It's tough selecting an Auto Body Shop you can trust. I used Yelp to request a quote from multiple shops, and Emfix really stood out. First of all, they were upfront with their pricing and responsive. I took car to another body shop that was recommended by my mechanic, and they gave me a really reasonable quote. It was fifty dollars less than Emfix, but the shop didn't look that great. I brought my car by Emfix and without even looking at the quote, Elias said that not only could he match the price but that he'd throw in complimentary touch ups from a variety of nicks, scrapes, and chips that were not in the area of the collision. To top it off, they said that it would only take three days while the other shop said it would take them four days. Auto customization =) Yesterday, I dropped off my Lexus RC 350F Sport first thing in the morning and it was ready for pick up same day. Fast, honest, communicative, reliable, meticulous and competitive + very affordable prices. It's crazy but I've been coming to Emfix for over a decade. Emfix deserves a long overdue Yelp review update. Hands down, I wouldn't recommend or go anywhere else for any auto-related needs or customizations. It's a little bit of a drive, but it's soooo worth it. I love that Emfix is family owned and operated with over 30 years of experience. Gio and Bryan treat me like family and they will treat you like family, too! They have a vested interest in their community and knows how important customer relationships are. I honestly think this is really the backbone of their successful business! Until I found Emfix, I had a distrusting relationship with mechanics and any auto-related shops. I was hit a week before Thanksgiving. It was more like a sideswipe. The other driver was at fault and asked me if we could settle it between us and leave the insurance company out of this. I found myself coming to this place Emfix Collision. I believe it's a father and son dual company. Bryan Oseguera who is the gentleman that I spoke to? I explained the situation and he proceeded to give me one quote. The quote was still a good deal. I had went to a couple other places after him so I can compare. I believe he was a couple, hundred dollars cheaper than some of the known collision centers out here. He emailed me everything and detailed pricing on their painting, replacing parts labor everything pretty much black and white and clear. I proceeded to send this information they have collected to the driver that had hit me. He went ahead and called this gentleman Bryan, just to make sure that the things they were fixing were justifiable. Bryan then proceeded to tell the other driver, there's different things we can do to rearrange the pricing as far as painting, blending things of that nature that I have no idea about because I am not a painter. So about a day later, I got a phone call from Bryan saying that they're sending me a new quote, if I would allow the changes that the other driver was asking to make as far as using used parts instead of buying new parts. I told him as long as it looked the same before she hit it. I was OK with that. The price drop down about $900 I could not believe my eyes. I also started thinking great they are going to mess up my paint job and it's gonna look ugly. The whole time, Bryan was being courteous, and really being upfront and honest about their work, and how they wouldn't leave it a mess and I would be satisfied. Because of the holidays I thought they were gonna have it for at least a week. They had it for exactly 3 days as scheduled. Not only did he fix what he said he was going to fix he painted the whole door the whole bumper just a color match fender with no extra charge. Not only did he fix the original problem he fix scrapes on both sides of the car and no extra charge. When I went to go pick up the car, it was washed and she looked brand new again. I am completely satisfied with him and would recommend them to anyone they honestly earned a customer for life.
