I have used this company for over a decade. It was great until about a year ago, they hired all new people and they are no longer capable of doing their jobs. I am constantly hounding the new representative to send me things after he says he will send them that day and forgets. recently i had to shop around for a new homeowners insurance policy, they gave me one option and said it was the only thing they could find. i agreed, they charged me 250 dollars for this "service" and then never sent the information to me or the mortgage company. one month later i get mail from my mortgage company that they had to pay for insurance themselves. i emailed them to get the information, he EVENTUALLY sent it to me to send to the mortgage company (what am i paying you for exactly at this point? ) and now they send me word that the policy they found me will be cancelled since it was not sent in time to my mortgage company. ultimately, i paid 250 dollars for them to do absolutely nothing for me. i called today to get a refund on these broken promises, and the agent hung up on me. i called an hour later to talk to the manager and he hung up on me. this company is zero stars. EDIT: the owner read this review, and called me to yell at me about how he should be charging me more. dont use this company or you will regret it too. read more

Had Auto insurance with this company since 2015, but decided to cancel due to miscommunication and service for my December 2023 renewal. It used to be very simple with Sabina, paid in full for a ONE year policy, approx. same price every year. But this year, I called to make a payment and requested to pay for the year in full again. Price quoted was around the same that I had paid previously for ONE year, but when i received my insurance card, it was only for 6-months. I called back an couple hours later asking for an explanation. I was told 1-year policies were no longer possible. So I asked why I paid a 1-year price for 6-months... I was told insurance rates had increased nearly 45% and that I would not find cheaper anywhere else. (Btw... I made a few calls and found cheaper instantly for about $260 cheaper for the same coverage) I asked to cancel it and to issue a refund. I was told a refund could not be issued unless I purchased insurance through another provider and provided proof to EZ that I had another policy active in order for them to cancel. I argued that this made no sense. Being uninsured would be my problem, my risk, and that a refund should be not based on this. After a couple hours, they stated a refund would be issued. EZ would issue a refund for their fees instantly, but the insurance provider's half would take 7-10 days. A week later, I did received the refund from EZ side, but not the insurance carriers. I called EZ to follow up, and I was told it would take another 3 weeks to process. Terrible waste of time with this Cat n Mouse game... Staff and management were professional.. but the sales pitch and stalling tactics are extremely inconvenient and a waste of my time. read more

This brokerage is a total scam. They quoted me on price then after a month it doubled from 388$ a mnth to 996 a month which the first was absurd. I had a couple accidents when quoted and one fell off 7 days later which they said they couldn't fix because the quote was with the 2 accidents. Then I go to another broker and get same company with twice the coverage for half the price and no brokers fee. I canceled with ez ins and was told I'd get a refund for the second moth I paid in advance only to be billed another 428$ for cancellation. This brokerage should be shut down. BEST RATES WITH GREAT COVERAGE !! I was referred by my friend to go to Jesus, her insurance agent. She said great things about him and when I spoke to him, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I did shop around for other insurance companies and tried to match the same coverage. However, these companies were not able to quote me a good deal like Jesus did. He offered me a low rate AND even better coverage than my existing one. Jesus isn't pushy at all, if you need time to think or do some more research then he will understand. I used to have Allstate insurance and realized my coverage was too high and I had poorer coverage than Nationwide. All in all, Jesus has been so helpful to me and I can't wait to continue working with him. I never feel hesitant to ask any questions. Don't go here. I got a policy, but after weeks never received my id cards. In fact I never received any documents whatsoever. A few months in, I got mail telling me that my policy got canceled for no payment. Again, I did not hear anything about this until it was to late, because nobody would inform me. Soon, EZ Insurance told me they actually found a cheaper insurance. They did not care to mention that it would cost me another 475 dollars in "consulting-fees". Also they left out that the insurance was a downgrade. Finally, 6 months later, I asked them to terminate my insurance plan. I have not heard of them since and I had to take care of it by myself. read more
