The area they painted still has a black mark on it with compound stuck btw the doors. If you couldn't paint over my sensor, then you should not have promised me that from the get go. Why did you say it could look brand new???? Back to the lady who has zero customer service skills... do not raise your voice at a customer bc you accused me of having a bad experience with your coworker. And then when I responded asking about how you behaved, you shout "i dont want to argue!!" Please develop some awareness if you want to be client facing. First rule is greet customers in a friendly manner and act inquisitive. What is so hard about saying u will give me a receipt instead of being mute and unresponsive as I am standing there wondering what i am supposed be waiting for... and then acting like u are the victim... roll the footage bc you were already off the phone and could have communicated what normal people in CS do. I had a really great experience with this auto shop. I came in with damage to my front light/bumper area and was honestly stressed about how complicated (and expensive) it might be. They made the whole process super easy from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and really transparent about what needed to be fixed. My car was involved in a hit and run, I went through my insurance to get a quote and I did some research and ended up coming to Super Auto Dent Body. I worked with Kevin who was incredibly responsive and empathetic of the situation. He also was able to contact my insurance (State Farm) to adjust the quote as it was way below how much it would take to repair my car back to factory. My insurance quoted me for only the damage to the body of my vehicle but not everything that was damaged (my tire and wheel). Upon seeing this damage Kevin went out of his way to contact my insurance to cover these things which I thought I was out of luck on. Kevin and team was able to repair my body work, wheel and replaced a tire for me. All under my deductible, which paying full coverage am happy that I was not at a loss for the other damaged parts. They offer lifetime warranty on their work and stand behind their services. From drop off I was able to get my car back in a weeks time which to me was a very fast turnaround time. In the event (I hope never) I am in another accident or issue with my vehicle there is no doubt I will be coming back here and recommending my friends and family as well! Kevin if you read this! Very friendly, responsive and honest. Having to fix a car is never a fun ordeal but these folks made it tolerable. Parts for my car were probably twice as hard to source because of 1. my car being such a new model that hasn't been on the market long and 2. because of the effects of the pandemic. Despite all of that, they still managed to fix my car in a timely manner considering, and the quality of workmanship remained top notch. I had a dent in the bumper, and I was told by most that it cannot be fixed without replacing the bumper, and some people offered to suck out the dent for three times as much money as what I paid here.
