Avo's old fashioned personality makes you want to sit and hang out with him for hours on end while Tony is fixing your car. Jennifer is patient and humble. Tony doesn't mind when you interrupt his work to ask him about how engines work. Prices are transparent and much more than fair (I could say a lot more to this but I won't, just go see for yourself). They made my broken Mitsubishi Lancer work long enough for me to buy a new car, then they inspected my new car and made sure I didn't get screwed by the dealership. If you need repairs or even just an oil change and don't want to overpay or return for the same issue, Lucy's is the answer.

I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . I bought the car back from the insurance company and was referred to Rabih by AAA to restore it on my dime. Few shops would take this job on, but Rabih showed genuine compassion for my situation and my love of the Jaguar. He is a car guy. Due to the age of the car (22 years), it was hard to get all the necessary parts, but Rabih persisted and personally tracked down even the most difficult pieces to restore the Jaguar to "as new" condition. Some reviews say he is expensive. I am experienced in car repair and can say with authority he is priced right on the market, actually a little lower considering the EXCELLENT quality of his shop's work. Quality is critical for major repairs, or nightmares will manifest over time. My Jaguar drives perfectly and looks pristine a year later. That's what matters.

Their bumper fell off and then they took off. I called AAA and I had them take it to one of their shops and auto pro service center was where it was taken. Scott was amazing and just a really good guy, professional and knew what he was doing. I explained to him what happened when we dropped off the car. Fast-forward to August 22 I've been without my vehicle for seven weeks. My car was brand new. It only had 599 miles on it. I haven't even made the first payment yet. I was really concerned about the damage on my car and if it would be safe, driving it again and it was giving me major anxiety. All of my fears were put to rest when I was told exactly what they're gonna do how they're gonna do it and what happens if they need to do more what happens if there's something else that needs to be done and they took it to Kia for me and had the Kia pros check off all the boxes and say that the work was done to Kia's satisfaction because this is a lease and I do have to give it back... I have nothing but the best things to say the only thing that I will say that was a little annoying and that's only because I had to keep on extending my rental car. I wasn't being kept in the loop good enough but that also had to do with my insurance so I'm not blaming that on auto pro just saying that my insurance was slammed with so many cases they weren't getting back to them and no one was getting back to me and so that's the only issue I have but that's not an auto pro situation that's my insurance company's fault I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and honestly the amount of money that was spent was an excellent value. They used nothing but brand new parts from the dealer and I feel very safe and comfortable in my vehicle if you ever have an accident or you run into a mailbox or something and you need your car repaired these are the guys to do it it looks like it's never been an accident!

The Good - Cook said the nail didn't fully puncture the tire and it didn't need to be replaced. So I appreciate the honesty for this part. 2. The Bad - Replacement of the front brakes. After a few months the brakes were still squeaking and I called to mention this and they said to drive the car longer and it will stop. A year later and they still squeak. I took the car to a mechanic for in inspection and was told that Cook used Oreilly brakes and did not use OEM BWM brakes. Cook did not offer it as an option. It is a 2022 BMW and the brakes the used are unsatisfactory. Had I known they would not use original parts or offer it, I would have had this service done elsewhere. I should have went to a BMW specialized mechanic.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Go to a shop where people actually practice basic kindness, respect, and professional communication. The way this entire crew came across was like a bunch of snakes. Save yourself the headache and go to another off-road establishment. And know that this place charges an hourly labor rate of $275 an hour.

My 2003 Volkswagen jetta broke down last week due to timing belt torn out and intake valves all screwed up. Auto PHD did the engine head work and timing belt replacement. I got the car yesterday and I drove it for test drive. They did a great job on my car, it runs like a brand new now. The mechanic there really know how to fix cars. Moreover, their price is so reasonable, they only charged $1,200 for engine head job and timing belt replacement and they even did a free turn up, too. Not only their prices are way more reasonable than other reputable shops,but also they use pretty advanced diagnostic tools and tell you whatever your car needs. It's about their terrible customer service. Called them at 1pm to no answer so I decided to walk over. The woman who helped me that morning was stood behind the main desk and clocked eyes w me as I started coming in from the man door. In that moment, she decided to leave out of the back door. No greeting, no hospitality, just left. So I sat for around 5 minutes. She came back with a man I hadn't met yet and he greeted me while she ignored me and I watched as she grabbed her belongings, avoiding eye contact the whole time and acting like I was invisible. She tried to leave before I addressed her. she was forced to let me know she's going on break. Aha! Why would I give money to a company who treats their clientele like they're an inconvenience ? He told me this check up could technically take days. This wasn't told to me that morning and you'd think that piece of information is important. I took my car and a receipt to prove they did nothing on it and happy to take business elsewhere - somewhere where they take better care of their customers.

In the process they identified that I had a worse problem, I needed head gasket / engine work. They were honest in telling me that I should not complete the clock spring fix (smaller repair but still significant cost as I'm a student) until we decided to do a full engine replacement, advising me not to spend the money unless I planned to do the larger job. I got multiple quotes and M&N was the best value in the LA area by me (Westwood). Neff has been attentive and helpful and I have not had issues yet (3 months out).

I asked you specifically not to replace that part, so I can use the original key. So, I had to bring my car BACK to get rekeyed! If you told me prior, why did I have to bring my car back? LOL I owned my own repair shop in Pacific Palisades, I know what I'm talking about. So yeah, I know how to source my own parts, and it was the correct part. Like I said, "Ripped Off!" I would not recommend this place. $345 job turned out to be almost $900.

I brought my 2017 Subaru Impreza in for a blinking engine temperature/ coolant light issue and they…read morequoted me 800 bucks for a new radiator. The next day, they called me saying they fixed the radiator, but there was an internal leaking issue that the mechanic couldn't figure out and that I should immediately go trade in the car before the engine fails. He gave me zero plausible or any technical explanation for what the origin of the issue was and added another 100 dollars to my service fee. I decided to take my car to a mechanic who is more accustomed to dealing with Subarus with the incredibly vague explanation I received from the mechanic rather than go sell or trade in the car because one person told me he can't fix it. The next day, I received an actual explanation of what the issue was, which was a cross contamination issue with the coolant and engine oil that can happen with the specific engine that Subarus are equipped with and he was able to give me an actual quote to fix the issue rather than telling me to trade in or sell the car. Furthermore, he said that changing the radiator should have only cost me a couple hundred dollars max and that the issue with the engine could have been prevented if I went to an experienced mechanic in the first place! I was overcharged by more than double the actual price of parts and service and literally told to go trade in the car after paying $880 dollars, which I had to haggle down from $900 after the price increased overnight. Please don't come here for any repairs as they are not qualified to provide proper service, yet will overcharge you without any agreement. The mechanic also demanded cash only or he would charge me even more with a credit card, which was extremely inconsiderate of the customer's financial situation in a tough economy. 차를 수리하러 왔다가 비싸봐야 3-400불 (다른곳에 350이면 충분하다고 하였습니다) 하는 서비스에 900 불 뜯어내면서 차를 고치지 못했고 무슨 이슈인지 전혀 모르겠으니까 임시적으로 굴러다닐때 빨리 다른 차로 바꾸라는 황당한 답변 받았습니다. 무책임 한 일처리가 더 화가 나는지 무능력한 수리이후 나몰라하는 태도가 더 화가 나는지 모르겠는데 엄청나게 큰 금액을 지불하고 또 다시 큰 금액내면서 다시 수리를 맞겨야하는 다른 피해자 생길까봐 리뷰를 남깁니다. 이것만 해도 너무 화가나는데 카드는 안된다고 현금 결재를 요구하였습니다. 다른 피해자 생기지 않도록 제 경험을 올리니 제발 다른곳을 알아보세요.
