I've been going to TMN for my insurance since I've been able to drive. More than 10 years now. Yes, the price has gone up every year but so has every other expense. It's call inflation. If you call in and give them more information, they always try to give you a better deal, as much as they can. They'll find a way. I recently just purchased a brand new car and had to get full coverage. They gave me a better quote for all of my vehicles under one plan compared to one car full coverage under ALL STATE! And I was able to add secondary drivers too! Definitely recommend this place. They also speak Vietnamese and help you call the insurance company after an accident as well. I came here to get a quote for my car insurance a couple of months ago but forgot to write a review. My friend came here last 2 weeks and got the same customer service from them, which is like trash. I personally think I I was treated like a customer. I came in and no one welcomed or asked me to have a seat. At first, I really liked this place. They offered me a pretty good deal for car insurance. But a year later, they raised the price over $100. I asked why and they said every year it goes up. Raising up the price over $100 is ridiculous. I don't even have anything on my record nor did I have any accidents. The employees are nice people, however, the owner of this company has a behavior problems, even disrespecting a long time client like me. Doesn't help client to address the problem to the insurance because the owner feels that she has many clients already, she doesn't need business. To tell you the truth, this owner at TMN was using "profanity language" on me, and I had to solve the problem on my own with the insurance company that they sell. read a couple of reviews to see if anyone had the same experience as my mom when she came in to renew her policy (and was denied), and LMAO disappointed but not surprised! the supposed manager (anthony? i cannot remember for the life of me because that's how irrelevant he was) of the place was quite rude to her and refused to let her buy her car insurance, which quite frankly didn't make sense to me. his reason was that he simply didn't want to, which was a reason he kept on repeating while arguing with her. this was after she notified the agency in a timely manner abt her trip to vietnam, hence why she won't need to have her car insurance for a month. she planned to renew the policy after she got back. when she asked abt renewing it again with another agent, she was surprised to see that her quote had increased by about $175, with no discernible reason. when she asked, he stated that it was due to a car accident case (that she WON), in april 2018 because she was hit by a car running a red light. Let's just say this place is amazing! Anthony is awesome, he really helped me out with getting the best deal. I just got a new car today and went to another insurance place and they took forever to help me out and didn't seem like they really cared about working with my budget. They assumed that I could afford $416 bucks a month for insurance for two cars. They said it was the best deal I could get for being fully covered blah blah blah anyway I left. I found this place on yelp and I'm so happy I did. Anthony got me a great deal, was very informative, and has a great sense of humor. He made getting insurance painless. Anthony Vu is a rude, pompous, & apathetic agent. I spoke with him by phone on a Sat asking for a home earthquake insurance quote and other questions about the home earthquake policies that he had selected for me previously. When I started asking detailed questions about the available discounts and coverage options offered by Mercury, Anthony yelled at me saying that he doesn't have time to answer my questions and that I'm the 1st customer to ever ask such detailed questions. He told me to find another agent who will be able to put up with my questions. Since he was also my auto insurance agent, he told me to find a different agent for that insurance as well. I was thoroughly offended by Anthony's rude remarks and attitude. It showed that he didn't care about his customers and felt that he can treat customers however he wanted because he's the business owner. I have a right as a customer to ask relevant questions about the insurance policies that I'm about to purchase & the agent's job is to answer all of my questions satisfactorily. But thanks to Anthony's blatant rudeness over the phone, I was prompted to look for another agent & was able to find a more cost effective auto & home/earthquake policy with AAA & SafeCo respectively (I had auto&home policies with Mercury when Anthony was my agent). For those of you looking to buy auto or homeowners insurance through a dedicated & helpful agent, avoid this place. read more
