Jose Vidrios has been my go to for years. It's been so long I can't remember, but I'm thinking at least 10 years. Working with Jose is seamless. He literally finds me anything I need and deals with any questions I have and does it with gratitude, kindness and efficiency. The loyalty is earned. I've shopped him and he is never beaten. We really appreciate our relationship with Jose. I recommend requesting him and letting him guide you. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was with this company for almost 10yrs and they, particularly Tricia C., royally screwed me over the past 6 months, almost costing me my California home insurance policy. In a time when insurance companies are trying to cancel home insurance policies left and right, you want a agent on your side who knows the ins and outs of binding the correct policies and helping you work through any issues while mitigating the cost of your premium. Tricia's (and Inzone's) ineptitude when it comes to knowing what policies they are able to bind for a person is staggering. She tried binding a new insurance policy for me that was canceled not 2 months into a 12 month term, because she wrote it incorrectly. This then caused Mercury to audit my home insurance policy. Tricia was not only unhelpful when explaining the process to me, but she was also incredibly unresponsive. I followed up with her multiple times over the course of a few months with NO response. This caused a notice of cancelation which I was only able to overturn by working directly with my insurance company and cutting Tricia out entirely. When the underwriter would come back with questions Tricia NEVER relayed those to me. I had to deal with it all directly and with no guidance. Every time I called Tricia's line or even the company general line no one answered. I couldn't leave a message because their voicemail wasn't set up. I even emailed the general help line to try and speak with a supervisor or literally anyone else at the company to get guidance about my situation and never heard back. The 1 time in 6 months that I was able to get Tricia on the phone not only was she unhelpful in finding a resolution to my situation but she was incredibly condescending and rude. It was clear they wanted me to lose my policy so I'd have to bind a new one at a higher premium with shittier coverage and they could take the commission. If there's anything that goes wrong or is not normal about your insurance, you can bet these people will have no clue how to help you. read more

I just purchased an investment property in Santa Barbara, well I already know it's gonna be a hassle to shop for insurances because the raining, storms ,recently so I'm not surprised when I got a quote from an insurance company that's gonna break my bank account, so When I got a phone call from inszone insurance service I'm not really expect any good thing will happen, i had a conversation of providing some basic information To Mr. Saul Rodriguez and he told me that's gonna take one hour to give me a call or quote me through email, I was just saying like yeah ,but to my astonishment within an hour I got a detailed quote for my property, trust me it save me lots of money ,and I have to go back to make sure this is a legit Insurance quote from a legit insurance company( I was thinking it was too good to be true) ,surely i was totally impressed by the professionalism so I'm just gonna wait for a few days after the deal done i'm gonna move all my insured items to their service , Saul Rodriguez , thanks for your excellent services, they have my utmost recommendation for now read more

Bryan is great! Alondra was great. Everyone else doesn't want to help! Managers and others are very difficult to work with! They sell you quick on certain insurances then they lag 2-3 weeks to give you auto insurance quotes! Left countless messages without any call back, sent emails and no response. I spoken to customer service and nothing happens! read more

They acquired my small mom & pop insurance company. Now I receive the worst service ever. The wait time on the phone is long. My broker Bryan Funes calls go directly to voicemail and he sporadically responds to email. They let two of my policies lapse. They are terrible. read more

Fast response. Upbeat, can-do attitude. No complaints even with many changes or special requests. Dan Ruvalcaba is the best.

Nicholas knew I needed insurance on Friday that is what I told him. So at 5:00 he left office without calling, he sent an email that he didn't reply to until Monday at 5:00 pm and then passed me onto another agent. So now they are closed again. Very poor service. read more

Leonel was knowledgeable and just by speaking with him you got the feeling he was very experienced in his profession. I just wanna say thank you for taking the time to listen to me vent about my other experiences with other insurance companies. Lol I really liked the fact that he was able to work around my monthly budget and gave me multiple options on a variety of plans that inszone offered. I'm a newlywed so I'm not only thinking about myself anymore and Im glad you took that into consideration. Thank you for showing compassion and being a true professional. -George R. read more

Terrible customer service. Initially, the service started out as very good and as their service calls we're going to remote operators everything fell by the wayside. Market communication marker response and I am very disappointed in the company. I had numerous accounts with them and had to move on to a bigger better company. Very sad they put my faith in their actions. read more

I've been in Bussines just a few years... Inszone was the very first broker I did Bussines with and have tried many other places/brokers out there to try and get a better rate, but I have had nothing but bad experiences, so bad that there's an insurance broker in L.A called KYC INSURANCE those people are the worse!!!!! If I hadn't been for Inszone Ins Those people would've crewed me over with thousands of dollars, but AKILINO JACKY DROM INSZONE found a few discrepancies in my policies and enredes up getting almost $5,000 back just from one of my policies!!! Therefore I switching back my home owners insurance, my workers comp insurance, and my general liability insurance to Inszone!! I believe These guys are as legit as they come do not hesitate to do Bussines with them!! THANKS AKILINO JACKY, AND LEONEL SIMENTAL!! read more

I called Inszone agency that handles my policy with Kenper 6 months ago to cancel my policy. I didn't realize money was still being taken out of my account so I called Kemper insurance and spent 53 minutes with 3 different people to finally speak with Aaron, who is on the management team with Kemper Insurance. He told me that unless Inszone can provide a signed form I wouldn't be credited for this entire time. I called Inszone and immediately asked to speak with a manager and Leo returned the call. After 15 minutes, he was able to contact the employee I initially spoke with 6 months ago and resolved my problem. I was so upset, frustrated, worried and in tears and Leo handled the situation perfectly! He listened as I expressed my frustrations (cry) and reminded me not to give up. His positive words and tone calmed my nerves down and gave me hope. He actually cared. He went above and beyond and tracked down the paperwork needed. Leo not only saved me the $600+ dollars, more importantly he reinstated the lost faith i have in companies; especially insurance companies. I am very satisfied with Inszone for having such a great employee like Leo Simental. Without him being patient, understanding, empathetic to my situation and his work ethics, I'd be out of 600+ dollars. Thank you Leo read more
