I was hesitant to leave this review initially hoping it was a one-time issue. A few weeks ago, I referred to Partner Agency from a friend and every time I call, the front desk is very friendly, but the agent is always busy. I have left multiple voicemails for the agent for quotes and each time, they promise to get back to me and I never hear back. I'm not sure what is going on since my friend said this was not an issue before. I asked my friend to call the directly and she has been having the same experience as well. The front desk promises to update the quotes and return our call, but we dont hear back. After several attempts across multiple weeks, I have unfortunately given up and looking for a different broker read more

Partner Agency is first class with a heart! Connie Faliti gave me invaluable advice on my already existing health insurance policy with another company. I was never told or made aware of this by the other company. She advised me to stay with my current policy and not switch over to her company because it wouldn't be of benefit for me. No sales pitch, just sound advice to stay put. That takes honesty, heart and a commitment to keep their client's best interests ahead of theirs. Christine Baron did switch me over to their company's Home & Auto insurance saving me almost $700, but with superior coverage in case of disaster. That's what I call customer service!!! read more

I worked with Declan to get insurance for my business. I've called a handful of other agencies and this one by far was the easiest to work with. While other places had me fill out several forms and barely helped when I had questions regarding them, Declan simply called me and asked questions as he filled in the forms for me. He was very patient with me and was available for any questions I had since having to get insurance for a business was all new to me. read more

Monica Cook at Partner Agency has been my agent for almost 8 years. During that time she has insured my vehicles, homes and rental properties. I've had 2 claims for auto (2012 my fault, 2016 not my fault) and Monica took care of everything for me quickly and painlessly. When our policy was set to expire in December she shopped around and ended up saving us $350/annually with no reduction in coverage. In March when the homeowners policy and rentals were expiring, she once again went above and beyond to find coverage for us since the primary residence is in a high fire danger area and not too many carriers wanted to quote it. Overall my experience with Monica and Partner Agency has been nothing short of pleasant, and I strongly recommend them even if you are happy with your current agency. You don't know what you're missing until you take a look! read more
