I switched to Farmers' after being treated badly by Geico's customers service and an increased rate after an accident. Natalie was referred to me by my coworker. She helped me to get the best rate anyone could've offered. But it's not just about lower cost, Natalie's customer service is exceptional, she really wants the best for her clients. When I received quotes from another company, they played around with my coverage to make the quote looked lower, Natalie reviewed other quotes I got, when she pointed out the coverage shouldn't have been selected this way, I called and got updated quotes from the other company and turned out to be higher than what Farmers offered. Natalie always want to create a win-win situation for her customers, which is how it should be! read more

Natalie is just amazing! I used to have GEICO and the rate just crazy high since I have a 2005 lancer with high mileages and two accidents records (I use to drive crazy lol). I was looking for options/brokers that can possibly save me couple dollars on the monthly payment and I saw from my WeChat moment that Natalie is the a Farmers broker now. I reached out to her and asked her help. Amazingly she was able to utilized my hubby's engineering degree along with other discount and cut my monthly payment to HALF!!!!!!!! I just can't thank her enough for that. Also it feels so different when you work with a broker instead of a big Corp because you know who to ask when things happen. I really enjoy talking to her every time when I have questions instead of staying on lines for an hour waiting for bad-attitude customer service people. I have recommended Natalie to all my friends that need a second opinions of their car insurance and she was able to help! Oh, did I mention that I got my first life insurance from her? Natalie helped our client secured a rental owner policy when the original insurance agent couldn't!! This is happened when our client switched their rental investment house to under a company they set up for risk management purpose. The original Insurance agent, who is from a large famous Insurance agency, spent around a week and then just sent us an email stated they couldn't find any insurance for us as the company is an INC, not a LLC. Then I called Natalie for this problem. The amazing thing is she was able to give us the quote right away and then make the policy effective right next day!! Not only we had the Insurance, but the insurance premium is even lower than what it was!!! Great job Natalie! read more
