Anica is a one of a kind insurance broker, she is very personable and easy to talk with. She talks to you like she's known you forever, she returns your calls and text in a timely manner and she explains things to you clearly. She helped me out when my mortgage company would not accept my current insurance company because they lost their California "A" rating. I called many companies and was turned down, this left me puzzled because we only had 1 water damage claim. Anica while looking over my claim found that California Casualty had mistakenly listed my claim cost at 128k.. when it was only 28k. Anica advised me to Contact Lexus Nexus to file a complaint against California Casualty which I did and they straightened the claim cost amount out. Turns out California Casualty voided a check for 128k for some reason even though the cost was 28k but still listed the 128k on my account, when insurer's saw that 128k they wouldn't give me a policy. If it wasn't for Anica and her due diligence I would have never known what the problem was. Thank you Anica for all your help. read more

Working with Anica has been amazing. I first met her last year in the first days of February 2023 right before I contracted Long Covid and didn't get to see her for awhile. She impressed me so much with her calm 17+ years of Insurance acumen and warm and gracious professionalism. I immediately liked her. Fast forward to 2024 and what a mess and nightmare it is in insurance in California. I see SM posts all the time from neighbors having policies cancelled and other nightmares. Anica has remained the calm ship in this storm with her years of expertise and being a longtime insurance professional. She made getting a quote so comfortable. Her recommendations really helped. Now I'm poised to move my auto insurance with her at my next policy renewal. Thank you Anica! Highly Recommend. read more

Best insurance agent EVER. I was not even a client and she spent time with me, nearly an hour, explaining so much about insurance company policies and practices. And 2 months later, when she became my agent (fortunately for me) her quick research and responses were a lifeline to getting my insurance needs taken care of. Anica is truly motivated by her excellent customer service, she will always make time for her clients (as well as others) and is super knowledgeable in the insurance space- so difficult to do in these changing times. I cannot recommend her enough. read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anica because my previous homeowners insurance Mercury, no longer wanted to insure me unless I made very expensive upgrades to my home. I had a very low yearly cost since I'd been with them for 19 years with no claims. Shopping for insurance was more than double what I was paying. I was previously referred to Anica for low car insurance for classic cars and thought to reach out to her for homeowners insurance. Anica was the only agent that came close to what I was previously paying without the obstacles. After speaking to her and asking A LOT of questions, I could feel she was still smiling and wanting to help me on the other end of the phone. She made me feel like a friend and she wanted to make sure I got the best price with a good company. I truly couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an insurance agency with affordable costs and will make you feel like the friend that always has your best interest in mind. read more

Requested a quote for home insurance for California which can be a headache. Quick response initially, but once there was an issue with getting coverage never heard back from again. Subsequent messages via Yelp have not received any response and phone calls are never answered. read more

California insurance is truly bananas! So many insurance companies have left California and the remaining few companies make you jump through so many hoops it seems hopeless...until you talk to Anica. She is straightforward and honest. Whether it's car, home, or life insurance, if there's a way, she will find it. That doesn't mean the hoops are gone, but Anica communicates exactly what the insurance companies need to insure you...what she had me do was completely on me & it worked! If you don't want to do what's needed, don't blame Anica, complain to the companies or the insurance commissioner (likely to fall on deaf ears) and risk not having insurance. It's such a messed up system that all we can do is hope it gets better...or leave California like the insurance companies did. In the meantime, just call Anica for guidance and coverage. read more
