Me being me, I backed up too much with my husband's Tacoma in a parking lot and hit a pole and left nasty scratches on the right rear bumper and the taillight broke as well. I called Rhod and made arrangements and he had the truck fixed the following day. Rhod's work is clean, commendable, and perfect! The truck looked like it never got into an accident. I was referred over by his good friend and I can say that I am blown away by the service. Rhod met me at my workplace and made the drive from Anaheim to Mission Viejo. I had hit one of my side mirrors and it bent backwards and some parts on the bottom broke off…read more Every body shop I called quoted me upwards of $1500+, saying that I had to replace the entire mirror. When I called Topline, I spoke with Luis, and he told me that he couldn't really quote me until I brought in my car for him to take a look at it. So that same day, I decided to bring my car in for him to take a look at. However, prior to him looking at it, I took my car to another shop at another shop within that same complex. I won't say the name, but this shop took a look at my car and said I would also need to replace the entire mirror. When this particular shop got back with me with a quote a couple of days later, it was $1600+. When I took my car to Topline for Luis to take a look at it--first of all, he helped me to fix the side mirror in that moment so it was no longer bent backwards and therefore, drivable. He did this at no charge. And after taking a closer look, Luis let me know that he could fix the damage without replacing the entire mirror and that it would be about $200. I brought my car in about a couple of days later and Topline was able to fix it within 15 minutes. I was in and out. I'm grateful that I found Topline. I appreciate the extra effort he took to give me an honest assessment and that he did not just automatically say that I needed to change out the entire mirror. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.

With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

I had a minor mishap with a bullard in a parking lot and scraped the driver's door on my 2009 Toyota Venza. I found Color Creation on line and called to get an estimate. It sounded fair so I ok'd the job. Their technician was out the next day and it only took him 30 minutes to complete a job that I thought would take much longer. It came out fantastic! There's a couple of the scratches that you can see if someone points them out but just to look at the door you could never tell it had had work done on it. To me, this is a company that does what it says it will do and at a fair price. The person I first spoke with (Rhod) was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
