I paid $93 to put a car under my name at the DMV and they wanted to charge me $278. Do not go there, they are taking advantage of their own people because only Spanish people go there. I went in almost a month and a half ago.To do a title transfer change and registration to my truck? I had to go to the office and fill out special forms since I misplaced the pink slip which was completed on site. A month and a half later, after several attempts to contact and get updates, I just keep getting pushed around from one representative to the next. No one knowing exactly is going on with my DMV CASE. I've called several times within this past week. And they keep telling me that their system is down that they can't access anything. Finally, today, I was able to go ahead and get some kind of update with them.Telling me that if they had notified me that I was required to fill out documents , bring in the pink slip and also they need some signatures. Which I completely do not understand due to the fact that I filled-out that form due to the fact of not having the original pink slip And provided all signatures and statement required on that special document.After 691$+ and month and a half later there is still no progress or update on this. read more

They gave me a low cost quote and I was about to make the insurance change. However, when I reviewed the documents I noticed that much of the information that the insurance agent entered was false. I refused to sign the documents because insurance fraud is a FELONY in the State of California and is punishable with up to 5-years in prison and a $50,000 fine. In addition, if you are in a bad accident and have to go to court, once it is discovered that you were insured by entering fraudulent information the document (policy) will be deemed void; this means you were never legally insured and all fees will be paid by you. If I could give them a zero I would. The lady if she deserves to be categorized as one was the rudest and conartist I could ever run into. From the moment I walked into the sales office and respectfully asked for a quote she set off an attitude. She then gave me a quote of $180 down and $388 for a 6 month quote for a SR22. A complete rip off. Then when I told her that a nearby insurance agency had quoted me far less she lied and told me I was wrong and that it was the same price because Veronica's insurance was a sister store. Total BSer. I ended up getting my SR 22 quote elsewhere for $222 for 6 months and no down payment. Be warned these people are rude crooks read more

One of the most disturbing phone calls I ever get from an Insurance agent by the name of Renee that works here. I applied to get an auto insurance quote online and Renee picked up the lead and asked me for information over text. Once the quote was ready Renee called me and quoted me $700 a month with a $800 down payment. I do understand what's going on with Insurance companies right now in California however, I tried explaining to Renee that I have a clean record, not a single ticket or point or infraction, and my current insurance payment is around $225/month which jumped from $185/month after rates got more expensive. Renee then goes and starts arguing with me that I have a 2023 vehicle and Accuses me of lying in an indirect way to him since not a single insurance company would want to insure a brand new car for pennies ($225 / month) which I said well the quote you gave me is around 10k a year for insurance and I don't even pay that much on a monthly payment for my leased vehicle a year. He says well you're monthly is going to go up to what I gave you and this is the best quote you'll ever have and nobody would want to insure you. Which I understand is a try to push a sale. I disagreed with him. Which then he replies oh you're good? And hangs up on me without even letting me answer. Called back to speak with a manager just to tell them how disturbing this phone call was but the manager was busy which I totally get since I also have a sales job. I'm not saying that the customer is always right but there was no need to escalate this situation and be rude. I'm in different types of sales and when a client complains about a monthly payment being high, I try to work with them to get them a comfortable monthly payment that fits the budget and try to explain in a nice way what's going on right now in the economy. Renee my friend, sales isn't for everyone but a piece of advice for you if you're making this a career for yourself. Have thick skin and never argue with customers thinking you know it all. The best sales people out there are the ones that listen to their clients needs. If it doesn't work out, move onto the next one. read more

This is the WORST insurance company I have ever delt with. They have cancelled my policy due to no funds when I do have the funds. I call them to check what account info they have and they won't tell me. They say they called me to inform me WHICH THEY NEVER DID. Had a policy with them since 2009 bought a new car and they had to find me a new insurance so they created a new policy they took advantage of me and charge me $509 for the new policy, I asked another location and they told me this guy at this location over charge me! Luckily I found a better insurance Mercury who gave me a better price and did not charge me anything for making any change like Adriana's, the charge you at least $200 for adding a car, what ever you do try other insurances they stole money from me and I'm Sure they do the same for everyone, there's only two guys at this locations do not go with ABRAHAM this guy his only there to steal money not really to help our Hispanic community. I wasn't so sure as I had been hearing a few bad things about this place but Geinsi, the agent that helped me, complete changed my mind. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable from the start. She was very patient with me and took the time to explained all the coverages to me. She answered all of my questions, which were many haha. I gotta say that she was very knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood what I was getting.
