Very pleased with our experience at Emfix. Bryan was easy to work with - pleasant and professional. Our car turned out great!

Fixed my car in a fast time and good quality. Bryan does a great job. Would come here again!

Best Auto body shop in the OC area... Very trustworthy with unbeatable prices! They just relocated to this area from Orange where they were called Oseguera Auto body. This is a family owned business & I must say it sure does feel like it when you walk in. The owner Elias makes you feel right at home, such a humble man. This place is very clean considering the fact that only guys work here :) I recommend this to anyone looking for body work, headlight restoration, new paint job, oil change they can do it all! read more

Above and beyond quality work. Gio and Fam go above and beyond of what is expected from a Body Shop, you don't see that now a days. If you need quality work this is the place to go. I had a little accident where someone backed into my parked car. It took longer to get the insurance to approve my damages than the guys repairing my ride. Dude the guys did such a great job i really wondered if this was actually my car. I hadn't seen it this immaculate since the day i actually bought it. Don Elias and Gio actually gave me some advice on some stuff i had to step it up a notch or maybe two on my vehicle maintenance. Not usual for a Body Shop to be looking out for you this way. Truly i can say they are part of the Fam. Honestly recommend the Fam. Gio, outstanding work. Thank you. read more

Bryan and his father helped me take care of my brother's Miata after I rear-ended it. The hood, bumper, and headlights were all damaged when I brought it in. They unbent the bumper support and fixed the headlight bracket to ensure the panels lined up correctly. Then they unbent the hood and painted it along with the damage on the bumper as I asked. While it was a touch up/temporary job before redoing the entire car, it was very reasonably priced and I got the car back in less than a week! I definitely will be back and would recommend anyone looking for auto-body work or paint to come by and get work done by EMFIX. Aside from the great work, customer service was outstanding as Bryan was very detailed and communicative. I can ensure that you'll have a smooth process of getting your car fixed when working with them. read more

Emfix Collision - Quick and affordable touch up job on the roadster after rear-ending a car! It's like it never happened - Body Shops Near Me - Fullerton, California

My sun damage has always bugged me and I'm glad I picked Emfix Collision for their paint service. I looked through yelp and emailed a bunch of auto places for a quote. Gio responded quickly and was very helpful with every question I had. I saw a previous review with the same situation as my car (sun damage) and it was a Honda Civic as well and it made me comfortable to pick Emfix Collision. The price was unbeatable and they did an excellent job on the paint-- it looked like the first day I bought my car. Thank you to Gio and his team! read more

Family owned business that is really good at what they do. They gave me a really good deal on my quote. 10/10 recommended by a friend!

Great job and honest work they fixed my side mirror and got it done quick .would differently recommend this place.

Unfortunately I've had to get my car repaired twice, but fortunately I was able to take my car here. I have been going with this company since they were at their old location in Anaheim, and I would follow them basically anywhere! The new location is really nice. They go above and beyond, and are very honest. They do great work, and are super friendly. I had an option to pay out of pocket or go through my insurance. They were willing to give me a very good out of pocket cost to fix my car, even cheaper if I just wanted to fix the panel as opposed to replacing it, but I ended up deciding to go through my insurance. My insurance had me go into their spot and get an estimate, then sent me a check. When I took it back to EMFIX, they said the estimate missed a bunch of stuff (which they often do because they would rather have you pocket the cash and not fix the car), so I had to have another insurance guy come look at it at the shop. EMFIX made sure to call them right away and have them come the next day so I wouldn't have to wait much longer for my car to be fixed. They finished my car ahead of schedule and also cleaned the whole thing! They even offered to give me a ride to my rental car place in the same city, super nice of them. read more

Emfix is incredible. The work they did on my Tesla was absolutely perfect. Professional work and incredible customer service. Even though I live in Laguna Niguel, I'd be back in a second with any body work needed. read more

Decided to come to this shop after I got into a small accident; I was rear-ended, but the damages were fairly light and ended up with only an indentation of the car's front license plate hitting my rear bumper. I texted the pictures over and got a response back really quick with a quote too. The quote ended up being way less than what my insurance offered so I was pretty excited about that. I had some back/forth with them after when I could drop off my car and they were extremely accommodating about working with my schedule. They even asked if I had a ride set up to get home (I did), which I assume means they were even willing to help me out in that aspect. I dropped off my car and took the time to ask them if they could address other damages on my car that maybe they could take of along with my rear bumper. I have/had some scratches and dents over the years and another shop did a poor job of securing my front bumper properly after I needed to get it replaced. The person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and took the time to inspect my car and keep my company while I was waiting for my ride. I was told that it would be about 3 or so days until my car was ready and they definitely met that deadline. In those days, they took the time to talk to me about the other damages that I wanted addressed (besides my rear bumper) and told me that it would be difficult to address everything within my budget and that it was just a quote for future reference. I was perfectly okay with that and told them that my biggest concern was the rear bumper, re-securing the front bumper back properly, and maybe some of the bigger scratches. I was willing to pay a little extra for these other things on top of the quote for the rear bumper but they included it for free! Lastly, they went the extra mile (pun intended) and took the time to drop off the car at my house since my work schedule was so hectic. It was really nice of them to do that and I definitely really appreciated that aspect. In addition to addressing the license frame indentation on my rear bumper, it looks like they restored the whole thing completely. All the small marks, dents, and nicks are magically gone and it looks like new; it's crazy. Overall, I'm really happy with the service provided and I hope other people get a chance to check out this shop if they ever need any issues like this addressed. read more

Emfix has done an incredible job for having my car cosmetically fixed and in pristine condition. Will be using their service again. Bryan and his dad did a wonderful job letting me know really small but necessary things such as my low coolant and we fixed that immediately. Thank you! read more

I had the opportunity to visit Efmix Collision for a bumper fix. Bryan was responsive to all 21 questions I had for him in a friendly manner. Turn time was fast, and pricing was very reasonable compared to surrounding shops. The finished product was a thing of beauty, like the time I first fell in love with it from the dealer! Big thanks to the team at Emfix for a fantastic job and another satisfied customer. I will be sending all my loved ones there should they need work on their cars. read more

My review is based on the result of a poor job both in communication and the actual work performed. I took my car to emfix thinking I would get a quality result based on the reviews and boy was I wrong! I contacted Gio there and talked about the work that needed to be done. My insurance paid the shop a couple days later and the repair process went on from there. My car was almost there for a month when I was told 2 weeks! I didn't mind it as much because I know quality work takes time. The only problem is there was no quality result. I went to get my car back Gio wasn't there I had to ask one of the workers for my car. Paid him the deductible and was on my way. When I got home I noticed my headliner was filthy from all kinds of hand prints. A clip from my bumper missing! Swirl marks on the paint all over!!! Finger prints on the paint and bubbling on some of the grill. This looks like they had the car for a month and rushed the paint job on the last 2 days. A pathetic job to say the least. If you need a bumper fixed this place might be able to do it. But if you want a real paint job or bodywork done on your car and you care about the results go elsewhere! There are lots of other places that take pride in what they do and will deliver a better result than this joke of a place. read more
