When I told him I didn't have my VIN number on hand, instead of helping me or offering alternatives, he got irritated and actually started cursing at me in Spanish. Let me make this clear: that level of disrespect is absolutely disgusting and completely uncalled for in any customer interaction, let alone when I'm literally trying to purchase a service. I tried calling back to file a formal complaint, hoping someone--anyone--would take the situation seriously. Instead, I was met with nothing but resistance, excuses, and a wall of people who clearly had no interest in helping or holding anyone accountable. It honestly felt like the entire company was structured to make customers give up. I walked away from this feeling disrespected, shocked, and furious.
