Me being me, I backed up too much with my husband's Tacoma in a parking lot and hit a pole and left nasty scratches on the right rear bumper and the taillight broke as well. I called Rhod and made arrangements and he had the truck fixed the following day. Rhod's work is clean, commendable, and perfect! The truck looked like it never got into an accident. He was also very kind to help fix the broken taillight. I hope I don't hit another pole again, but if I do I am forever going to rely on Rhod! I 100% recommend his business! Amazing service and a perfect repair to the front bumped on my Tesla Model Y! I closed the garage on my front bumped, and the hangle left a long scratch and gouge down the front and on the top. Fix My Bumper was able to come out within a few days, and the bumper is looking as good a new. Rhod is THE MAN! A few weeks ago I backed into a fence and was very annoyed with the bump and scratch it left. I was referred over by his good friend and I can say that I am blown away by the service. Rhod met me at my workplace and made the drive from Anaheim to Mission Viejo. He introduced himself and gave me the summary of what needed to be done. He promptly began working on my Lexus ES It took about 2-3 hours total and when I was the car after it looked like brand new! Sergio wrote up the estimate, then walked out and actually looked at the bumper. Told me the simplest route would take care of it and did it right there at a special rate. No full respray I didn't need, no insurance claim, no leaving the car for three days and figuring out a ride home. I didn't make the other calls. Didn't need to. If money's tight and you've been putting off getting something fixed, drive down and ask for Sergio. He had every reason to sell me the bigger job and quoted me the small one instead.

When I called Topline, I spoke with Luis, and he told me that he couldn't really quote me until I brought in my car for him to take a look at it. So that same day, I decided to bring my car in for him to take a look at. However, prior to him looking at it, I took my car to another shop at another shop within that same complex. I won't say the name, but this shop took a look at my car and said I would also need to replace the entire mirror. When this particular shop got back with me with a quote a couple of days later, it was $1600+. When I took my car to Topline for Luis to take a look at it--first of all, he helped me to fix the side mirror in that moment so it was no longer bent backwards and therefore, drivable. He did this at no charge. And after taking a closer look, Luis let me know that he could fix the damage without replacing the entire mirror and that it would be about $200. I brought my car in about a couple of days later and Topline was able to fix it within 15 minutes. I was in and out. I'm grateful that I found Topline. I appreciate the extra effort he took to give me an honest assessment and that he did not just automatically say that I needed to change out the entire mirror. If you're looking for a body shop that does honest work at honest prices, I would recommend Topline.

My previous go-to mechanic tripped me with a quote of $575 for the valve gasket cover replacement (I assumed they meant the entire thing, not the rubber seal). So I went to this place due to reasonable prices. Their labor prices are also more competitive. The only downsize is that they don't do appointment. Otherwise; so far so good.

I have dealt with my fair share of Tesla service centers and collision centers, both first and…read morethird-party. I have owned a Tesla since 2014 so let me tell you, I've see some ****. With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

I had a minor mishap with a bullard in a parking lot and scraped the driver's door on my 2009 Toyota Venza. I found Color Creation on line and called to get an estimate. It sounded fair so I ok'd the job. Their technician was out the next day and it only took him 30 minutes to complete a job that I thought would take much longer. It came out fantastic! There's a couple of the scratches that you can see if someone points them out but just to look at the door you could never tell it had had work done on it. To me, this is a company that does what it says it will do and at a fair price. The person I first spoke with (Rhod) was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I wish it were this easy when dealing with all repair companies, ie., dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv, etc. All round, a great experience. read more
