I must say, I had an unexpected great experience today... an early Christmas gift in regards to outstanding service wrapped with a bow. (Corny, I know. Lol) But really, it was a great 5 star service is received from Byron and Andrew. Let me paint the picture: (Been meaning to post this but forgot) My wife and I were planning on spending the week of Christmas in Las Vegas and I needed to get an alignment before hitting the road... sounds simple right? Well not in my case. See my Tesla Model S is lowered and I had gone to 2 other shops earlier that day who keep in mind told me they could help. Oh, also note I took time off from work as well because this was a priority. Anyway both shops rejected my car because the sensors mount on the edge of the tires and there's not enough room for the sensors to clear the wheel wells. Also to note, I sent them pics of my car so they could clearly see how low my car is. IMO they should have shown the pics to the mechanics to confirm. Typical sales rep not knowing anything about cars. In comes Super Auto Stop... the name says it all! I sent them the exact same info and pics using Yelp. They told me, yes, we can do it. I asked twice just to confirm given my earlier 2 experiences and they confirmed again. Thankfully they had an opening which I took full advantage of. When I arrived they immediately took care of me. Got the car on the rack and went to work taking extra care the entire time. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. Great price and to be honest, this was one of the best wheel alignments I've had. So with his recommendation and directions to this place, i came and found Deborah who was absolutely amazing in customer service to knowledge on the job needed. She and Mike took a look at the bumper and told me it can be ready by Friday (8/18/2017). I owe this shop a review from years back (2019, actually), but all good, I just went earlier this afternoon. As I write this, it's Friday August 12, 2022. I learned about Super Auto from when I used to rent a car doing rideshare and the rental place would have us go here for any maintenance. Literally you could pull up, give them the work authorization paperwork you had, wait on the spot and they'd have you out in no time with expert work done. Always the best part. No problems. (I went through thousands of miles on a few cars with this rental place and going to Super, so I definitely know.) Sometimes it would get a little busy, but they would never turn you away and you really never waited too long. Reasonable wait. You just chill in a chair and wait for them to finish and you're able to watch as your car is being worked on. Well, after some time, the rental company sent us to another shop and I got fed up with the process of having to make appointments then to get the work and hated the whole thing, so I bought my own new car to maintain myself. I was going to the dealer for maintenance just because they were the ones who sold me the car. Then as the miles piled up, I was having brake issues despite going back repeatedly for them to see what the issues were. Not even that long driving, some other thing. I felt like I was being taken advantage of for doing rideshare because they could do just enough for me to go a little while and have to come back or just get fed up and trade in to get another car from them. Guaranteed business. After my brakes started giving trouble yet again, I lost faith in having the dealer take care of it (they had already messed up something else they had to fix before) and I thought of Super Auto. I had said I would be back to them and I finally made good on my promise. Even despite the few years passing, I was still recognized when I asked if we remembered me. Byron (I hope I spelled it right!) is so personable. He's always got a smile; super friendly and welcoming. I've always appreciated it's like seeing family after a long time over here. I explained about the brakes and he immediately drove the car in to take a look, started taking the tires off to check all four. Without me saying anything, he mentioned I was probably experiencing grinding on the front brakes. I said yes, exactly. They showed me my rotors. No hiding in the back, no "Trust us, we're mechanics here". THEY SHOWED ME THE MARKS ON MY ROTORS, said it was supposed to look completely smooth and how it was actually supposed to look. I appreciated the knowledge given. Everything is so transparent. There's no way you can't trust what they're doing because they step you through all of it and show you if possible what's happening. And it's so, so fast. Like I said, you just chill right there and wait. At the dealer it can take hours if they don't keep it overnight. I was in and out in a little over an hour, might have been right about an hour. It was extremely fast since they saw me right away in the afternoon on a Friday. No keeping the car, no we're about to close and we got people ahead of you, sorry we don't have time. No crazy line of cars and nobody getting anything done. I'm thrilled I came back here. We took off the stress because I didn't know where I was going that I could trust. And my brakes and rotors are great, really noticing the difference. Great priced as well! I thought I should be paying more. Truthfully! Rotors were sanded and saved, so I didn't have to get new ones. They tested them out and said if I have anything else happen, come back and they can check. But that's probably gonna be my driving, basically. (smh) Would highly recommend anyone. No lie. They're just amazing here. Honest and won't waste your time! Easy to just stop in any time and get what you need. Really happy here. read more

Horrible customer service! Brought my Lyft rental car here for an oil change and they told me it would be a 30min wait, so I decided to sit there and wait for the work to be done. All of a suddenly they take the tires off the car and change the brakes without informing me. Come to find out they changed the brakes and didn't even have the proper pads to replace them with. So the wait time went from 30min to and 1 1/2 hours. Then when I ask the rude gentleman why he didn't let me know before hand he was gonna change the breaks and the wait time was gonna go up, his response is "I dont give a fuck if you take the car right now without the pads and kill someone". Please save your time and energy and go somewhere else. This place is horrible. read more

Seemed like a great, honest shop at first. Came in with a coolant leak, they assessed it and fixed it pretty quick and cheap - $80. Communication was good, very nice people. However, when I returned they told me they had some 'bad news.' And that the problem was not fixed, and was indeed a freeze plug leak and asked if I wanted them to fix it. When I asked the price, I was quoted $1200+!!!!!!! Because they had to drop the transmission to fix it. Okay, buddy. I just had a complete seal job in the transmission where it had to be dropped, and all for $650. So why would dropping the transmission this time, banging out and in a freeze plug be twice as much? To beat that, I drove for an hour and not a leak. They indeed fixed the problem and there was no further leaking. So, why were they trying to sell me this? I made an appointment at another shop to check it out to be sure, and if it is indeed a freeze plug issue, I will amend this review according. The mechanic also laughed and told me that 9 times out of 10 the transmission doesn't need to be dropped, and can be maneuvered around. In short, I got the whole 'let's scam this dude' vibe. ***UPDATE*** My truck was of course still leaking coolant. I brought it to Jim Matson and they fixed it for $300. Basically, this place was on the right track but did not replace the correct hoses to the throttle body. I did not have to drop the transmission to replace this mysterious leaking freeze plug that Super Stop Auto tried to tell me that I had. read more

Today, I woke up thinking of the great service that Super Auto Stop did to my car last week. This is the kind of auto shop you can always rely on. I've been taking my car here for the last 19 months and I'm always highly satisfied with the service provided. They are honest, quick to repair your car, fair with the price, and very friendly. All the mechanics in here are knowledgeable and very straightforward to explain what's wrong with your car. Last week, my car was making a noise when I turned too much to the right or left with the steering wheel. They quickly and precisely found the problem and fixed it in less than half an hour. My car has been working just fine since then. Also, they gave me a list of shops that had the most reasonable price for some parts that I desperately needed from another incident that I had with my car.
