They have no intention of paying me obviously. They'll keep asking you for more information and more information just to find an excuse to not pay your claim. Reached 5 minutes before time, door locked. 15 minutes later, female walks up to my car, no introduction or anything and informs us she'd forgotten her keys and that Mike would be there in 20 minutes. Fast forward to 1 entire hour later, Mike never showed up, some fat dude opened up the office, no introduction and just told us "sh*t happens".. we never saw Mike or were able to speak with Anthony. I was using these people since 2014 because I always thought that I was getting the best deal when it came to insurance. I was wrong, when I came in to get my insurance for the first time I had to pay like 400 of "down payment" to get my policy started which is a complete rip off at least half or more of that "down payment" was for the person who was "helping" me and they started my policy with a company I had never heard of, Alliance united. I never heard of this company in my life and after checking their reviews I was confident they were not that great. I kept the policy simply because I was to busy to look elsewhere. I then got a different car and went in to get everything updated, Jesse said he was going to hook me up because I was going to pay too much with my current policy once my new car was added. I agreed and he switched me to another not known company (asphire insurance) and again I had give a down payment of around $400 and I'm sure he kept most of that down payment. He stated that my payment was going to be in 30 days (18 of every month)and that the down payment covered the first month. Wrong! I was charged $242 by the insurance company on the 4th of June and when I called Jesse to ask him why I was being charged 2 weeks after giving my down payment for a month of insurance, he simply said that he forgot to tell me that I was going to be billed two weeks later. Not only was I lied about my payment due date but also about not having to pay for a whole month. I have switched from these crooks to a well known company(Esurance) and I now pay only $190 per month and since I deal directly with the company there is no $400+ down payment to start your policy only give your first month payment and you are all set. I will be saving $624 a year, bottom line is stay away from these people to avoid getting ripped off with their fees. read more

I am 50 with no tickets or accidents in over 25 years my rate was supost to be 45 $ a month well they bumped it up to 60 and its costing me 160 they say it's so when you renew you don't have to pay a down payment again witch don't make any sense because your not supost to be paying one to begin with??? It is costing me 160 to start witch they broke down into 3 payments. Take it from someone who had wasted their time on these clowns. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLES SERVICES. I have dealt with Isabel at their Anaheim office and Jesse at their Santa Ana office, both useless. Every time I call the Anaheim office I get Isabel who never helps me when I call it's always a "ok I'll look into it and call you back." In July she basically cut me off when I called, didn't let me explain myself and said she'd call me back. I called back and asked to talk to the manager, they said he wasn't there. I called the Santa Ana office and talked to Jesse who said he'd have the manager call me back, he never bothered to. Most recently I called last Friday. Again Isabel said she'd see what she could do regarding a new policy and would call me back. It's Tuesday afternoon & still nothing. BUT take a look at their instagram page. All I can say is WOW! Is this what business has come to?! Gosh, where do I begin? I purchased car insurance here over a year ago. Long story short, I purchased a new vehicle, called to transfer over my policy, JESSE the insurance agent did not inform me that he was charging me an extra $80 for basically nothing. I asked him several times over the phone if they charge their own fees as a broker to update the policy, he said NO, THIS IS THE INSURANCE COMPANY'S FEE. So, I decided to call Nations directly. The actual insurance company charges $5 to endorse the updated policy, the $80 fee, was for... what? Nations Insurance had no record of any $80 fee after I paid it. So where did my money go? Not to mention, I had no insurance for 5 days, since after 10 days of paying $80 (to what I thought was the coverage for my new car), I had a cancelled policy. And, Jesse played dumb after not emailing me my pretend updated policy-that the $80 went to. When we spoke again, I had no coverage and owed another $97. Umm ok? If I wouldn't have figured this out on my own with research I did, and calling Nations directly, I would have never been sure of where my money went. And what really pissed me off was that Jesse was so unprofessional and thought he was so smooth over the phone, and actually told to read my due dates for my policy coverage, as if I was stupid. My "down payment" was $300 cash. the receipt printed said I gave $100.... so there was the first red flag. Told them I wanted my payment taken out automatically and they said okay. Then two months later I receive a letter saying my policy has been cancelled....? Like what the hell?? How. Makes NO SENSE. had to pay $215 to "reinstate" my policy because of THEIR mistake and the bitch on the front left desk has NO HEART And takes her sad little job WAY to seriously to just overlook that mistake.
