I was ready to buy insurance from this company and I got on a phone with them 3 times and on these 3 times they put me on hold and dropped off the calls. I went with another company that had a professional customer service support and I am well now. This company is very incompetent and extremely rude. Don't recommend them at all. read more

Geico unexpectedly dropped us from coverage. A family member has multiple speeding tickets and even Triple A would not cover us. A simple quote from Thenia quickly turned into a complete coverage all under 30 minutes! Thank you very much!!! read more

After talking to Chris over the phone to get a quote I went over to the office (last minute of closing time )to meet him I switched from statefarm insurance to freeway insurance . I think they have the best rates and Chris is very helpful and is very good at what he does as an agent . I read some of the review on yelp and did some research. I can tell you Chris is doing an excellent job . All went well he was the only one left in the offfice he stick around. I hope progressive will there for us ! read more

Cristobal was great . Lakewood office was very helpful. I really appreciate his assistance.

Today I called for a quote. I had a bad experience with this place . Chris is the guy that wanted to "help me" he seemed friendly at first. After dealing with him , I'm glad I didn't switch to the company because of him I will not be using this insurance place. First he lied about the initial quote he gave me. Second he raised the price. I told him I was at work and I would call him back. He kept calling me over and over again hassling about making a deal. Being super thirsty about his commission I guess. Then he proceeded to text me after I already told him I will call back. So after that I told him to stop blowing me up respectfully. He proceeded to call me bro like I'm his homie , when obviously that is so unprofessional. As I try to call back and report him , he does not answer my phone call or reply to my text after I call him out. He's texting me like he doesn't represent the company freeway insurance. Because of his pushing sales tactics and rude and disrespectful behavior. I'm glad I did not come abaord with this company. I truly hope he gets trained and formally written up for how he presents this insurance firm. I will admit I did get upset and I started acting a fool and I was wrong . He did provoke me unfortunately. read more

My son is coming off our health insurance on his next birthday. Looked up Storefront Finder on Covered California and the first Storefront that came up nearest us was Freeway Insurance, 4832Paramount Blvd, Lakewood, Ca. He called the 1-800 number listed on Covered California. Explained that he would need Health Insurance after his next birthday and asked to make an appointment. Was told over the phone, 'NO Appointment was needed. Everyone who works at that location could help him with Obamacare'. Went to the office. One woman was working. We told her what we needed. Her response "We don't do that here." read more

Good: Fast and easy. Bad: I have to ask them to check other carriers for a cheaper price for same coverage. Saved myself $280. Impression: Agent was nice and pleasant. Quick service. Great experience. read more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Offered me no help or proof that they didn't report to the DMV that they terminated my insurance when I most certainly did not or else I would get my license suspended. They just hung up on me and I tried to call back to talk to a manager but they never answered. On my insurance bill, they are the office I'm supposed to call. I got my insurance through there and they always assured me that the DMV would be aware of my SR 22 status but they now did nothing to reassure me that I was getting the insurance coverage that I need and that my license was safe and that I very well payed for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO FIND A CHEAPER INSURANCE FOR YOUR NEEDS. THEY ARE INSURANCE BROKERS THAT CARE ABOUT NOTHING BUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. They charge upwards of $300 as a finders fee and have tried to do so multiple times. They've also lied and said my policy was canceled and wanted charge me hundreds of dollars to reinstate it. I would recommend looking through insurances for you on your own to make sure your needs are met without these third party brokers that only rip you off. read more

My agent's name is Angelica Lopez, she's the sales manager. After a long day of searching for the best insurance for my vehicle, Angelica saved the day. She took her time explaining the policy and she wasn't pushy, like most sales people. I visited another Freeway office in the Long Beach area and the team seemed unorganized and unprofessional. Angelica was very professional and she removed all my doubt I had about the company. I would definitely recommend her services to friends and family. Thank you again Angelica. read more

Nothing really seems professional about this particular establishment. 2 out of the 3 people that work there seem way too comfortable. There was one person that really rubbed me the wrong way was the young lady named Ana ( I believe that's her name) she was really rude made me feel uncomfortable and want to leave right away. The people there just seem to be somewhat careless I hate to give them 2 stars cause there was one person who was genuinely helpful and nice. But they should really work on there customer service. read more

went in for a policy then canceled it within 1 hour because something personal occurred. I was charged $389, which I don't believe is for the policy you choose but the broker fee instead. So I asked David, the manager, for a refund and he told me id get a refund check within 1 week or so. And here I am, 2 months later with many headaches and no refund. If you do plan to use Freeway insurance, just go in and have them find the insurance options for you, then after you found the one..just walk out and call the insurance company they found for you yourself and you might not be out $389 like me. To summarize: Refund doesn't seem like an option here (or for fwy insurance in general) and they don't seem like they want to return it. If you're reading this 'business owner', feel free to contact me. read more

If you get a phone call back its too rush back and sign a paper because they forgot to have you sign it and then not get a copy at that time. Then any legal paperwork that is necessary and instant according to normal insurance companies falls short and you the customer have to deal with problems that would not be there had someone done their job in the first place. My record is affected but does this company take responsibility and reward me for using them,No they take more money after I said, If you cant do the work I paid you for then give me my money back, and cancel me.Still fighting that...........enjoy! May I suggest Titan Insurance on Bristol in Costa Mesa, they'll never do anyone wrong! So much for locals. read more
