Looked it up online to see it was for Kemper Insurance which is who my familys car insurance is through so didnt think about it again. Hower back in april I noticed it again but this time it was next to a charge from KEMPER. Did some digging and found that Kemper when we updated our insurance policy 2yrs ago continued charging us for the old as well as the new. basically i had been overcharged several thousand dollars. I tried to get ahold of someone to straighten this out and was unsuccessful. So i cancelled my debit card, and resetup all my valid accounts, including the correct KEMPER on the new card. Well, we got calls and nasty letters about our insurance(old policy) to be cancelled due to non payment, which is what i wanted. Asshats! Now as i am getting new insurance and want to cancel the current policy im told im going to have to pay a cancellation fee. Obviously that pissed me off as they had already overcharged me by $thousands. I got her to look up my policies and she tried to say there was only a 2 month overlap because the one was cancelled for non payment. I explain she was wrong and i had it for years. Apparently as we do insurrance 6months at a time thats all she can see(or all she will admit to). Anyway she agreed she could refund me $58....are you freaking serious!!!!! apparently after cancelation fees, charges for "nonpayment", etc thats all she would do. As we discussed this she began with the "can you hear me? i can hear you" BS...so i hung up, called back and got message abour them being closed....what duechebags!!! im not letting this go.

Wowww and since the owner of vehicle had to put the car back on market and keep it running, Susy provided us with same day services since we were late it had a small additional fee. I had another friend car I used that had tickets that totaled to a high amount so THANK GOD they accept CREDIT CARDS! For some reason all these cars registration just all happen to land on me around the same time. Which can be a little tough during these times. So I'm truly grateful..my Mom car was late, mines. I was a mess but they made my life a LOT easier. I didn't even have to go into the office.. did everything smoothly over the phone & picked up the tags after we got off the phone.
