Well where to start of... i had all state as my insurance company until they blew up there prices...it went from $81 to $210 monthly due to me having a DUI which I thought was ridiculous even though i expected a raise... i was kinda iffy about adrianas but hey they said it was cheaper than mostly anything else out there lol... So i got there an check in, i was attended by the insurance broker name hilda I told her i needed something as close as possible as my old rate an she worked her magic lol... she was very kind an professional an got me an awesome deal...give them a try you won't regret it read more

BEST PHONE SERVICE! Yes, I didn't even have to physically visit the location and they still gave me an exceptional experience. I needed car insurance asap as I was purchasing a vehicle at CarMax and the staff were sooo helpful I got my digital insurance card on the same day! Also, they have a useful text, call and email system. I was getting messages straight from the staff and they helped me the whole way! I need to give a major shoutout to Miguel and Celene, both had a friendly demeanor and EXCELLENT customer service skills! It's refreshing to get great service, they helped me through a very stressful event, buying car insurance lol. I'll be recommending them to all my family and friends. The staff at Adriana's found me the best insurance policy and explained each of my options in detail. Nobody was rude, everyone was patient and helpful on the phone! The value is there, I wouldn't recommend going off on your own to find car insurance because I almost got ripped off by AAA before coming here. Adriana's never pressured me or acted shady, all the staff are upfront and transparent. Adriana's also specializes in providing bilingual services, as soon as they picked up the phone the gentleman answered in English and Spanish! I was totally impressed! read more

Horrible I have never felt so mislead in my entire life. I wasted $748 for one month of insurance. That included the fee that it cost to sign up for the insurance. It is classified under something else to make the term legal in order to collect a fee that is hundreds of dollars as well as the first month insurance payment. So I had a 3 series BMW the almost cheapest BMW you can possibly buy it was 2021 my insurance was around $327 per month plus that one time fee. Less than a month after purchasing this policy I bought a different car. I upgraded to a 5 series a 2022. My insurance jumped from $327 a month to over $948 dollars per month. I said what is going on??? It's not like I'm driving a Ferrari. I said you guys have got to do better. I don't have a bad driving record, and never had a DUI. My record is average. No major accidents. This was literally like throwing my money in the toilet and flushing it I would have got more satisfaction doing that if I stopped up the toilet possibly I could have got my money back. Trying to find humor in a messed up situation stay away from this insurance company. read more

I was having a hard time getting approved for new insurance on my new car and I called them to find the cheapest insurance and after they gave me the cheapest one they could find I called the company myself and the price they gave me directly was like $800 less for the 6 month payment. They were nice and helpful but that kind of up charge by them was just a lot. I ended up just getting it from the insurance company they suggest for me directly to avoid their middle man fee. So I would say call them so they can tell you the cheapest company and then just hang up and call that company directly. read more

Make sure to come EARLY! If you come two hours before they close the girl with "blonde" highlights will get upset and remind you every 20 minutes that they're closing! She was unwilling to help and was in an irritable mood, she did not want to explain or try new solutions for us since she was upset we came in late, but they are open till 8 for a reason. If you don't want to work with customers don't go into customer service!! On July 19. I called to get a quote I started chatting with both Manuel who asked me for vi # and other verification to help me.further my quote. He told.me I was going to get an even lower quote as I have have no accidents for 2 years Everything was going smoothly. After 26 min of back and forth information sharing he asked if I spoke Spanish because there were no agents available In English. I agreed. Josephina an agent finally picked up after 4 min wait. And tells me she has to.eun my I formation again. Said.manuel.lack the ability to give me accurate quote and in her system.it showed there was. O coverage available for me. This place and it's employees are trash, not professional and no customer service, they purposely denied my insurance payment and let my insurance cancel so I would have to pay a fee of almost 600$ to get my insurance back, when I tried getting a refund because it was canceled due to their negligence all they would do is transfer my calls and hang up. They are scammers don't trust them. Better options out there for sure.. read more

Samuel Lozada who is the Manager of multiple stores has been a true blessing. He makes the shopping experience very quick and pleasant. Samuel is very well coordinated and will get you what you need and guarantee excellent customer service to everyone. I believe one of the reasons he is a manager is because he is very knowledgeable and knows how to talk to each individual with kindness and professionalism. As a customer who had never dealt with insurance agencies, Samuel was able to explain every little aspect of my insurance policies. I was never left once with a question that Samuel was not able to answer and I was able to get what was best for myself and for my family. I highly recommend Adriana's insurance to anyone who wants a fair and honest insurance agency, but above all I recommend to talk to Samuel Lozada Store Manager for any questions or inquiries. read more

Finally after almost 10 minutes of waiting Cell Phone girl doesnt get up to help she yells across the room and says can I help you. So husband and I make are way to Cell Phone girls desk. Who has a coca cola cup on her desk a purse and said cell phone still on table. Then she asks how can I help you. I came here after dealing with another insurance company (not going to mention names but has an old army General as a mascot) who had terrible customer service and only cared about how much money they got out of me. I would honestly like to say that Hilda went above and beyond my expectations. She helped me open a new policy for 2 vehicles and I'm paying less than what I was paying with the other insurance Co. Not only that but I'm getting better coverage. I would really recommend this company to anyone who is tired paying so much and is tired of dealing with horrible customer service. THANK YOU HILDA FOR PROVIDING BEST IN CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more
