Not only did John provide me with excellent service and insurance at a much more affordable price, I got more coverage, and I added Umbrella insurance-all at a lower monthly rate. Each agent was quick, responsive, and communicated thoroughly every step of the rough road! My car was reported stolen on July 17th, and I had money deposited in my account on July 31st. She helped me out when my mortgage company would not accept my current insurance company because they lost their California "A" rating. I called many companies and was turned down, this left me puzzled because we only had 1 water damage claim. Anica while looking over my claim found that California Casualty had mistakenly listed my claim cost at 128k.. when it was only 28k. Anica advised me to Contact Lexus Nexus to file a complaint against California Casualty which I did and they straightened the claim cost amount out. Turns out California Casualty voided a check for 128k for some reason even though the cost was 28k but still listed the 128k on my account, when insurer's saw that 128k they wouldn't give me a policy. If it wasn't for Anica and her due diligence I would have never known what the problem was. Thank you Anica for all your help.

I am working with one but he always tries to not paying coverage or lowest ball me. He said it didn't matter what estimates as he would always use the lowest cost line item from vendors which means very lowest estimate overall. It doesn't make sense and put client in difficult position. He assume all vendors have the same cost?? I will probably need to fight this and talk to his manager again. :) See his email below. Cc: Allstate Insurance Claims Team claims@claims.allstate.com Hello James, I can review any estimate you send in. I am working with PRC at this time as they use the same estimating system as me. Again, if their work is the same as another vendor line item by line item, they should be the same cost. xxx Senior Claim Service Adjuster California Property 562-237-xxx

I am grateful for Sophia, working with agency owner Mohamad, in helping me lower my auto insurance premiums, while maintaining basically the same coverage. While working on my quote, Sophia was friendly, patient, professional and responsive. I shopped around last year to get the solid pricing on my policy that was up for renewal, so I was not expecting to be able to lower my premium this year given the state of the California market. I was more than pleased to see the pricing even lower this year by switching to a brand name carrier like Allstate.
