I contacted this business because I had (and still have after the service) a small dent on the passenger side door near the window. I had a number of paintless dent repairs in the past and they all came out well. But with this business, the dent came out only about 40%-50% at best and now I see crease when I see from the side instead of the original dent. He kept insisting that my eyes were confused by the scratch on the dent when it's clearly a still dent he could not pull out. I know there's scratch on the dent and I can perfectly distinguish dent from scratch. I told him I had a number of PDR in the past and that all came out perfectly unlike his current result and he asked me where. So I showed him the area where I couldn't even remember where the dent exactly was and he was like oh I can still see some imperfection, which I could not see. It was funny because his eyes don't see the clear imperfection on his current dent job result but he could tell other's PDR work that I think came out perfectly? He ended up dissembling the door panel to get this less-than-a-mediocre job and I was getting a lot of stress, standing next to him worrying he might do more damage than a fix. At one point I caught the panel falling onto the ground almost scratching it against the ground. I had to stand next to him and hold the panel while he worked on my dent. At the end, I had to stop him from working on it because he continued and it wasn't getting any better. I paid him the agreed amount for his effort and time, not for the result. And this guy even tried to upcharge me $20 more, saying that he had to remove the door panel, which was more labor. He should feel lucky that I even paid the originally quoted amount with his job result. The original dent is almost gone when you view it straight, which was a small round dent. But now I see this vertical crease line when I view the car from the side. He said it was a highspot but he kept failing to get rid of it. After letting him work on it about 30 mins, I had to stop him, just pay him, and dismiss him because he wasn't able to fix it and he was going to only make it worse. This was a very hassling and stressful experience with no good result. I would not have wasted my time writing this review even if the dent result was at least 70% satisfying. I do not recommend this business. Go somewhere else with more experience and expertise. read more
