The in-person customer service at this office is fine, the problem is with this broker- adrianas insurance-. They charge you every time you add a car, regardless of your driving record. If you need to contact the real insurance, they take hours to respond. They're only interested in making money, and if you don't pay attention to your policy, they add hidden charges. I called to see if i can reinstate my insurance. They said its already been canceled and that they would have to rewrite the policy. I said they were giving me some time to pay it off still. I cant do that? He said unfortunately not. The cut off time has been passed. So i asked how much is the agent fee. He said from $220-$300. Depending on my driving record and new policy. I said thanks and hing up. I called my current policy that was canceled to see if i could somehow still reinstate it. And. Luckily the machine had the option to pay it. So i did. This broker by far is the worse broker to ever go for your insurance needs. I tried over and over to communicate with several associates and everyone always answered in Spanish and even through email. I don't mind speaking Spanish however I feel more comfortable speaking English since I am more confident agreeing to certain things I am unfamiliar with. Unfortunately I had to cancel my policy through them because alliance insurance really proved to me that I couldn't depend on them. my advice is skip the middle man and go straight to known and popular insurance company. read more

I recently need to reinstate my policy and the broker Marion was VERY HELPFUL!! she took the time to find the best rates for me! she went beyond to see what's is best price I can get with the accident I happened to have last year. I got a lower price than the other one. Very happy! Will be coming back for any issues I have. She even mention for faster payments and not having me to forget my payment I could have my card for automatic payments. read more

Worst insurance service by far. I made a claim about two months ago because someone hit my car and ran and no one is helping me with that. The agent just gave me his email but never replies to any of the emails I sent. And the most suspicious thing is that they sent a letter saying our policy is being cancelled, why would they cancel the policy if I made all the payments on time. They just wanted to cancel the policy because we made the claim. Why would someone pay every month just for the company to cancel the policy when you really need help. read more

Worst insurance I have ever had so after an accident I had which it wasn't my fault I got hit they decided to cancel my policy which is not a problem if they would at least given me a 30 day notice the only reason I found out was when I called to make my payment.... turns out I had no insurance at all for the past month and they had sent me a check returning my money I could've been stopped and got a ticket thanks to this assholes I would never do business again with u guys never ever u guys are the worst u don't care about ur costumers read more

I've been here twice and both ladies that attended me were very pleasant and took their time to thoroughly explain everything to me and find ways for me to save more money. I had a ticket and my sister is underage age and does not have a license. I pay $60 a month and my sister pays $75. I'd say that's pretty good considering our situations haha. read more

By far one of my worst insurance experience I've ever had. Veronica Ramirez who not only wasted my time, hers and the other 5ppl waiting after me, (since she was the only staff at the time I signed in ...one of those ONE man offices) only to brush me off as she waited for her boss, Paula to call her back. Apparently Veronica felt that she herself would be at "high risk" by insuring me, (yes, she said that comment). My traffic infractions are NONE OF HER PERSONAL BUSINESS! Yet she decided to make it hers. She only called her boss after I asked for her bosses name. I also asked for her policy in writing, where it states that, she pulled a pile of paper out of her desk and was skimming through the pages yet she never did find that policy. A policy which she swore that Adriana's Insurance Company stood by. (Again waiting my time) I'm guessing Veronica must be former judge or DMV employee because she sure was questioning me as if I were on trail. Which I didn't appreciate being asked the same question over and over again. After she hung up with her boss Paula, she asked me to wait in the waiting room so she could help other clients and then she brushed me off to her coworker who came in 35mins later, yet she didn't inform me that she'd have the other lady help me and I'm guessing she didn't tell that lady either since that lady started helping those who signed in way after me. Only after the other lady was now helping the second client did Veronica stand up at her desk and spoke over to me, "she'll help you because I need to leave now!"(throwing her arms in the air with exclamation) I nodded my head yes and sat there for maybe about another 15 minutes and decided this is not the company who I want to represent me with helping me find insurance who will insure me and my vehicle. I finally walked out. Veronica definitely needs a refresher on her customer services skills!...also this location should really look into hiring qualified staff. Preferably stuff that doesn't make up their own policies! read more

This is the worst place ever. If you are reading this save yourself before you walk yourself into a trap. I use to have insurance with these guys and waited enough time to find out how disorganized these people were. Every time I would go in with questions or modifications to my insurance they said that I was not in their system and they would still ask me if I had insurance with them when I was walking in with proof of insurance in my hand. I would give them my name and nothing my policy number and nothing and finally address and something would Pop up. I had two cars under the insurance and then eliminated one and added a different one, after months later I came back and the other car was still on the policy I had no idea how that could've happened when it's only me and my spouse we don't need three cars they just wanted to keep charging me for three cars. Their is many more issues with this spot so just beware your money and trust is in a huge gamble in this place. read more
