I don't want to choose any star,They are the worst insurance company I have had to deal with,since the accident happened November 10th 2024,has been almost 8 months past,my car still not be fixed,every time I called either they don't pick up the phone call or if they answered,they keep give me the some answer that the person insured hit me only have $10000 and hit 2 cars,they are waiting for the other car fixed then telling me what can do with my car. my car was the first one be hit ,they should have to pay for my car fix first ,but the other one. also, 8 months everything should be done already,and I asked the other car was fixed right away. so what the acceptance doing is really disgusting to me. read more

Blessi DeGuzman seem like a good person at first. Nice but is not!!! I was trying to get a different policy with a different insurance company. She told me it was Freeway insurance. She was so much I a rush she even ask me who I was the insurance company National general. When I never received no paperwork by email or mail. Like a week ago I found out same company Different policy... Same company 2 policies all I had to do is just pay my monthly $168. I was thinking it was Freeway not. Acceptance when I asked her who took almost 550.00 out of my account Acceptance holding. It's was National General. It was her company went to the office the place is closed nothing their just some Sign that says titan insurance. I finally get ahold of her and she rude what I'm talking about and Hangs up on me. Tried talking to her Acceptance nothing. She calls and starts yelling at me Saying all kinds of stuff that I signed the paperwork that I agreed. She send it to me in a text message. I didn't sign nothing just one little thing that said freeway insurance. All the money to only have Insurance on my vehicle 3 weeks . After the General got 189. Blessi DeGuzman 100. And then 200 and 243 .. to only have 3 weeks Of car insurance. When I couldn't just paid for the first policy. I had with the same company a $168. And then she ripped me off. General had no clue. She blamed them for the money they took out. Her boss calls me and tell me I'll call you Monday. Never received a call and then he hangs up on me. Name is Mario Ramos. Are bromero. Something like that rude person. I called the business thing where they have their business and Cerritos. Titan insurance tour in her boss. Whatever his name was, tell me the place it's closed. No one works there she used to work there. So don't trust her she and the people she works for are nothing but scammers the last insurance company she worked is closed that where her office was with her crook of a boss now she is here doing the same thing people don't trust her. No one never there called me back or could tell me why all that money was taken out or why she wrote me another policy. When I already had one there. Now I'm out an other 300 which I can't afford. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They are the worst insurance company I have had to deal with. They refused to provide excellent or good customer service. We ordered a policy on 8/14. After viewing the policy, we asked if they could adjust the milage. Jose said no. Then we spoke to the branch manager who didn't seem to care if we cancel or not. Problem the policy states myson drive 24000 per year. We stopped by the office and asked if anyone could come out and at least take a picture to fix the problem. Flat out No. It has been 12 days I received a piece of refund. They broke rob us. I paid $237 and only got back $65. I will accept my loss, but I hope the next buyer reads the clause in Accepting insurance contract. And make sure you have someone with knowledge, not just a front office helper. I did not want to provide a star for this insurance company but had too in order to leave a review. I was looking for cheaper insurance using the services provided by Zebra and was provided with an acceptable quote with First Acceptance. When I contacted the lienholder to provide the new policy information, I was informed they will not accept any policies with Acceptance or First Acceptance insurance company. I found that to be very odd but had no choice but to contact Zebra back to cancel the policy I had just paid for on 07/31/25. I electronically signed the cancellation request on 07/31/25 and was advised that my amount paid would be refunded because they place a (3) day hold on payments. As of 08/06/25 I still hadn't received my refund, so I contacted Zebra again to check on the status of my cancellation. I was advised that the information was sent on 07/31/25 to them as the policy would have been effective on 08/01/25. The representative from Zebra contacted First Acceptance on my behalf and was informed they would process the cancellation effective on 08/06/25 and to allow (10) days for my refund. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! It's solely the insurance company responsibility to process or back date the cancellation request on the day it was initially received!! As a consumer you should not have to wait for a refund on services not provided. I now understand why the lienholder will not accept policies with this company and says ALOT if certain insurance companies are not accepted with reputable finance companies!!!! BEWARE AND KEEP IN MIND THAT JUST BECAUSE THE RATES MAY BE AFFORDABLE, IT'S A COMPANY THAT HAS NO VALUES, MORALS OR INTEGERITY!!! I ALSO FILED A BBB COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER AS WELL!!! read more

For some reason, I was unable to gain insurance with a reputable company for a decent price. I have a clean driving record and no tickets. Not sure why Insurance quotes I were given were so high. Acceptance insurance was the only one that quote which was some what workable, still very high. Anyway I pay what I thought was my first month. (My first month was actually due 14 days later rip off) Then the coronavirus hits and everything is shutting down. No work for me. I haven't had this insurance for even a month and I get a call that tells me that my insurance will lapse ON THAT DAY! I never even received a notice regarding this lapse. I did get an email after the phone call that said cancellations were not going to be issued. So I thought I was ok given the pandemic. I get an email a few days after from my sales person regarding the lapse. I emailed my sales person back to inquire about the lapse and the email that said they are not issuing cancellations at the moment during this time. Her reply was that the email was a reminder (?) and to call customer service. A reminder? A reminder of what? The email clearly states cancellations were not being issued (I forwarded her the email). I called customer service as directed and you know what happened after 15 minutes of being on the phone. The line got magically disconnected. I emailed my sales person back and told them to have a manager contact me. My sales person has never emailed me back. I never received a call from a manager. Obviously, Acceptance insurance do not care about their customers and would lapse your insurance when they already acknowledge they wouldn't during this time. Acceptance insurance will never have my business again. read more
