From the moment I first connected with them, it was clear this wasn't just another insurance company; it was an experience defined by professionalism, incredible knowledge, and truly outstanding customer care. For years, I stuck with another broker in the Westminster area, primarily because it was a default recommendation from a real estate agent. That experience, frankly, was a nightmare. Our previous broker was unresponsive, and when our insurance company tried to block us from renewing our coverage, citing an "unlivable" roof (despite us having repaired it years ago and providing proof), that broker was the absolute worst to deal with. They wouldn't respond until our coverage had already lapsed and we had to scramble to find new insurance. When I had 10 different insurance agents try and quote me for a place that didn't have central heat, but had a wall/floor furnace they would waste my time and at the very end say OH wait.. we can't insure you but remember us when you get central heat.. oh yeah i'll remember you... remember that you wasted 30 minutes of my time... Albert was great, and understood my dilemma. I was very skeptical that he coudl help me, but in the end he pulled through. Mach 5 Insurance (formerly Moothard) has been my insurer for over 20 years. The staff was always there when needed, and when I had a "mishap," the claim was settled in just a day or two. My daughter and I had another insurance before, and we became the enemy when she had an accident. We overpaid with the other insurance, but they said we had "free" towing.
