It's so hard to find a body shop that won't charge you an arm and a leg and I was treated so warmly by the owner David and his team who instantly helped me as I was in a rush to pick up my toddler. It was a quick bolt to the bottom to make the flap stable until I fix my entire bumper and he didn't charge me which I was completely shocked bc I was expecting to pay $100+ bc that's the norm of LA body shops. Of course I tipped and he directed me to give it to his mechanic which I found endearing. I can't express the appreciation of his kindness as I will now ONLY come to David's shop and will refer all my friends to a reliable and trustworthy business as his. I recommend them 10000000000%. My car was…read moredented, and the left headlight was completely shattered to the point where it wouldn't turn on. I was debating whether to fix it or go through insurance, but knowing I could get a ticket for the broken headlight, I decided to get it repaired. I asked for recommendations on social media, and so many people pointed me toward Orion Auto Bodyshop. They raved about how honest the owner is, the 3-year warranty he offer, and the impeccable quality of their work. I've actually had a go-to bodyshop for a long time. Over the years, I've dealt with quite a few accidents and have a trusted lawyer I always work with. I've referred my family, friends, and relatives to them, and they've always thanked me for the great introduction. However, this time, I decided to call around for estimates. As soon as I called Orion, the owner picked up personally. Just by looking at the photos I sent, he immediately walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed, which parts were required, and how the process would go. I could tell right away--he is a true expert. On top of that, the price was incredibly reasonable and fair. I dropped my car off last Monday, March 23rd, and was told it would take about ten days. To my surprise, I got a call today--just 8 days later--saying the car was ready and had even been detailed! When I went to pick it up this afternoon, I was blown away. The repair was flawless, and the car was spotless. It's perfect. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but now I completely understand why everyone on social media recommended this place. Orion Bodyshop is honest, professional, and provides top-tier service with a fair price. I am now a huge fan and will definitely be coming back here for any future needs. I'll also be recommending this shop to all my family, friends, and relatives. If you're looking for a reliable body shop, this is the place! He even arranged a rental car for me! I drove it for all 8 days while my car was being fixed, and it made the whole process so much easier. It worked out perfectly for the 8 days I was without my vehicle. Overall : Car repairs can be very expensive (Yes. It costs a lot this time, too.Outch!). but I am extremely satisfied that I was able to get mine fixed perfectly with such a great price. Thanks to this shop.

However, I took my car "that I've always taken to the dealer for an oil change" here. And the next day it was leaking oil everywhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to bring it right away, and had to bring it back to the shop about 2 weeks later . (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car .
