I called this agency for a quote (trying to find a better price than my current carrier & also change my agent). They not only worked on and generated multiple quotes based on various options I provided, but the representative was truly patient throughout and took time to answer several questions. In the end I did not go with them since my existing policy came out to be somewhat cheaper, but will definitely would like to have them as my agent in the future. After reading the many reviews online, I decided 3 weeks ago to call this company. I initially called and said "Hey I am thinking about switching insurance providers could you possibly give me a quote" the person over the phone (Renny or Remmy on May 14th ish) said that the price would 2,000 for the year. $800 initial payment $89 each month thereafter. I told him thanks I am shopping around and I will call you back. 3 days later I called Renny or Remmy back and he remembered me and said let me take all the details and provide you with an estimate. He said he would call me back when he got the quote finalized. After a week of waiting I called him back wondering what was going on, he sounded "surprised" almost as if he forgot. No biggie, things happened. He said let me have a few days and I will call you back. Another week passed by, I called again. This time Remmy said I have submitted the information to a couple different companies and I will call you Monday with them all (this was Friday of last week). No call on Monday, No call on Tuesday and I called today to be told that the price is SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER than what he originally thought. These things happen but to have so much time wasted to learn this information is a real bad business practice. I would advise you if you are reading this to call several companies besides this one in case they forget about you your not left with limited of time and expired insurance etc. They seem like nice enough people but can surely put you in a bind if they forget about you. It sounds like they might also be a middle man so there may be some money saved by going direct to the insurance companies and not this place. I'm not sure. read more

I asked my husband to look for a few quotes. We were thinking about changing insurance providers before the existing policy expired. After looking at Yelp I told my husband to call Rai's Insurance. My husband likes to go through referrals usually but because the reviews on here he was willing to use Rai's. After several weeks of being lead along the quoted ended up being much higher than originally quoted. Now my husband doesn't trust my ability to select services (whatever) and insists on just using the guy from church whose price was around what Rai's finally ended up quoting. The whole experience was a bummer and I had really high hopes after reading all of their positive reviews. Rai's told my husband that they called us but I checked all of the house messages and caller ID and not once did we miss a call from them. Not Good, we are disappointed to say the least read more

Rai's Insurance is a family-owned facility that provides exceptional customer service. They are very friendly and explain policies in a very clear and understanding nature. They always know how to take care of their customers and will scope out for the best policy for you. I'm usually helped by Renni and he's a great guy. He's very friendly and funny. He always takes care of me and there were times he would call me to remind me of upcoming payments. He set me up for this policy where I had to pay monthly, but then he also informed me of how I can pay for 6 months as opposed to monthly and I would be able to save some money! I also never experience a long wait. Whenever I would go in, there's never anyone! I recommend coming here for help with your insurance needs. They also have free enrollment for Obamacare. read more
