Seamless. Battery suddenly died ànd came here as soon as shop opened on à Saturday morning. Was in and out in under 20 minutes; they even installed the new battery for me ànd core exchanged the dying. Also; they gave me lots of options; emailed me my warrantee copy; and even cleaned the old terminals for me with a wire brush before installing the new. That's what I call great service! Couldn't be happier. read more

Jorge was so knowledgeable and prompt! He helped me with my break light . Amazing and fast service !

Super disappointed with AutoZone. Came in to get my battery tested and possibly buy a new one for my car. Was told at 7:40pm that it was too late for them to do it. Then I was told it's because they were short staffed. They had multiple employees inside. I call BS on that, If the store closes at 9pm and it's a walk up service you don't need a reservation for they should do it. Initially I was to to get the F*** out cause they didn't wanna do there job. Do better AutoZone read more

RUDE! Came to return a jack. I was clear from very beginning that I tried using it and it was too heavy to use with my car. When the cashier spoke to his manager, the manager started acusing me that I was lying that it was never used! Ridiculous! Pathetic and overpriced store. This will be out of business in 2-3 years. read more

waited over 20 minutes for check engine light to be checked. they assured me it was slow and I would be helped shortly . after waiting in my car for some time I decided to call in and remind them in case they forgot, they said they would come outside to help right away and never came. idk if it was a discriminatory or not for reference pretty non ethnic area. experiences like this suck but no one should have to wait 20-30 min for something simple as that they could've asked me to return at a later time read more

Went to this Auto zone on Sunday the 4th and was helped by a gentleman named Charlie he said also checked his name badge, he ran a diagnostic on my 2002 Subaru and was told I needed the mass air flow and it would cost 135.00. I asked him if he could replace it, at first he said No but then he said give me your number and I will order the part and call you when it comes so he can fix it on his day off Thrusday. I decided to call in advance to see if he was still coming the person that answered the phone says we don't have a Charlie so I asked for a manager his name was Mike and he also said the same. What is going on here? I will call corporate to report this store. read more

Jorge R. Was SO helpful! I'm a young woman with very little knowledge of how to fix up my jeep.. he was very polite and offered to change my battery for me when it needed to be replaced and gave me great recommendations for other interior things I needed help with. Asked for help replacing my headlight and Otto quickly changed it and made sure it worked, before I drove off.

Much More positive experiences than negative. I use the pico/ labrea store for the most part recently. AZ has Good prices, usually have what I need, and service is helpful. Some folks know more than others, so ask a few in store, use the app/ chat to order... +plus you get a credit after purchase above 20 before taxes, after 5 pts you get $20 credit. oreilly nor pep boys etc has this. read more

Crystal is the most helpful staff person I have met across several shops of Autozone! She's the only one who offered to enroll me in the loyalty program. I wish I had my other previous purchases credited to get me some rewards. Who doesn't like to be rewarded for some loyalty? And she took the initiative to tell me about warranty on a T25 torque bit I bought. She went above and beyond to answer my questions. Yeah, I have questions cuz I'm a newbie and not a car nerd, trying to learn to change my own light bulb following some YouTube video. I didn't even know a T25 is not a screw but needs to be attached on a wrench looking thing (see photo). Did you know you get points for every $20 you spend and by having an account with your receipt you can be ensured your warranty is taken care of? Sure, go ahead and use my purchase history data so I can get some discounts in the future. Ps I had to call several shops to find this part. This location seems to have more inventory. Thank you Crystal for making this anxious errand into a positive experience! read more

The staff here know absolutely nothing about cars. Even when I do parts checks for a very basic things because they are walking distance from me. They are unable to figure it out without passing the phone to three different attendance. I literally know the part number for the AutoZone part and yet it's still takes them forever to be able to answer the question. Last time I called. I told him the vehicle specifications as well as the AutoZone part number and the guy on the phone was asking me for my license plate to look up the vehicle. They claimed they're unable to see stock for other stores and are unwilling to help and being able to locate other parts in other stores. Save yourself the time and drive down the street to a different auto parts store. AutoZone, in general it's horrible, but the staff hereare really incompetent. read more

Thank you to Alicia and Ulysses helping me with my battery issues she helped me search up my warranty on my damaged battery and he was nice enough to help me install it ! I came in yesterday to get a head light I know the one I needed but the guy kept telling it was the wrong one . So he Goes on there computer and types something in then shows me a head light that cost $141 and tells me this the one I need but I knew different and told him he's wrong , then he starts to be sarcastic trying to make feel dumb so I walk away and got the light I thought was correct and what do you know ( I was right) and it only cost $41 bucks . I'm writing this because I got to thinking if I was person thats impressionable or a woman (no offense) he would have got over on me when he had no dog in the fight rather I was right or wrong about the sell me what I asked for and not show me something that's extremely overpriced then try to make feel dumb for not just going along with what he said ...wasn't a bad place but they can use better help read more

My girlfriend's car battery died on her Toyota Camry that she bought Sept 2021 :( She took it to the Toyota dealership in Culver City that had just serviced it last week and they quoted her $300 plus labor/fees for a new battery. The car was serviced a week ago and they never mentioned anything about the battery needing replacing and it was pretty frustrating to learn the battery was no longer under warranty. She went to this AutoZone location and the guy that helped her out was great! He was friendly and fast. Great service, we def recommend this location. New battery cost $220 including taxes. read more

Andre Smith and Rossana Gomez are wonderful. They greeted me when I walked into the store, they helped me check the price on an item, and they helped me find the items I was looking for. They are both friendly, outgoing, very helpful, have wonderful smiles, and wonderful "can do"' and "would be happy to help you"'attitudes. All the other autozones don't even compare. I will definitely be back and shop. More. Thank you Andre and Rossana- thanks for being awesome ! And thanks for your help today. read more

Been at this location a few times and although they have a lot of items it is your typical Autozone. Yes you can ask questions to the staff but they are not exactly always the friendliest or have the best answers. The inside of this location is usually clean and in order though. They don't always have enough personnel at hand to help you I think. If its more than 3 people in line then you usually have to wait a while. I would recommend stopping by this place if you absolutely need to. Personally I have yet to visit a autozone that is just really good at customer service. If you have knowledge of what you want then its not a bad place to buy items. Best if you come with someone that knows details of what you are buying. read more

Honestly went there to buy a few things windshield Fluid, a new battery for my keys if they had any, and a few cleaning supplies for my car but end up not buying anything because when I came inside the store I asked where the windshield fluid was and asked if I can use the restroom. Mind me I drive all the way from Alhambra to here just because It was a few blocks to my house and my parents who goes here frequently told me they have a restroom and they have windshield fluid but the person in the cash register who was not doing anything and just chilling in the register told me there restroom is out of order. He then directed me me where the car wash fluid and I decided to leave after without getting anything cause I had to use the restroom bad the worse part was that a week before my mom did use the restroom there and was mad that they allowed her but heard them tell someone else that it's out of order. Felt embarrassed because I peed pants on the way to my car cause I couldn't hold it anymore also the worse part was that I was in my nursing uniform. This is very poor customer service on their end it not only they denied the basic need of regular daily life if they are allowing some people to use the restroom but can't let a person who works in the medical field some decency to use the restroom at least and felt like they lost their humanity since it felt like they treat there customers like animals read more

My car was having battery problems and they changed it out for me even though it was so close to closing time that they normally wouldn't have done it. It was a dangerous job, and tricky, bc the car wouldn't turn all the way off, causing the battery to spark and it was positioned unusually far back. The manager came out and took care of it himself at like 9:30 or 9:45, and did an expert job; finished just before 10. They really saved my hide since I needed to be across town by 6am the next morning. Great customer service! read more

picture this: it's my only day off, i ran out of wiper fluid, and while i was at autozone i figured i might as well grab some new windshield wipers, right? i didn't buy at this location bc i was towards the eastside but the bro at the furst location i went to on vermont was extremely unhelpful. (at the time, i might disclose, i wasn't aware of how easy it is to refill wiper fluid, and *I'm JuSt A gIrL*)- so i asked the bro how to do it, and also asked if he knew how to replace the wipers as well. he nonchalantly told me "yea it's super easy u jus pop the top open and put it in the blue cap." i was looking for someone to help me but he clearly could give a rat's ass Dx and he said something about how the wipers on foreign cars were harder to replace and to go to the bodyshop down the street. ok so i went home, put my big boy pants on and figured it out. sick, super easy, whatever. AND THEN it came time to switch out the wipers, right? somewhere along the lines of trynna figure it out, it led to an argument with my dad, and the instructions were SO confusing, i was convinced that the product i purchased was missing parts. decided to go to another autozone and this was the spot i pulled up on. maybe exchange it for something that had the right parts. remember when i told you the other bro told me to go to a mechanic to switch my wipers out??? i ended up going, but the guy there brought out a frikin flathead screwdriver trynna take the old wipers off L M A O and then cheesed all big in my face and told me he's never done it before and to go to someone who specializes in foreign cars O M F G L M F A OAOAO ok so anyways i end up at this autozone and first of all, i was greeted as soon as i walked in - and let me give the biggest thank you to BRENDA. she didn't falter not once - and help me change both out, didn't accept a tip, and was so helpful. she was so quick and efficient bruh im super gratefule she was there. it was a learning experience for the both of us but she was extremely knowledgeable regardless and super sweet. thanks brendaaaaa !! :) read more

Had one question about a part if it's available, puts me on hold for 12 min. Kendall saved my whole life today. Woke up to a dead battery on my hybrid and AAA could not help me at all. I charged my car and headed to Autozone to buy a replacement battery. After a lot of searching we were able to find an OEM replacement at another local auto zone and if it wasn't for Kendall I don't know if I would have had such an easy time. She recommended a local installer that was able to install the battery no problem. Kendall saved me from having a very expensive and miserable Saturday. Needed to do an oil change on my car so I decided to go to this Auto zone since it's a 5 min drive from my house. Didn't get the lady's name but she was extremely helpful. She ringed up my oil, filter and coolant and I was on my way. Got home and noticed I didn't have the tool for the filter so I had to drive back. Second time around another lady helped me but she didn't really know much so she kept trying to get her co workers help (the lady that helped me out initially). Five STARS to Dawson, the Saturday afternoon salesman, for being courteous, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and professional. ZERO stars to the sales person that was totally incompetent, rude, and if it were left up to her, I would be less $130.00 on a previously purchased, totally refundable item, thanks to her unwillingness to properly research the transaction, and/or have a decent working knowledge of her company's own return policy. But I will give her credit for sounding like a broken record, as she just continued to repeat, "store credit only." Yeah Right! Lady don't you already have enough egg on your face, as I'm being handed my FULL CASH REFUND! But hey, AGAIN, it was the salesman that indeed saved the day at this AutoZone, when he showed up, and handled things like a BOSS! Maybe the girls should take notes, perhaps they could learn a thing or two from Him. read more
