I've been procrastinating getting a large dent out of the side of my car and he did it so quickly. Got the whole thing out perfectly. I did my due diligence and talked to a few other companies but I am so glad I went with Leo. The body shops I talked to quoted even more than my dealership which is insane to me--plus, both places I had to physically drive to and take time to even get a quote. Meanwhile Leo gave a range for the estimate based off of photos and when he showed up (punctual too!), he gave me a thorough explanation of his prognosis and what to expect given the difficult location of the dent since it was right where there's a curve. He was careful to explain that he might not be able to get everything out depending on how the metal reacts but wow he managed to make the dent look like it was never there! It looks perfect. As a procrastinator, I wish I had just contacted him earlier. I am so happy that I didn't procrastinate writing this review.

I believe he was able to remove 97% of the dent. Only an auto body specialist and I would be able to tell there was a dent due to very minute imperfections. The scratch was mostly removed but it was deeper than the clear coat and penetrated the paint. I'm very satisfied with the work and only removed one star bc I was hoping the scratch could be completely removed.

For my car, there is a tiny ding on the right rear fender. I got a few quotes before going with Jose, but his price was the lowest. He came out and let me know exactly what needed to be done to access the dent and pop it out. Since it involved opening panels and removing the rear taillight, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Jose couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about this. He didn't even charge me for coming out, and didn't seem disappointed at all about me not proceeding. This is the true mark of a great businessman who understands customer service!
