed to be fixed first and what could wait, which I truly valued. Miguel Angel at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, and Yennie was a great host and took care of my car! I'm so happy with everything and will definitely be coming back this Friday to get the rest of the work done. This place honestly feels like home. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family HANDS DOWN! This is where I'll be coming every time I need anything for my car! read more

They gave up on my vehicle because a vendor sent them a faulty ECM. So instead of purchasing another module they gave up and sat on it for two months. I was cool with that. What im not ok with is them returning it to me in pieces and with a dead battery and completely covered in dust. Not a good look from this side of the counter at all. If you can't fix something its ok. Just return the property like you received it. This is not a mechanic issue. This is a management issue. read more

If you or anyone you know is in need of any type of auto repair, look no further! A-One Auto Center was my top choice out of all the competitor body shops in the area near me. Surprisingly, it was also the most affordable option. Ruben(the manager) and the rest of his team were super helpful from the start and were willing to answer all the questions that my dad and I had about the car. All of the other body shops were charging me so much and did not want to repair and only wanted to replace my whole bumper and quarter panel and Ruben was the only one that said they can fix it in no time! I was informed it would take 4 days and it indeed was done by then. He even gave me his business card and told me to call or text him if I had any further questions. Upon picking up my car, it was shining and super clean as if I had just bought it from the dealership again. The damage that was done prior was completely fixed and looked as if nothing even happened to begin with. I am so happy that I found this shop and always recommend them to my close family and friends. Thank you so much A-One, you guys are truly the best :) read more

Was in a minor accident and had to bring in my toyota to be repaired. Had used this body shop several years ago for minor repair and was also satisfied with service. They are very responsive over the phone and via email. Jessica helped me throughout the entire process. Turnaround time was reasonable (factoring in the availability parts). She either checked in with me or she would get back to me right away when i called. They did a great job on the repair. When i addressed a couple of minor issues, Jessica was quick to offer a resolution and was able to work with my schedule. She made the best effort to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Would def use this body shop again. read more

These guys at A-One Auto were great! I dropped off my car for some auto body work done on the front bumper and they did a great job. They went above and beyond and buff off other scratches on the hood, washed and detailed the car inside and out. 5 star service. Highly recommended. Jessica in particular was great! read more

Taking my car in for repairs is my least favorite thing to do, but bringing my car to A-One Auto was the easiest process. I'm not familiar with car repairs but the process was explained to me that was understandable. I had a 3rd party warranty and was doubtful that the repairs would be covered. Not only did the initial reason I brought in my car was covered, but they also were able to get other necessary repairs covered as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for car repairs, Andy and his team was the best at customer service and putting me at ease read more

my brother recommended A-One AUTO Center for my car repairs, and im so glad he did. After inspecting my vehicle, they diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate right up front. while working on it, the technician was able to fit the existing parts instead of replacing them, saving me alot of money where other shops wanted to charge me more. Honest, Professional, Affordable services i highly recommend this place... oh yeah the staff were awesome read more

Ash and Ruben from A-One Auto were so helpful throughout the whole process of having some scratches on both sides of my car reparied. When I got it back, it felt like I had a whole new car! Ruben made a confusing process easy to understand, giving me a clear picture of what my options were and how to go about filing an insurance claim. Ash went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance and advocating for me to them. Anytime I called, if he wasn't able to answer, he always called me back within 1-2 minutes. He even gave me a ride home all the way to Manhattan Beach from the shop after dropping my car off so that I wouldn't have to pay for an uber. I am originally from the East Coast so I don't have a family out here in LA to help me with these kinds of things but A-One was so helpful and accommodating that it made a daunting task feel very manageable. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone I know!! read more

I am not dissatisfied with the fact of getting a oem bumper after concerning the fact of that from the start i stated i wanted oem parts. I am disappointed due to once I received the car the first time with the after market bumper that there was missing clips on the trunk bed liner, of course there will probably be no evidence in the wheel lock lug nug missing since your team would probably know spots where cameras cant see. Its hard to believe that first my clips where missing and now theres a wheel lock lug nug missing. read more

Had a new front bumper replaced a little less then 2 years ago and the paint was peeling lately. I took my car back to A one auto center but the owner has changed. Joel got the issue with my car fixed and I recommend this shop to anyone looking for an oil change to getting an issue fixed with your car.

Very happy with the service that was provided. I called to ask some questions prior to towing my car there. I thought the issue was a transmission control module (TCM). They told me it may not be, and it could be a sensor. They indicated that a full diagnostic would reveal the root problem. They were correct. It was a sensor that was the issue, but the full diagnostic also revealed a second sensor thay was faulty as well. My main concern was my transmission issue, but I never mentioned the inconsistent engine idle that was slightly rough at times, but it was intermittent. They replaced both faulty sensors, and all issues are now resolved. Transmission is operating just like new and my vehicle idles as smooth as butter. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto concerns. read more

I broke down on the freeway and had no idea where to bring my vehicle. I called a few places on my warranty list I found online near the area I broke down. When ic allied around this was the only place that let me k ow they will look over my whole vehicle even though the check engine light came on. They would do a full inspection to assess my Jeep's issue. I called AAA and got it towed over to A-One right away. Unfortunately it was not a warranty covered issue but they got my vehicle in the next morning and had it back to me in less then 24 hours. I work and driving my vehicle is key to my success. Thank you to Joel, Teven, and one other young man working with Teven. He checked me out that day when I paid my bill. He was so helpful and I could not appreciate the great service more!!!!!! I had my 2020 Nissan Rogue 12/29/22, driving 110 Freeway in Downtown, Business pickup truck smashed my bumper and ran away. I had to fix it with my insurance. I stopped by A-One since they were walking distance from my home, and talked to Ruben. My insurance company inspector told Ruben to fix and replace here and there, Ruben told him some of them were unnecessary. My insurance told me that my car was "Salvaged," I told my insurance company it's impossible!! My insurance company sent another inspector and Ruben told him what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Ruben saved me from loosing my car, and their work were incredible!! My car looks like brand new car now!! I strongly suggest Ruben at A-One! He works very hard for you, he would fight against insurance company for you.
