Turns out Melissa is no longer with the agency, but Susan Palafox answered me literally within 1/2 hour!!! She immediately emailed over a copy of my insurance coverage card. Done and done. All set. Very fast service and a very nice person to talk to. I was so happy to have such a nice, efficient person as Susan return my call. Sometimes you hear horror stories about insurance agents, but Susan is not in that category! This was just a minor issue, but I can tell she is caring and would be of great help if I had an emergency. For years, I stuck with another broker in the Westminster area, primarily because it was a default recommendation from a real estate agent. That experience, frankly, was a nightmare. Our previous broker was unresponsive, and when our insurance company tried to block us from renewing our coverage, citing an "unlivable" roof (despite us having repaired it years ago and providing proof), that broker was the absolute worst to deal with.
