When I asked what those figures were for, they lies that it was a fee required by the DMV. Two weeks later, I was shocked when they charged my account again; they claimed the previous payment had been for their service fees. Three months later, right after another payment, I received a notification that my insurance had been cancelled. A manager kept me on the line for an hour and a half, claiming the problem was that I hadn't submitted documents for my wife. What does my wife have to do with my insurance and car? She doesn't drive it; she doesn't even live with me. Why should my insurance coverage be terminated? When I asked about this, the representative said the issue is pending and promised to call back in a couple of hours. He didn't call back that day or the next. I contacted them today; they kept me on the line for two and a half hours, only to tell me at the end that my insurance agent would get back to me on Monday. I told them that wasn't acceptable--they had charged me and then cancelled the policy at their own discretion, without a single call, message, or warning! They simply took the money and walked away. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor , they said he would call back in half an hour, but no one ever did. Now I'm stuck at home until Tuesday--without food or water, since living in California makes it impossible to even go to the store without a car--and I have to miss work on Monday because they failed to fix the problem today. I deeply regret getting involved with them. I would highly recommend this company only to my enemies!
