A few loved ones got in an accident with an insurared driver to find out that these incompetent fools did not explain to them they where not getting insured motorist so now they have to eat up the price of paying their own medical bills and car repair. When I did go in and triy to discuss the issue, Esther walked right out and said we needed to "set an appointment because she had to leave or to talk to one of the girls". In other words, she didnt want to talk to us which I shouldve guessed when she avoided every one of our calls. Poor, rude customer service and Viramontes was at complete fault. This was a costly mistake. Don't ever use a broker. Go straight to the insurance agency.

I called to get more information on that new policy she told me if I do not like it go somewhere else, I thought that was a bit rude maybe she is having a bad day. I called again on another day someone else answered I explained I needed more information about the company she told me to google it and if I did not like it go somewhere else lol. Wow, so I did I called my other agent at Farmers Insurance she investigated and explained to me that Farmers Insurance will no longer deal with Brokers, so they issued a non-renewal, simple. I may have gone with the new insurance policy they tried to sell me but they had no knowledge and did not want to deal with the issue of explaining why!
