Jessica Lopez is a complete disappointment! I reached out to her to get a homeowners insurance quote, gave her all of my information and set up a call for the next day. The following day she didn't call me at the agreed upon time, so I called her. The receptionist said that she wasn't in. I left a voicemail message. No response. She never got back to me. Very unprofessional! read more

Out of the well-rated insurance brokers we contacted on Yelp, they were the only ones that were able to give us a competitive rate for landlord's insurance, which was harder to find than expected. Appreciate the communication and efficient follow-through. read more

I've been with Mercury for over 25 years. They are great! Jess Lopez is the account manager that I dealt with. She's awesome.

About a week ago I called because I saw some errors on the description of my house on my Home Insurance policy renewal. My call was Directed to Jess Lopez. I told her of the errors and she accessed my policy and begn to correct the errors. They were square footage and number of bathrooms. While reviewing she also found another error. She was professional and thorough, and her customer service was excellent, and she saved me some money on my renewal. I'm very happy my call was refered to her. I am completely satified, she was awesome, and rate her as excellent. read more

Patient and helpful. Looking out for client. They keep in touch with you and let you know that your issue is a priority.

This Yelp review is for Maria Ramirez. She is very bright, hard working, and has a wonderful accommodating personality. I left my previous agent to become a client of Maria's for insurance purposes. She's informative and knowledgeable regarding the projected cost of rebuilding a house if necessary. I was shocked to realize that I have been underinsured for years and that the previous agent I had never discussed with me how much proposed insurance I should have to cover me based on market prices of rebuilding a property. Or even how having minimal insurance on a vehicle can result in a huge amount of out of pocket expenses. I am grateful for my experience with having such a knowledgeable agent and look forward to securing my coverage with Maria for many years to come. Thank you Maria! read more

I have been with Insurance Partners for sometime now and loved my Account Manager, unfortunately, she got promoted and I was handed over to Carrie as my new insurance rep. I had reached out to her numerous times for assistance in lowering my insurance premium and was provided zero assistance and zero solutions to help me resolve my issue. It's clear that the quality of customer service is lacking with this rep, i will be looking for a new insurance carrier moving forward due to the multiple bad experiences with Carrie. read more

Great Company, great service! My Father had his home and cars insured through Insurance Partners when he passed away. When his house was sold, Maria once again helped me by getting money refunded in my name.
